I purchased the summer celebrity curly style hair. This the 1st time I have ordered from Luvme and I will definitely keep ordering more wigs from them. The hair is soft and full. I am an amateur when it comes to figuring out how to install a wig. I believe I did a decent job for a 1st timer. Can't wait to show off my new look!
I've seen the luvme ads a lot and decided to check them out. I never ordered a wig online, so I was skeptical at first. I make sure to check the website is legit, reviews and photos as evidence before purchasing my first wig. After receiving my first wig, I fell in love with it right off the bat and became their loyal customer since. I've been ordering more wigs too. Bought my sister a luvme wig and she loves it!
My order came sooner than i expected. Is so soft. Washed it and is still soft with no shedding. A friend makes high quality (expensive) wigs & even she was impressed. Im in love! Thank you Luvme Hair.

I received my first unit from luvme hair and was skeptical at first b/c I had previous bad experiences ordering offline, but this one was different. The present was excellent. So excited to see the purple box. The unit was so soft and goes perfectly w/ my face. I received so many compliments when I wore it. Definitely will buy again from them. Reason for not 5 stars was b/c it took a little longer to come.
I never thought a company with so many clients would not have a high level of integrity. I purchased several wigs, and at a discounted price I returned the one that I had experienced major discomfort with, the wig was not altered by any means. When they received the return, they shortened me. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and dispute it with them directly, but because of this problem, it made me second-guess any future transactions with any company.
I was Leary or spending so much on a wig, but I'm so glad i did it was thee best wig I ever bought in my life. I will definitely be purchasing more from them. Beautiful wig, free gifts, fast shipping, overall just great quality. So glad I broke down to treat myself to this hair. My order number was Lm******* and it was a full 360 undetectable lace front wig.
I opened the box to examine the wig and was immersed disappointed in the frizzy uneven curl pattern. But what was even worse was that there are visible tracks laid willy nilly, and large gaps in the wig cap. It's awful! The refund process is a joke, they ask for pictures then deduct $20 for shipping. DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR!
Been dealing with luv me on and off for the past few years but it seems the quality of hair has gotten worse. When they say you get what you pay for that's truly not the case when it comes to this company. This is the 3rd wig that I've purchased that turned out like this. This is literally after the first wear. I don't recommend anyone purchasing hair from them because it's a gamble. Sometimes you may get a wig that'll last you about a month and the next you'll get one that won't even last a day. Even after sending proof they'll only offer you about $20-$30 back and that's not even half of your purchase. If you choose to purchase from them just beware because they'll Definitely scam you out of your money.
They drop ship from China. They hair pictured online is not always what you will get. I contacted customer service by email immediately. They asked for pictures and I sent them. They offered a $60 refund on a $200 + order to just keep them and give them to a friend. Wait... what?! I said no, they sent the wrong item and a damaged unit. I requested a return label, they said "we don't have return labels". They advised me NOT to ship back to original sender (thats how I realized it came from China) and provided an address in CA. They shipping was crazy fast. I ordered on the 4th and it was delivered on the 9th. There was no way I would have thought it was drop shipped. Just be advised that you may not get what you order. Take your chances if you want to.
It's perfect everytime no complaints at all. Little to no shedding, comes in a timely manner. The flat iron I got with my last purchase is great. I love this site this is the only site I will shop at from now on
