I purchased a 12 inch 360 lace front wig from this company. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the sewn in strap and hooks were defective strap was ill-fitted and gapped in the back
The hooks would not stay in the slots therefore this wig was useless. The site misrepresented the wig and it looked NOTHING like what I thought I had purchased. I reached out to a Stella of Luvme hairwhom wrote me back to ask for pictures and a copy of the invoice. I sent both and never heard back after that email. Returns are not easy, I am now using PayPal to get my money back. I will never purchase from here again and does not recommend this company. If you choose to purchase, purchase with extreme caution

My bank saved my $#*!

I tried ordering twice from this company with two different cards, thank goodness my bank caught it. It's a fraudulent business and my bank wouldn't approve the transaction. My bank saved my $#*! a huge headache time and money! This company is full of sh/#!

I was wasting too much money having to buy bundles, frontals, paying to get a wig made and installed. Decided to give luvme a try and I must admit it was a great decision. It's been 2 years plus and I am still in luv!

Wigless in the city

Luvmehair has disappointed me. My wig was shipped by Luvmehair on 12/29/2023. Ups reported it stolen and it under investigation whileit was in their care. Therefore, I would think that Luvmehair would send me my wig. That I paid for! They stated I must wait until UPS completed the investigation. SMH, so I must inconvenience, it's 1/26/2023, still no wig.

Amazing!

I absolutely love Luvme Hair the hair is always so soft it never tangles it's definitely easy to manage they also have a variety of color wigs that are also amazing we all know good color wigs are hard to come bye I've bought 2 wigs so far will be buying plenty more!

Beautiful and great quality

I really love the wig I purchased. I purchased it for my wedding and do not regret anything about this. The hair is so soft and silky and the lace blended SOOOOO good! It is the... Undetectable Transparent Lace Best Virgin Hair Full Lace Wig / Upgraded 2.0 × 1
Body Wave / 20 inches. It's good quality hair and didn't sheaf a lot. I don't know much about hair weave because I don't wear it often but the person that installed it said it is good quality. I'm so happy with my purchase and can't wait to get another one. I washed it and put it back on myself after getting my cousins to install and getting some tips from her. I definitely recommend this company!

I'm not sure how this company has received so many good reviews. I ordered the 5x5 Undetectable Invisible Lace closure wig in an 18". The wig is suppose to be 180% density but it's more like 130% density. The knots aren't bleached and the hairline is barely plucked. Now I know why this company always offer discount codes. You get what you pay for! The wefts aren't double sewn. They are cut and sewn as single tracks.

**Update** After leaving this review I was refunded $40 to "update my review" which explains all of the good reviews. Customer service even went so far as to text me at 4:35 a.m. asking me to update my review. SMH! After this experience, I will NEVER shop with this company again.

Never Again!

I will never EVER order from this company again! I was checking out when they offered what I considered a free wig after all the discounts. Naturally, I added it to my cart bc it was free well 3 days later and no word from the company I reach out and was told the free wig was on backorder, and bc of that my entire order was on hold. Well I wanted clip-ins for Mother's Day and asked if they could be shipped separately and was told sure checked the next day and still no shipment. I've literally asked via chat for a contact number 3x and they dance around the question and don't really help or give a crap. If you order from this company expect some bs.

Firstly, we were not able to locate your order number with the informations provided. In this situation, we are not able to check the particular unit you were concerned with. Normally, we have sufficient stocks for the free wigs. Not sure if there is any other misunderstanding which caused the delay. We value this feedback but would need more informations to check further on it so that we can avoid this in the future.
Secondly, our phone service isn't available lately and we were not able to give you a call. There is a online chat service which is available at 5am-5pm(PST Time). The online representatives will try their best to solve the issue. However if they need some time to check with the department, they would not be able to give you an answer right away, but please rest assured they will follow up by email once they have any clues.

As a new unit wearer, I have found Luvme units to match the online description and reviews. I've gotten tips on how to move a part to how to make hair look brand new, after I put heat to it. I've even gotten support from the Luvme Facebook community.

This was the worst $338.00 i have ever spent this was some BS hair, the color was not what i requested and I have emailed the company several times. The only response from the company was to try and have the product professionally styled, by one of their approved stylists. I declined and have continually requested a full refund. I feel as though I purchased a product I'm not satisfied with and the company refuses to assist with my refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I have received better services and hair from Amazon. Do not waste your money on this BS they call hair. They also tried to refund me $35 like what the world. I've paid way more than that.
