I have been waiting almost 2 months and my order so had not come. I've sent various emails to the company and they keep saying it's been shipped but nothing has arrived to my home yet. They have lost me as a customer. I will be canceling this order and asking my bank to refund the monies back into my account. I'm so disappointed with this company because the first wig I ordered from them was nice and I was ready to be a loyal client. However my last ordered consists of 3 wigs that was on sale so I ordered the 3 received confirmation by endo they were working on my order. Later received another email stating the order was sent to shipping is been over a month and still no order has arrived and everytime I sent an email telling the company I haven't received my products yet they just respond saying the order has been shipped.
First time coloring and trying a lace front unit period. Also first time purchasing from Luvme. Hair is still soft. I ordered the bob wig. Practice makes perfect but I love how everything came out! And the wig was reasonably priced.
I'm truly loving the wear on my luvme units! They are very easy to wear and most units don't even require much customization. I'm not a hair stylist and know very little about wigs haha... but somehow my units all came out glam and effortless! If your on the fence about purchasing one, just give it a try!

Luvme Hair was recommended to me by my sister a few years ago, but it took me a while before I actually purchased any products from them and this was because I wanted to make sure I was getting a good quality product. So I did my research. YouTube was my first visit to find reviews from other people and to see the quality. Then I did a Google searched for the official website and read the reviews on there as well.
My first purchase from them; the wig was voluminous and a soft quality. I loved it! And within a span of months I had made my second and third purchase. I 100% trust the quality of Luvme Hair products and their customer service/support. I would recommend them to anyone after the experience I had.

I purchased my first 360,10 in Jerry curl wig. Oh my gosh, it's light and the texture is so soft. It looks and feels so natural, you can't tell its a wig. My daughter bleached it (pic on the right) and WOW! It maintained its texture and my curls are still poppin'. I've gotten so many compliments and people are always asking who does your hair. My response "Luvme hair"! Love my curls so much, I purchased another wig. The "Mix Brown Celebrity Style Curly Frontal Lace", I can't wait for it to arrive. I am fallowing up with my Luvme Hair situation. I finally get a response back from them and they will be giving me a Refund. I try to do business with this company but it just hasn't work out as far as getting a great Wig. I would like to find a company that really sells the Wigs you see advertised. I just wanted to say I made contact with my credit card company they will be handling my dispute with Luvme Hair. This is disappointing but it is necessary. The picture of me here is not a Luvme Hair wig its and oldie but goodie.
My first purchase not at all satisfied. The wig was un-finished looking on the front crown and un-styled. I purchased the shoulder length Bob nice style on sale for $89.00. I am now having a hard time trying to RETURN this item. I don't think I will be doing business with this company in the future.
I decided to add my review here, since the company did not post my review on their website I believe they are only posting reviews for 4 stars and above, yet the content of my review was not bad. Here are the specs: Hair quality is good, no tangles, limited shedding, the lace is truly undetectable for the 5x5 Undetectable Invisible Lace Glueless Closure. I got 24" and it comes to my belly button- I am 5'4". The wig cap was too big so I have to made some alterations - I was not happy about this but it was a quick fix. There are a lot of tiny hairs towards the lace, you will need a wax stick. I've been wearing the hair for around 11 days now.
Condition it and go! It's ocean wave pattern, but I have worn it straight and with curls. It can also be pulled up in a ponytail. Very versatile. You will need to keep it moisturized and conditioned as you would with any color-treated hair.
Luvme hair is great for first time users. The hair is soft. Ordorless, no shedding and top quality. Bottom line it's a great investment. So, if your on the fence, I suggest you try Luvme Hair, you want be disappointed.

I ordered two wigs and had a coupon code which gave me $161 off. The next day they sent me an email stating they couldn't process my order due to it was marked as a risk and then sent a second email stating it was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and that I needed to reorder. I tried to reorder and my discount worked but when I went to check out the price switched. Whatever discount code they give you the price is reversed when you go to pay and if you don't pay attention you will pay them more than you agreed to pay. Apparently their scam didn't work when I placed the first order which is why they cancelled it. It was my first time ordering and I'm glad I caught on before it was too late.

I ordered my hair and it was shipped and arrived in about 5 days... awesome. I received the hair and i will say the hair is super soft. I tried the 10in body wave. The wig itself is too big fir my head so if you have short hair like me you will struggle with the size. I've gotten a million compliments but most of the compliments are saying how i installed it and how natural it looks. Thanks LUVME! The expensive human curly 4/30 wig I purchased was only human hair blended,the-color was awful,no form of cordination,more 4 than 30 and 27 was just tack anywhere,needs to go out business, or sell virgin hair only.

My first experience with these unprofessional amateurs sucked major anal. First I ordered my wig unit 2 weeks before Mother's Day never recieved it. Got refunded. So I reordered again now I'm on my fourth order getting refunded and still no wig. Now y'all help me make sense of this. The payment comes straight out of my bank account, they'll refund me with no problem but the problem is I don't want my money back I want the wig. Here comes Memorial Day around the corner and still no wig unit but I'm getting refunded again. I've called their bogus customer service number *******238 and it's a fax or BOGUS like I said. You can't talk to a live person and their emails are bull too. Computerized bull. I wouldn't recommend them to a doll wig maker. I'm beyond pissed and I'm going on every platform so Luvmehair needs to not play these games with people. They keep asking for order numbers for what because I'm still not getting the unit. Make it make sense

I have purchased a few wigs from Luvme and love their products overall however this is the second wig that I purchased that was straight-ish (this wig has a slight curl) but VERY thin. Even when I tight wand curl this unit you could still see right through it. You shouldn't be able to simply rub the back of you head and feel tracks. Additionally I have been experiencing A LOT of shedding which isn't ideal if the wig is already super thin. I'm hoping someone see's this review and does something about this because I have absolutely wasted my money since there is nothing I can do with this wig from a styling perspective because is so thin.

Presentation on arrival was beautiful, I almost didnt want to remove the bow. My hair was soft, easy to install, and no tangling even after a month of wearing. Will definitely order again. Not sure why but it wont upload my pic, but believe me when I say it was FIRE!

I usually don't do reviews but the hair is so good I had to! This is my second time ordering form luvme and they have not disappointed yet. The hair came in two days! I got the free items and even free curling irons. You can't beat that! I got 20in body wave the hair is so soft and natural looking. I would definitely recommend ordering from them.
