Luvme Hair

I purchased 2 wigs from Luvme Wigs. One of them I wanted to return. I emailed Luvme to request a refund as instructed within 48 hours. There's no phone number to talk to a representative and they do not give you instructions on how to return items. They don't respond to emails. I have requested a return address several times and have not received it. I suggest you do not buy from them because their customer service is awful.

This was my second purchase from this company and it was horrible! Straight out the bag the hair on the wig was coming out in clumps and the wig was not at all glueless as advertised. I tried to salvage the wig but due to the bad hair it was to no avail. I spent extra money trying to salvage hair and notified the company immediately after receiving the wig. The company tried to low ball me with offering me a $50.00 refund. I paid $213.99 for the wig and was out of over $100.00 extra trying to salvage the wig which was to no avail. The company still will not refund my money even though they false advertised the wig and the hair was faulty.

I purchased 3 different units from LuvMe Hair. 2 units were wigs and the third was 3 bundles and a lace frontal. I wore the 2 units and i must say they shed they tangle the baby hairs came off... literally. I spent nearly $700 bucks on trash hair. Oh did i mention 1 wig is coming apart. The tracks are coming off. I only used a wig brush and water on these units. And they are TRASH... Its a SCAM

I ordered on Black Friday and I had it by that following Thursday! The hair was soft and the lace was thin, so they weren't lying about it being undetectable! Even though I ordered the glueless wig, I still glued it but the lace just melted into my skin! This is my first time ordering a wig, I usually make my own, but I am so glad I did! It saved me time and money, and turned out to be exactly what I wanted! I can't wait to order my next 1!

The quality of the hair is amazing curly or straight it's so soft and bouncy, customer service is on point, fast shipment packaged superbly and the gifts are sweet. This is my 3rd unit I will continue to support the business and tell everyone about your wonderful product. I am a retired hairstylist so I send everyone who ask your way. The day after my wig was due to arrive, I reached out to UPS to check on delivery. They informed me the package was more than likely lost at the warehouse and to reach out to Luvme and have them file a claim. I have several times and they keep telling me the hair is at UPS being shipped and sending me tracking info. UPS has lost the package and Luvme is not doing anything to get me the product or a refund. I would not suggest ANYONE to purchase from this company. They have my money and are trying to just leave me asses out. Horrible, horrible experience!

I love this unit. The quality of the hair is Impeccable. This hair have minimal shedding & the unit is Beautiful. I will be ordering more hair. This is definitely my go to site for all my hair needs. Ladies please go visit Luvme Hair & purchase your hair. You won't be disappointed!

Thus far I have purchased three Luvme wigs and I can't be more please with the quality and easy of washing, conditioning and styling. My first time ordering from luvme hair, and I LOVE THIS UNIT(blunt cut closure Bob wig 12")! I ordered on a Thursday night, and received by Monday morning! It's very full, soft, and so easy to manage! The care pouch was a nice added touch and the wax stick has really come in handy! I usually NEVER order from FB, but after reading reviews, and receiving I will definitely be a repeat customer. This unit even came with a nude attachment underneath the hairline, so after I braided my hair down, I didn't even need to use a wig cap. The only modification I made was plucking the part to widen it for a more natural look. I'm IN love with this hair and their customer service!

The wig is truly GLUELESS! I can literally sit it on my head a little mousse to hold my edge and bam! Very easy to wear, no need to be a professional. The hair is soft and natural looking. It was a great price and included many fabulous gifts

I have been buying wigs for a few yrs now and the past year or 2 I have been exclusive to luvme hair I have about 8 I'll have to count later. I started buying them because I would constantly change my hair color and style and it was damaging my hair. And my hair is thin. LUVME has affordable and beautiful lace options!

I love my Afro curls. Before I went more for the deep wave curls. Now, ever since getting my first Afro curl unit from Luvme, I'm hooked. The hair is soft and full. Also the buying experience is great. I love the packaging and the complimentary gifts. Im now on my third Afro curl unit from Luvme

They will refuse to pay you, block you when you ask about your money. They were fine until I started to make money from my coupon code. They refuse to pay me and act like they are confused. So many people have bought wigs because of me. They also continue to use my videos to promote these wigs. The wigs I bought with my own money and the wigs they sent were good but as far as working with them. Never again, I will also never purchase from them again. Sucks but I learned my lesson.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy from this site. The hair sheds horribly! They send the good wigs to the youtubers and bloggers and send the regular customers trash! I paid $250 for a 22' wig and it literally started balding in 2 weeks. I emailed the company and they keep making excuses why the wig fell apart. I've worn plenty of lace fronts and this is by far the worst one I've ever had.

I've been using Luvme Hair for some years now and never disappointed! Shipment is fast, affordable, hair doesn't shed, and it comes with a pretty box with items in it as well! My hair stylist love this hair as well.

I've been a big fan of Luvme for while. I see how everyone is pleased and I have kept my eye on all reviews. I finally took the leap and ordered with Luvme. As soon as I took the hair out of the box I was pleased. The texture is beautiful. Then I installed and before I even glued it down I couldn't stop smiling. The lace is great.
