Always experienced fast delivery. Tracking is in real time. If not happy with quality, customer service will make sure to assist in the return. Their gifts with purchases are always on point. With all the scams out there, its good to have a trustworthy conpany.
I have been waiting almost 2 months and my order so had not come. I've sent various emails to the company and they keep saying it's been shipped but nothing has arrived to my home yet. They have lost me as a customer. I will be canceling this order and asking my bank to refund the monies back into my account. I'm so disappointed with this company because the first wig I ordered from them was nice and I was ready to be a loyal client. However my last ordered consists of 3 wigs that was on sale so I ordered the 3 received confirmation by endo they were working on my order. Later received another email stating the order was sent to shipping is been over a month and still no order has arrived and everytime I sent an email telling the company I haven't received my products yet they just respond saying the order has been shipped.
This was a great first experience. My hair was so soft and full. The hair dyed with no problems and it was still soft afterwards. I love the way the lace front looks. I am very satisfied!
Hair is very natural and easy to install and very reusable, soft natural look and feel i've gotten several complements about my hair every wig i've bought so far as been good
This is not my first wig from LuvMe and definitely won't be my last I have had about 10 wigs including my wedding wig I have never had a bad experience and if I had a question they answer immediately this is the most trustworthy company I have ever dealt with and I will nevertheless order anywhere else

I purchased a wig two months ago with you guys in it was beautiful I purchased one with another person in I did not like it so I will be purchasing a U part wig for my birthday for next month 9/3/ in a body wave 18 inch And I know it will be beautiful because the weird Apple was beautiful so I know that you put a wig will be also
Im looking for someone to contact me I have been reaching out none stop! When I was buying from u guys I got a respond! Now no u guys sent the wig something that cost that amount of money with no signature u guys put down that it cost 100 dollars! When Im fact it didnt! Fed ex is telling me to reach out to U guys to try and get this resolved! Thats all I want is my wig in my hand! But ppl is Talkn about how bad the wigs are idk if I even want the wig any more! Im asking that someone reach out to me I did not receive my wig in my hand at all! I love all my wigs I purchased from luv me hair. They are just what I had been looking for no shedding and full. I wash my wigs and allow them to air dry and they are just like new..

I requested a refund because my wig tore maki g it impossible to wear two weeks after i started wearing it. They want to refund me less than half of the purchase price. Never again

I would definitely recommend this hair to the works I will be purchasing more hair very soon. The hair is so soft and silky no shedding and the lace is absolute perfection.
