I have been waiting almost 2 months and my order so had not come. I've sent various emails to the company and they keep saying it's been shipped but nothing has arrived to my home yet. They have lost me as a customer. I will be canceling this order and asking my bank to refund the monies back into my account. I'm so disappointed with this company because the first wig I ordered from them was nice and I was ready to be a loyal client. However my last ordered consists of 3 wigs that was on sale so I ordered the 3 received confirmation by endo they were working on my order. Later received another email stating the order was sent to shipping is been over a month and still no order has arrived and everytime I sent an email telling the company I haven't received my products yet they just respond saying the order has been shipped.
Their hair is hit or miss and that's a horrible way to do business. I'm a stylist and I recommended Luvmehair to a client because another client purchased a wig from them and it was decent. Unfortunately, they sent the client who I referred a garbage wig and had the nerve to give her the run around about a refund. Not only will I never refer them to anyone else, I will be warning everyone I can about their shady practices. Beware!
This hair company is very affordable and it has good quality hair. Packaging came beautiful with little gifts. I ordered a upart wig around December 2018 and today is February 2020 and the wig is still in perfect shape and I wear it very often it hold waves and curls great and you can flat iron it bone straight I love everything about it I definitely recommend this company.
Right out of the pack, the hair is soft and bouncy, no tangles, no smell. I wet it instantly to check the true true texture of the hair, it was a beautiful body wave as advertised. I love it and will be buying another in a different texture.
The hair is so lightweight, but so dense at the same time. Very easy to style, was & even cut! Handles heat very well, so well that you don't have to worry about it ruining the hair! True to it's desc online & did not fail my expectations upon arrival!
I got a wig that looks nothing like the photo they advertised. I reached out to the company and they tried to offer me to keep the wig which I will NEVER wear in my life to offer me a 30% discount on my next purchase. Why would I order again if this is how you treat your customers. The hair isn't as pictured, it's stringy and shredding. Plus not the length I ordered. Very disappointing. I have sent several messages since the offer they made and I haven't gotten any response since. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Looks like a hit and miss you me. Please for your viewing pleasure you tell me if the wig looks anything like the picture.

I have ordered from LuvMe twice and each time I was extremely satisfied. The quality of the hair is amazing and the shipping is very fast. My last unit was a full invisible lace unit and it came slightly plucked. I really didn't have to do much I just plucked to my liking but it was ready to go out of the box. I am constantly getting compliments and told how natural my unit looks. I will continue to purchase you guys have a lifelong customer!

First off this hair is so soft, light and silky. I can pull it up in a ponytail and go. I was so impressed with this wig I have a second one on the way. I have referred a few friends who asked where I got my wig from i was excited to say Luvme Hair. Think you so much for this experience.
Luvme Hair is amazing! First of all I ordered a bob wig, but as I scrolled down I saw another wig that I preferred. So I cancelled the first wig order and ordered a 13 inch wavy undetectable wig. Let me tell you how good this company is! After canceling the wig, someone reached out to me immediately to handle may refund and process the new order! My money was refunded back to my card the following day and my new order arrived in a couple of days!
I ordered the 10 in undetectable lace water wave and it is absolutely gorgeous and it doesn't look like I'm wearing a wig. The pic below is just me putting it on so you can see how nice it is and I haven't even had it installed. I washed the unit and it had very little shedding and the curl are beautiful. I will be a repeat customer. If you are debating give luvmehair a try you will not be disappointed!

I am absolutely in love with everything about my purchase. I expected quality but had no idea that it would exceed my expectations. Custom ordered an Italian curly wig and when I got was a matted shedding lump of mess sewn together with white thread. They refused to refund on a custom order even when its not what I ordered. Notice the white thread and the strap sewn in the middle of the cap instead of along the nape

My hair came fast and it was true to length. There was no smell and the hair was soft. The curls disappeared when I washed it, but I used flexi Rods to curl it again and it came out beautifully. No complaints, will order again.

I don't usually write review but have loved everything about this company, the fast shipping method, the hair quality and affordability and top notch customer service. I'm so obsessed and have been satisfied so far that I have no reason to order somewhere else. My latest addition is the mystery mulberry unit. I guess this hair is underrated because sis you need to see how soft and silky this unit is and the color is so pretty. I was septical due to the color but guess what? It's one of the best.
