I purchased the 16inch 200% Density Small Bouncy Curl Lace Frontal Wig. It is a horrible wig! Fuzzy, looks like it was cut in layers, with a shag! There are plenty of grey hairs in this wig, and the cap is cheap, and it looks NOTHING like the advertisement. It looks and feels very cheap. Money down the drain, as they are ignoring me now.

This is maybe the 5th wig I purchased from luvme and this Bob wig is my absolute favorite. I just ordered it in blond. It looks great, the hair is great quality. I washed my wig before wearing it. I let it air dry then flat ironed it. There was barely any shedding and went right back to the original style. Luvme hair is my favorite.

When you check the website's page source code it shows more than what you see when you read their website. I happen to know how to do that and I was quite surprised. This description wasn't needed to print. Why not be honest with your main customers. Here is the Code:

First off. WOW. I fell in love with the hair as soon as I opened the package. I haven't even installed it yet but had to say something! The hair I received is BEAUTIFUL. It's BOUNCY, it's SOFT, and it's exactly as advertised. I got the water wave in 22" and I have been blown away! PLUS, they give you soooo many cute little gifts along with the hair (edge wax, wig cap, bobby pins, sparkly hair clip, tweezers, a band to adjust the size of the wig, and lashes!)! I believe Luvme will now be my go-to for hair. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!

The headband units are AMAZING! My first headband unit from Luvme but not my first purchase. I have one of their lace front wigs but have always struggled with lace front wigs feeling like I needed to do A LOT to make them look natural. This hair is SO soft and beautiful! I loved it so much I ordered another headband unit.

This unit felt like it was me the moment I put it on. I avidly feel in love with it as soon as I removed it from three box. This was the closest match to my hair before receiving chemo treatment for Breast Cancer. Thank you Luvme, It made me feel like you luv me

I ordered a wig and received my wig on September 16,2021. I immediately emailed Stella at luvmehsir about returning my hair. She told me to send pictures I did. I said the color is different from picture. Stella told me they could give me 30 percent off on next purchase. I said no then she told me to sell the wig. I said no then she offered me twenty dollars I said no. I said please refund my account. I was told they don't do refund only credits. I emailed back and said you have two different refund policies going on because the one that came with the hair states they will refund you in the form of payment you paid minus shipping. I attached the policy the came in the box with the hair. No more response from Stella. Buyer beware they don't honor return policy and hair is this hair was not quality.

Words fail me yet I'm forever a customer of Luvme hair! From the time I ordered, I received my hair earlier than expected. My hair stylist messaged me & wanted to know where I purchased the hair b/c she loved the quality & lace so much! In addition, I received a plethora quality goodies. The hair is like no other! I was so impressed, I had to make Luvme aware how I'm beyond thankful i found my forever hair home. My order #LM*******

This is the first time I've ever purchased a wig from Luvme Hair and when I say I'm a fan I mean that I am definitely in love. The hair is so healthy and it feels and looks just like my own hair. I am so amazed and addicted. I will definitely be purchasing from you all from now on.

I was very disappointed and upset when I opened my box with the wig that I ordered. It was not like the picture showed. It was way too big for my head even with the combs and the strap and the length was not what I had ordered. This wig also had lice in it. Also to send the wig back they charge 20.00 and I understand how peoples are having a hard time trying to get back their money. I consider it a loss as I wasn't going to deal with lice and ended up putting it in the trash to avoid passing the lice on to my grand kids. Beware of these fake companies.

I absolutely LOVE the look and feel of the hair. This is my 1st human hair wig and I was amazed at how soft and manageable the hair was. There's minimum frizz and hardly no shedding and it's the PERFECT "Throw On" wig for working from home but still wanting to feel cute. It's also perfect for when you need to run out and don't want to look a hot mess and/or primp too much. I love it with just the black headband that's made onto the wig or with one of the cute headbands that came with it. LuvMe hair... yawl DID that!

I ordered a 10 inch glueless wig and received it a few days later. When I undoxed the wig, the hair fell past my shoulders. Clearly, this was longer than what I wanted. I reached out to Stella and she wanted pictures of the wig being measured. So I took a few pics and in her reply to the pics was I measured the wig wrong. I then tried on the wig and you can clearly see the length was off. I understand their return policy and I was willing to ship it back with my own money. So I don't understand why they gave me a hard time to return it. After going back and forth with Stella, I just had enough and kept the wig.

The wig doesn't quite look like the picture. I'm truly disappointed and wish I hadn't had the wig installed because I feel like I completely wasted my money. You get what you pay for so definitely don't pay for this.

This is a horrible wig site. My wig arrived today was very excited to open and see wig... the lace is horrible. The hair is horrible... 140 dollars waisted... the wig doesn't fit right. I will stick with beauty supply wigs... this site is very deceptive. Don't buy

I have purchased three wigs and bundles from Luvme Hair and I love each and every one of them. By far the best hair I have ever purchased. Will not buy human hair wigs from anyone else. Also love the free products and curling/flat iron I received. Thank you for great hair and great customer service.

I put one star cause I didn't have the option to put ZERO stars. It's a scam! Garbage garbage garbage! I bought it for mothers day, imagine my disappointment. You have to take the wig to a hairstylist to get it looking like the photos--even more money.

The hair look good on the pictures advertised but on the actual ppl they look horrible. I know I'll stick with mslynn hair. And the reviews with the ppl saying they're happy I think it's a scam along with the company so won't waste my time with the hair but writing this review I will.

Like many of you, I saw beautiful wigs on the Luvme posts on Facebook. I read the reviews on the Facebook page and saw great posts on Youtube so I thought the site was ok. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I ordered a center part wig on the site, a got a wig that looks like it was cut by a 5th grader! It is just horrible! It has an asymmetrical cut, but it shouldn't. It has fly away hairs (very short hairs) on the top. I was so very disappointed. Then to make matters worst, their website indicated that they do not do refunds but they will give credit to shop on their website. However, they want you to mail the wig back to Hong Kong (at your own expense) before giving you a credit. There is no phone number either... Hard lesson learned.

I ordered curly wig 26 inches hair was shedding as I brushed it. Wig didn't have the same look as model who was taking it out the box and brushing it and showing how to fix it up. Hair was thin. I quess they pick and choose who they send the cheap wigs to. I quess cause I ordered several wigs from them about two other wigs and the other two was not like how it was pictured I didn't complain but yes I am now. Must of thought I was gonna keep letting them send the cheap ones to me

In this picture, I am wearing Luvme Hair's Color 1B/30 Ombré Bob Wig 13x6 Frontal Bob Wig. This was my very first time gluing a unit on. I installed it by myself and it was very easy. The unit also has a band on the inside for extra security on your head. The hair is very soft and full. It honestly looks like my real hair. I think this may be my favorite wig from Luvme so far.

Their customer service is also AMAZING. They're very kind, informative, and helpful. Also, who doesn't love fast shipping?
