Ordered the kinky ponytail, watched the tutorial on YouTube, never could figure out how to apply it to look like the models. Ordered a wig, didn't open the box until two weeks after I'd received it. Boy was I ever disappointed when I saw the wig. Looks nothing like the advertised product. However, they did have instructions that states, "If you're a beginner to wigs or want them to look like how they're shown on our social media, it is advised to consult a professional stylist." I'm not vitro go through the hassle of returning it, but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM LUVME WIGS AGA!

Purchased this hair from Luvithair Brazilian straight bog wig, supposed to be 100% black 14inch/200% extra thick/fall lace. I purchased this hair in December 2020, Received it in January 9th 2021. The web sight is called *******@valueLife.shop.
This was some of the most awful hair that I have ever purchased in my life. I will NEVER AGAIN purchase any hair from this company. This company doesn't send any return labels to make sure that their product can not b returned. I will not recommend any one obtaining hair from this company, they lie about their products and cheap you out of your money. Price paid was $36.90 dollars and after making this purchase my card was used to purchase shoes from Amazon. Which I turned over for investigation.
So to anyone who is thinking of making a purchase DO NOT DO IT!

Really loving my new wigs I have to I was skeptical at first because it was on Facebook and had a horrible experience with ordering wigs off of Facebook but looked in the comments and I was reassured that this would be a goodbye I ordered my way thinking that hey they say five days it'll probably be almost a month before I receive them but I was so happy when they came. I seen a couple of more that I am going to buy this is my new shop the hair soft doesn't shed the pre-plucked is awesome so is the baby here thank you guys for forward to buying from you soon

In the past I've had some horrible experience when it comes to purchasing any type of hair online, because two things usually happen. Number one, the hair is either different from what the site is advertising or the quality is terrible. As I was scrolling down though IG I came across the Luvmehair page, at first I was skeptical being that I've always had bad experience when it comes to purchasing hair online. After reviewing their site I had a reason to give their company a try, honestly I couldn't be more happy with my purchases and so far I've bought over 7 units from Luvmehair. The products they were advertising, they were the exact items that I've received. Price is reasonable being that their hair they're virgin human hair, great quality one best thing with the Luvmehair site there's always a tutorial to help you whether you are a stylist or just beginning to do hair. Shipping is very fast and effective. First unit I've ever tried was the Afro kinky sleek ponytail in 14 inches and I loved it. I strongly recommend their hair to anyone

I had a great experience with customer service. I purchased 4 wigs in the span of a month &). The first, loved so much (it came pre-cut) so I decided to order a second. That second one came pre-cut.
I also order a BOGO and these wigs did not come pre-cut. I placed my order and decided to reach out to customer service to see if they could accommodate me. I heard back within 24hrs. They said absolutely they could, of course it would be a small fee but I didn't mind because it's convenient and I know I won't ruin the wig. I was sent an invoice and as soon as I paid it they did what needed to be done on their end and shipped the wigs out. I shared with the fb group to request precut if they need it because a lot of us are busy or nervous to do it. I think because of this we now can opt for pre-cut lace on all wigs which is great. I've always had fast and really good customer service with luvme which is why l've been a loyal customer for years.

I have purchased 2 wigs from Luv Me hair in one month. The hair quality is so good. It's very soft and silky yet looks so natural.
I have to fight the urge to buy one everyday

*The lighting "sunlight:" makes the hair look BROWN! WHAT?!... They advertise a color on their website, and send you a completely DIFFERENT COLOR! I sent pictures to them of the merchandise, they sent me... The merchant had the audacity to tell me, I could have the items professionally dyed! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS w/ this company again! I should have read the REVIEWS FIRST! *They are in China... Bottom line "THEY GOT OVER!" BUYER BEWARE!

I love my hair. Curls are cute, nice and soft. I didn't even use glue to install, just added a little water. This is my second unit. Time to shop for a third.

This hair barely sheds, I use water and Cantu to keep the curls long lasting! The quality is to die for, everyone should give it a try for sure you won't be disappointed

This hair is SO SOFT, doesn't tangle, it didn't have a funny smell, the wig cap was too big for my little peanut head but I adjusted that by folding sewing the wig Cap, I get so many compliments. I've only had the wig for a week and I've already ordered another.

This wig was just as described online. Came with accessories such as cap pins and a beautiful Luvme clip. Oh I can't forget the mink lashes! I would definitely be purchasing another wig.

I'm not typically a wig wearer. This wig is beautiful and very soft I thought these wigs were just for younger people but I was wrong. I would recommend this company to anyone keep up the good work.

By me just having an infant I need something quick and fast for my hair but cute and satisfying as well I have been always wanting to buy a wig online but scared but I have pick the perfect hair from Luvmehair my 180% density frontal wig was so cute and soft I will be purchasing from y'all again

I must admit I was a little skeptical about ordering an online wig but thanks to Luvme hair I received a beautiful wig also I received headbands, hairpins and a beautiful Luvme hair clip. I highly recommend all my Nubian queens order as I plan to order more!

I greatly appreciated the gift with purchase. The hair I purchased is a loose curl pattern so the hair straightener was perfect and small for easy traveling and convenience
