Luvme Hair

I ordered a wig for $256 on 5/9/22 I received the wig on 5/13/22 the wig is too small and will not stay on my head. The wig looks nothing like the picture and it actually looks like a wig. I requested a refund and Stella advise I couldn't return the wig because the lace was cut. I have never wore the wig and definitely did not cut the lace. I was also advised that I need to shampoo and condition the wig prior to wearing the wig. Please explain to me why I should have to do that on a brand new wig. This company is definitely a scam and finds any reason to not issue a refund.

I absolutely loved this wig. It was well worth me buying. It was similar to my natural hair. I had so many compliments about this wig. The lace was bomb and my hairstylist slayed the melt! I say get it ladies if you were hesitant before don't be.

I am so excited to have found luvme hair at first I was unsure but I looked into the site for a while before I made my first purchase and it was definitely worth it. I received my order in 3 days it came in a purple box inside was the 2 wigs I ordered, 2in1 flat iron, instructions on how to manage and take care of your hair and the best part was my goodie bag with my wax which I love along with my luvme pen, clips, bands and tweezers. I just want to say thank you luvme hair you have a customer for life!

I order many frontal wigs from LuvMe and enjoyed their hair quality and density. It can be bleached, flat iron, dyed, and styled in many ways and the hair will still be shiny and flowy. I highly recommend. And its perfect for beginners as the hair line is already pre-plucked!

I purchased 2 bob wigs from Luvme hair in which the whole experience was great! Shipped and was received within a couple days and my wigs were practically pop on and go! Nothing but a quick bump with the flatirons and I been getting compliments on my hair "wig" since.

I purchased a 12 inch 360 lace front wig from this company. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the sewn in strap and hooks were defective strap was ill-fitted and gapped in the back
The hooks would not stay in the slots therefore this wig was useless. The site misrepresented the wig and it looked NOTHING like what I thought I had purchased. I reached out to a Stella of Luvme hairwhom wrote me back to ask for pictures and a copy of the invoice. I sent both and never heard back after that email. Returns are not easy, I am now using PayPal to get my money back. I will never purchase from here again and does not recommend this company. If you choose to purchase, purchase with extreme caution

I absolutely love Luvme Hair the hair is always so soft it never tangles it's definitely easy to manage they also have a variety of color wigs that are also amazing we all know good color wigs are hard to come bye I've bought 2 wigs so far will be buying plenty more!

I tried ordering twice from this company with two different cards, thank goodness my bank caught it. It's a fraudulent business and my bank wouldn't approve the transaction. My bank saved my $#*! a huge headache time and money! This company is full of sh/#!

Luvmehair has disappointed me. My wig was shipped by Luvmehair on 12/29/2023. Ups reported it stolen and it under investigation whileit was in their care. Therefore, I would think that Luvmehair would send me my wig. That I paid for! They stated I must wait until UPS completed the investigation. SMH, so I must inconvenience, it's 1/26/2023, still no wig.

I was wasting too much money having to buy bundles, frontals, paying to get a wig made and installed. Decided to give luvme a try and I must admit it was a great decision. It's been 2 years plus and I am still in luv!

I'm not sure how this company has received so many good reviews. I ordered the 5x5 Undetectable Invisible Lace closure wig in an 18". The wig is suppose to be 180% density but it's more like 130% density. The knots aren't bleached and the hairline is barely plucked. Now I know why this company always offer discount codes. You get what you pay for! The wefts aren't double sewn. They are cut and sewn as single tracks.

**Update** After leaving this review I was refunded $40 to "update my review" which explains all of the good reviews. Customer service even went so far as to text me at 4:35 a.m. asking me to update my review. SMH! After this experience, I will NEVER shop with this company again.

Body Wave / 20 inches. It's good quality hair and didn't sheaf a lot. I don't know much about hair weave because I don't wear it often but the person that installed it said it is good quality. I'm so happy with my purchase and can't wait to get another one. I washed it and put it back on myself after getting my cousins to install and getting some tips from her. I definitely recommend this company!

I will never EVER order from this company again! I was checking out when they offered what I considered a free wig after all the discounts. Naturally, I added it to my cart bc it was free well 3 days later and no word from the company I reach out and was told the free wig was on backorder, and bc of that my entire order was on hold. Well I wanted clip-ins for Mother's Day and asked if they could be shipped separately and was told sure checked the next day and still no shipment. I've literally asked via chat for a contact number 3x and they dance around the question and don't really help or give a crap. If you order from this company expect some bs.

This was the worst $338.00 i have ever spent this was some BS hair, the color was not what i requested and I have emailed the company several times. The only response from the company was to try and have the product professionally styled, by one of their approved stylists. I declined and have continually requested a full refund. I feel as though I purchased a product I'm not satisfied with and the company refuses to assist with my refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I have received better services and hair from Amazon. Do not waste your money on this BS they call hair. They also tried to refund me $35 like what the world. I've paid way more than that.

Luv Me Hair is a great company to order from! I ordered the 12 in Summer Celebrity style glueless lace front wig and I love it! You get great quality hair for a reasonable price and the shipping is fast I definitely will order from them again!

First time buying. Got a full lace 14in body wave wig. It was able to be bleached, dyed (navy blue) and styled (straightened with hot comb and flat iron) with no issues. Its soft textured and so pretty. The goody bag is a plus and I looove my LuvMe hairclip gift. I adore anything that sparkles and it sparkles so beautifully. Well made. I will buy from this company again.

I love my headband wig. So easy to just throw on and go without dealing with lace. I did not like the velcro straps or the material the headband is made out of, but i ordered my mom one and they changed material and the straps are soooo much more comfortable, so luvme definitely listens to their customers. The hair is so soft and I constantly get compliments. I will definetly purchase again.

Do not buy from this company it's a scam, reviews included. They are selling and sending out cheap ugly wigs and are only offering $30 refunds on the units that were purchased for $150-$200 and up. When you reach out to Stella you will get the run arounds/a bunch of excuses. This is the absolute worst hair experience that I have ever had and I will NOT! Purchase from them again. Ladies put your money where it counts, and it's not with Luvme hair. They don't even deserve 1 star.

UPDATE*** I'm a little late with my update, but I am happy to say that I received a full refund. I wasn't letting up on them. I maybe received my money back into my account a month later, after a constant back and forth. I still say stay away from this company! Their reviews are lies and their hair is party city quality. NEVER AGAIN! #theytriedit
