I have been waiting almost 2 months and my order so had not come. I've sent various emails to the company and they keep saying it's been shipped but nothing has arrived to my home yet. They have lost me as a customer. I will be canceling this order and asking my bank to refund the monies back into my account. I'm so disappointed with this company because the first wig I ordered from them was nice and I was ready to be a loyal client. However my last ordered consists of 3 wigs that was on sale so I ordered the 3 received confirmation by endo they were working on my order. Later received another email stating the order was sent to shipping is been over a month and still no order has arrived and everytime I sent an email telling the company I haven't received my products yet they just respond saying the order has been shipped.
I Love my Luvnme Wig purchase. I purchased 2 within 2 weeks. I'm ready to buy another one. The hair is soft easy to install. I was scared to purchase and to my surprise it was what I wanted. Good quality and adorable hair.

Is a quick and very easy install. You can change the style of the hair, wash the hair, dye the hair and you can even wear it without glue. The deals and coupons they have is a fantastic way to save. Especially if you are a first timer at installing a wig and not sure how to you can east purchase a 10in lace front for under a $100 for practice. This is the 180% DENSITY FRONTAL LACE WIG GLUELESS PRE PLUCKED 22in BODY WAVE!!!! It last for A Year!!! Which I purchased this wig in October this year. It can be dyed but I chose to keep it the natural black the lace is Swiss, medium brown and it comes with 4 combs inside and it’s adjustable.

I have lupus and as a result ive struggled with hair loss/ thinning for the past 2 years. I was recently diagnosed with alopecia and i was devastated. Ive tried steroid injections, creams, shampoos and nothing worked. As a result I have to wear wigs. Ive struggled finding a good quality wig company. Ive spent 100s of dollars on poor quality wigs and it really stressed me out. I finally decided to order from luvme hair and after 2 days of wearing the wig i knew i found a good, quality, loyal company. I literally cried because i knew my search was finally over and i would have access to a wig company that I could trust. I purchased 4 wigs but when I received my order it wasn't what I ordered. I received 4 long black hair wigs. The wigs were not lace wigs and were a very poor quality. I emailed the company to get a refund but didn't receive a response. Would not recommend this company.

I've ordered wigs from online stores in the past, only to be sorely disappointed by having to wait a long time to receive something that is nothing like what was promised. When I recieved the wig within 4 days, in beautiful packaging, of high quality, soft, full, and beautiful, I actually cried. I've order hair before from a website and when it came I was disappointment. So when I ordered my 1 wig unit I was nervous. 1st thing I loved about Luvme hair it didn't take weeks like most hair sites for me to get my product. 2nd it came wrapped so nice in a beautiful box. 3rd but not final "My Hair" it was everything I hoped it would be. (very soft) lastly but not final because I was so satisfied i ordered another one. I received my free gift(flat/crimper iron). I'm in Love

I had order from them the first time everything was great the past 2 times I try to order they rejected me and I email them no response and I thought it was my bank but it was them the service is horrible bad service

I absolutely love the ordering process and being able to spin to the wheel to get the extra discount was amazing. The install process took me about 30mins and I am loving my wig and I have alrdy ordered my next wig.
The wig I ordered looks nothing like the one I received. I have sent several emails requesting a refund and a return label. It has been over a month and a half. The wig is of poor quality, the wrong color there is white lining showing in the center of the wig where their should be hair. Luvme Hair falsely replied to my credit card company that they sent me the right wig causing me to seek futher action against them. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. I have been trying to return their wig to them per their refund policy sine I got it! When you get the pamphlet it list all the things wrong with the wig which is clearly false advertisement on there website. If I have to I will report them to the BBB, District Attorney of Consumer Affairs, social media, etc. Send me a return label and tell my credit card co not to rebill me.

The wig I received has short broken flyaway hair all over the Crown. It was noticeable as soon as i unboxed it. They stood up like static. The hair is ten inches so it should not have been a problem. It almost looks like it was made from scrap hair that was pieced together from a cuttings off the floor. The beauty of a bob is the cut which means the the hair needs to be uniform. Additionally, the cut was not good just hanging squaggly ends that would require a professional cut. Very disappointing. This is my first Luvme Wig. Wondering if this typical?

I'm not a hairstylist I just like to try new things. I purchased this ice blonde short wig from LuvMe and I didn't know what to expect. My order was delivered in less than a week and it was a complete package. I trimmed my bang and flat ironed my hair (after all it was in a box a needed a little maintenance) and that was it! I received sooo many compliments. The price was definitely affordable and I've already ordered my next look. Im definitely a satisfied customer.
