I have been waiting almost 2 months and my order so had not come. I've sent various emails to the company and they keep saying it's been shipped but nothing has arrived to my home yet. They have lost me as a customer. I will be canceling this order and asking my bank to refund the monies back into my account. I'm so disappointed with this company because the first wig I ordered from them was nice and I was ready to be a loyal client. However my last ordered consists of 3 wigs that was on sale so I ordered the 3 received confirmation by endo they were working on my order. Later received another email stating the order was sent to shipping is been over a month and still no order has arrived and everytime I sent an email telling the company I haven't received my products yet they just respond saying the order has been shipped.
Im on my second one and i love it if you're second guess don't just order it you'll be satisfied its so convenient just slap it on and go no need to pay anyone to do it. The grade of hair is great

I was very skeptical at first but they are The Real Deal. It didn't take long to receive it and was very easy to install. I get many compliments on how lovely it looks. I'm In love.
When I say this wig has given me many looks; I mean just that. This is one of two that I've purchased with Luvme and I love them both. Little to minimal shedding. I will be purchasing again.

I absolutely love my wig i purchased a 26 inch 180 density frontal lace wig. It's beautiful I recently dyed it ladies purchase hair from here u won't regret it.
The hair is not human hair. I had my wig fir less than a month. Its dry and matted. Yes. I did follow the care instructions. It's junk. Never again...

I purchased a 20in upart wig from Luvme hair and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The quality and fullness of the shot made it worth the purchase. I was a ale to achieve and half up/down look with my upart. I received so many compliments. Not to mention the flat iron and other goodies I received. I can't wait to purchase another one.

I've ordered multiple wigs from Luvme Hair and it is normal to have a little shedding; however, this is now a pattern and even developed balding in one wig.

Stay away from this company. DO NOT ORDER PLEASE. THEY ARE SELLING SYNTHETIC HAIR! It's not real hair at all... I order full lace wig the shipping was fast but after one day the wig was so matted won't even hold the curls. When I contact them they said the temperature can not be too high to flat iron the wig, but they claim to sell 100% virgin hair. They are scammers stay away from this company please.

Hello yes I'm very happy with my hair very so came fast the only thing is I would love to see more browns light color and some Burgundy hair but all in all I love it yes I'm going to order more so I have a lot to pick from, thank u very much I love my headband wig.
Final update: I last heard from Luvmehair aka "Stella" on March 19,2019, (via email) begging me to end my dispute and ship them the wig. Their promise to reimburse me the shipping fees fell on ears deaf since they still wanted me to commit mail fraud by falsifying the actual value of the wig (on the package) so they could avoid paying a tariff by customs. Moreover, by then my credit card company advised me to cease all communications with Luvmehair and allow them to handle the situation. That's exactly what I did, not wanting to jeopardize my case.
After dealing with the lies and deceit since the 1st of January, I see no reason to believe anything they have to say now. Thank God I had won my dispute and my money was refunded.
Needless to say, the women modeling Luvmehair wigs are all beautiful and the wigs look great. If you happened to luck out and received a decent wig, good for you. However, the wig I received was quite the opposite and I'm not alone. Just read the reviews from https://www.sitejabber.com and type in Luvmehair. You could read for yourself what actual customers were sent and the heartache they had to endure when trying to return the mess they'd received.
