Always experienced fast delivery. Tracking is in real time. If not happy with quality, customer service will make sure to assist in the return. Their gifts with purchases are always on point. With all the scams out there, its good to have a trustworthy conpany.
I have been waiting almost 2 months and my order so had not come. I've sent various emails to the company and they keep saying it's been shipped but nothing has arrived to my home yet. They have lost me as a customer. I will be canceling this order and asking my bank to refund the monies back into my account. I'm so disappointed with this company because the first wig I ordered from them was nice and I was ready to be a loyal client. However my last ordered consists of 3 wigs that was on sale so I ordered the 3 received confirmation by endo they were working on my order. Later received another email stating the order was sent to shipping is been over a month and still no order has arrived and everytime I sent an email telling the company I haven't received my products yet they just respond saying the order has been shipped.
It arrives less than 2 weeks. The hair is so soft and beautiful. I literally spray water and go... im done! Its so convenient and cute. I can part it several ways and it looks so natural.
You definitely will not be disappointed!
Firstly. The hair is sooooooo soft. I can say that when i initially washed it any curl i put in it eventually fell after a few hours. BUT i did the silicon and clear combo on the second wash and the curls are SITTTTING. The hairline is on the fuller side so I'd recommend plucking it. But overall I'd buy this unit again and would recommend it.
I've purchased A LOT of units from LuvMe Hair. I love the units I have because they're beginner friendly which are quick and easy styling for everyday. This definitely helps me to really continue switching it up as I like. Thanks again LuvMe Hair for sending great products and keeping great customer service with me through everything in between. They are a real company and fantastic

It took me a while to even decide to order a wig from you but I'm glad I did. I love it. The hair is so soft right out the box and it looks like it is growing out of my scalp. I could not be more happier.
This is a great product. It's genuine, soft and easy to manage hair. I've never purchased hair based on online reviews before. I usually like to go to the stores in person, take time to try on a piece and then choose. I most definitely recommend Luvme Hair. Satisfaction guaranteed.

I have not had much confidence since my hair fell out from chemical damage. I was a wig virgin but kept seeing luvme hair on all social media. I finally gave them a go and ordered a wig. Omg I am so I love wig is soft with no shedding and looks super natural.
After watching several videos and not having a wig for years I was excited to get one from luv me unfortunately with just one try on not even wearing it out the clips begin to fall out. The cap and size was way too big more fitted for a giant I really feel took and I'm hurt by that because this is my first time in a long time and you all took $219 from me I will never buy another wig ever from you all ever! I feel like luv me sent me a wig that somebody else had previously sent back it doesn't work for me and is not as simple for me as it seems you do better going to the local Beauty Supply in my opinion... F-
I must say I'm beyond impressed with my wig I just received and they sent me the 2in1 flat/curling iron! I've installed it and haven't styled it yet but the hair is flawless! I ordered the 18" lace front body wave, received it in 3 days and can't keep my hands out of my head! I'm definitely ordering MORE!
I usually go with the brown hues but I couldn't keep my eyes off of this one! She is definitely a winner hands down! I always look for hair units that are more natural (meaning, its ready to wear within 15 minutes). Ms.Fall was all that and some more. Very user friendly for first time or beginner wearers. Hair is full of body and no shedding or split ends.

Luv Me Hair is the best hair that I have ever purchased in life it's soft it last long and very durable you can have these wigs for a long time my mom has had her wig for 1 year and it still looks new! Invest in you a luv me hair Wig this will be the best choice that you could ever make

This company is by far the worst to deal with for returns. I had to have 6 corresponds with them, send pictures of the untouched wigs, which the hair was poor quality. I had to call my C C company to dispute the charges. The hair was shedding in the back, horrible texture, split ends just awful!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The you tube videos, make it seem that their hair is very nice and silky. It's not, cheap looking and feels like horse hair. Be careful not to order from Luvme Hair!
I was so nervous about purchasing this hair but I regret waiting so long... no smell... no shedding... no harshness when combing or brushing... the lace is amazing it melts with no hesitation. Trust me make your purchase today n do it the LuvnMe way
I purchased a wig on 11/21/19 for $207.06, the money has been debited out of my bank account. However, I am being told by this company that they never received a payment from me. I have all of my documents proving that I paid for a wig. I am leaving negative reviews absolutely any place that I can find to do so until I receive my money back. I don't even want the hair anymore.
I also have an email from luvme hair telling me that I will receive a refund and everything is taken care of and the next day they said they didn't receive my payment.

It came as pictured, and a beautiful as expected. I love that it's not too full, not to thick it's just right. I wish the lace could have been tinted more, but overall it's light and it flows. It can be straightened, and the body of it was still perfect.
I saw this site on Facebook & was skeptical about ordering. I've always wanted a short wavy wig but other sites showed the picture but sent something totally different. After I received it honey I was in love! Later that week I ordered another. The next week I ordered my aunt one. I'm currently on my third wig & all I can say is I Love LuvMe Hair!
I love Luvme Hair! I just started using them and every wig I have so far had been great! Until now I was only buying black wigs, so I was worried try this wig but it was time to try something new! This sugar plum colored wig is now my favorite! It's soft and beautiful and I feel like it is kind of a universal color that fits a lot of different skin tones!
I literally just took it out the pack and put it on and it looks great! It's the 16in Jerry Curl Headband Wig. This is just what I needed for a complete everyday look without having to do too much. Quick and easy! The hair is super soft, and looks really natural like my hair. Shipping was fast and I received a bunch of freebies with my order, Love it!
When I received this wig I was amazed by both the packaging and the wig itself. It came in these purple pouches which were adorable. The wig itself was smooth to the touch and it was versatile. I could wear it in a bun, ponytail, braids, and half up half down hairstyles if I wanted to! It's also what friendly - and the best part is that when you wash it, it goes back to being curly like real hair! I absolutely adore this wig and the company. My items came on time, the presentation was beautiful and the communication was astounding. I can't wait to buy from them again :)

A little oil for the ends to keep it form getting too dry. Wash once a week.

My 3wigs I purchase I love them dearly they dont shed the quality is the best my wigs last me a yr r more as long as u take care of wash & deep conditioning like it's to own ima b on my 4th wig waiting to other by march some time for spring break
I've purchased 6 wigs so far from luvme never had a reason to request a refund or even an exchange... except this last order of the afro headband wig. It's curl pattern in many spots seems dry and manipulated as if it was old or used! At 1st I thought it was just from the packaging and shipping but after further examination it clearly was not! I followed the return instructions that was provided and emailed them within minutes at *******@luvmehaircom actually I've sent 12 emails and wrote on the website advertising other wigs tagged them provided the order no. Still no response I'm very disappointed as this is my 1st experience needing to reach out and this is the outcome I will never again make a purchase from them!
