I have been waiting almost 2 months and my order so had not come. I've sent various emails to the company and they keep saying it's been shipped but nothing has arrived to my home yet. They have lost me as a customer. I will be canceling this order and asking my bank to refund the monies back into my account. I'm so disappointed with this company because the first wig I ordered from them was nice and I was ready to be a loyal client. However my last ordered consists of 3 wigs that was on sale so I ordered the 3 received confirmation by endo they were working on my order. Later received another email stating the order was sent to shipping is been over a month and still no order has arrived and everytime I sent an email telling the company I haven't received my products yet they just respond saying the order has been shipped.
I like they wigs they just not full enough for me! 5 stars if they were fuller! Trying working on that!
I'm new to wearing wigs, now I'm never going back to bundles. I ordered the same wig twice; the density is giving and lace is great. UNICE is the only place I'm getting wigs.
I was excited about getting a wig from this company. I received my wig. The hair was not real. It was synthetic. I have been scammed. I have contacted the company to get a refund. No response yet.

It make me feel gorgeous and I like the texture of the hair. Now I don't have to go to the beauty store and by me wigs now. I will just order from Luvme Hair.
Okay! When I purchased the hair which is curly deep wave full lace, it was so pretty at first but then omg! It's like over night this hair turned on me! I have washed it and used moose and leave-in conditioner on it and it mattes up it gets nappy as hell... smh I have even use the little straight irons they give you to see how it would do and when I tell you believe me this is a blend of human and dam synthetic hair! My question is why in the hell would they false advertise cause I really thought they were legit and good company after seeing videos and every body loving and their hair looks gorgeous but then here it is I get the low grade matted up sheep hair! Like really LuvMe! I'm so dam disappointed if I could send this $#*! back I would snatch it off my head now and send it back! But I'm making due until I purchase another with someone who sell 100% good quality real HUMAN HAIR WIGS! NOT THIS FAKE BLENDED BULLSHHH!
I love the wig I got, it's a 360 body wave that I had a friend dye for me and I just love it. I purchased another wig that I can't wait to have installed.
I have a u-part wig and a headband wig and by far the headband wig is my favorite. I love how convenient it is to put on and go. Not having to worry about my hair much at all.

I have never had any issue with luvme hair products. They have the best quality hair I have been buying from them since 2020 and never had any issue with their products.

This site is legit and has the best wigs ever. I was hesitant at first but I am completely satisfied. I have already ordered my 2nd wig. They are the best and their customer service is excellent
I received the wig the wrong color and the wrong length.I sent multiples emails and no responsed. There's no number to contact this company. 5 days still no response.smh ok update they sent the label and now it to small to scan.Post office can't scan it.smh DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ALL THIS FOR A REFUND! Let's see how fast they'll fix this issue..

LuvMe is the only site I use for my wigs! Sometimes I order duplicates, simply because the prices are good and the hair and customer service is amazing!

Patiently waiting on my second wig to arrive by UPS it's half wig first wig was 10in bodywave it was longer than I thought soft hair and I loved it just can't wait to receive and review the wig that's in transit to me I will give update hopefully all is well I luv them so far and will continue to order as long as all is continuing good for me!
First time ordering from this company and they totally exceeded my expectations! I'm normally skeptical about ordering hair online because I want to see my unit, touch it, feel the quality but this company was recommended so I gave it a shot! First, the shipment was fast, 2 DAYS! I ordered Thursday, it came Monday (minus the weekend), with real time tracking! I ordered the lace front Body Wave in 18in. The hairline was pre-plucked, knots were not bleached but that was an easy fix. The unit was already 60% and I received an additional 40% off! Unheard of! I love how full the unit is, it says 180 density and it shows. The hair is super soft and I haven't noticed any shedding! Came with adjustable straps and a band, along with 3 combs inside of the unit. Let's talk about the gifts that came with it! A flatiron that doubles as a curling iron!, rat tail comb, bobbypins, hair clips, wig cap, and a cute carrying case.

I bought 2 wigs from Luvwme, awaiting these gor some events I was going to attend, they arrived in England but not to my address, when I called the courier they said they were being returned back to Luveme in China, after countless emails requesting a refund, to which they have not responded, I am left out of pocket, No hair and minus the money I paid! No customer satisfaction, and they do not care, DISGUSTING COMPANY! P.S no photos as I have no hair to take pics of.

This is my favorite type of curl pattern. It is so bouncy and the hair is really soft. It doesn't get all matted in the back and sits off my shoulders. It is glueless so that's a plus.
