I recently started wearing wigs and this one is beyond perfect for inexperienced and beginners. Literally take it out of the lovely packaging and put it on. She is very full relating to density, the curls and highlights are very natural looking, and multiple ways to secure. I had to trim the bangs a little to my liking but you can keep them long for more versatility. She comes with combs, a band, and two adjustable bands for added security that she's not going anywhere. My wig fits a little snug in the front underneath the bangs. I have adjusted but still snug. It may be due to my head size, LOL. But I have noticed if I pull it down a tad on my forehead it's not as tight. The hair is so soft and natural looking. The part in the center looks like my natural scalp so no need for makeup.
The hair is too densely packed. It looks artificial on me. I'm older and look younger and a big thick head of hair is too much for me and looks artificial. That you. I love you all. I don't have a lot of money to spend on hair every month.

I would NEVER PURCHASE from luvme hair again. The hair is FAKE. Advertised picture is FAKE. Poor quality wigs, unethicality business meaning that advertised statement that hair is from one DONOR, FALSE. Which means you will stuck with a bad product and no refund. I honestly believe these customers got something free or was paid.

Firstly, our wigs are 100% human hair, which has been our promise all these years. Please do not worry on this. Sorry that we couldn't find your order number with the informations left, we are not able to look into the problem detailedly. But according to the picture provided, please kindly note that colored wig tends to dry out easily and needs more hair care compared to the regular natural black units. Normally our wigs could last for more than one year under proper care. We would love to provide some hair care tips if necessary.

Love me some LUVME 100% Human Hair. LUVME has "good hair" that can stand up to Tint and Bleaching! BUT YOU MUST KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. I put the hair through multiple tests and finally decided to Bleach lighten and colorize a black Jherri Curl Human Hair untreated by chemicals. LUVME Hair did not shed nor lose big clops of hair because I used the Best SHAMPOO and CONDITIONERS, toner and purple shampoo to achieve my color. I treated the process like I do a client's natural hair. It's beautiful and what I like! My hair was very dark most of my life. Gray hair wouldn't come in, so I decided to wear lighter colors and wigs to preserve and protect my hair from damage. My hair still grows but not gray enough. It takes separating my hair and looking into parts to find gray strands. So LUVME is the final answer for me. I also cut, shape, trim and fully style my LUVME 100% Human Hair. Human hair wigs have cuticle and must be treated like hair that grows from your scalp. If you don't use the best products on the wigs you will have problems with your it like tangles, knots and heavy shedding. Only choose the best products. Buy Professional Cosmetology hair care products and tints should be used. When you clean and condition your wig understand Human Hair has a cuticle. Also, remember a wig has no scalp nor heat zone. So what will you do when tinting and bleaching? Be safe or lose the quality of your Human Hair LUVME Wig? However, I see LUVME is now stocking good styles with various highlights placement and Balayage.

Do your research when ordering any product online. Having the facts will make you a happy customer. That's what I did and I am so happy with my pieces that I ordered.

Before you purchase, you need to read the return policy. Within 30 days of receipt, if you wish to return for a refund, you must contact them, and they will provide either the return address or a return mailing label. But none of that is true. Once you contact them, rather than doing the right thing and abiding by their own return policy, they put you on an email merry-go-round. I emailed and responded to their emails several times from 11.11.2023 through 11.19.2023. In all their responses to my emails, they failed to provide the information needed to return the wigs. This cat-and-mouse game happened repeatedly. It is as if they are intent on wearing you down so that you eventually just give up out of frustration and keep the products that you want to return. In the end, I did give up and decided to post negative yet truthful reviews so that other potential customers could understand the company's practices regarding returns do not in any way align with their return policy. Also, if you conduct a Google, Microsoft, or Bing search, you cannot find a return address or a telephone They keep playing this email-the-customer game. I'm fed up with this company. 2nd Review: Completed on 11.21.2023 –
Regarding my first review, dated 11.19.2023, I posted several negative yet truthful reviews on Trustpilot and a few other sites. As a result, I finally received a helpful response from Luvme. In response, the company admits to reading the reviews I'd submitted to Trustpilot and Sitejabber. Again, they apologized for my situation, BUT, this time, they agreed to send me a return mailing label. As stated in my first review, I've been emailing back and forth with this company since 11.11.2023, requesting the return address or a return label. I find it so sad that I had to go through drafting and responding to email after email to get this company to abide by its own return policy. As of my last email, dated 11.19.2023, they still failed to provide the information needed to return their products. It was not until I got frustrated, gave up, and finally posted negative yet truthful reviews on this company, that they relented by acknowledging my returns and offering to send a return label. It is so sad that in order for the company to abide by its return policy, the customer has to go to hell and back. This experience was extremely stressful and frustrating.
