I love me some MAC. I went to the one near my house ad the beauty expert there was so helpful. They helped me match my perfect color and recommended some eye shadows.

After waiting a long time for an order, which the mac consultants claimed that the GLS already tried to deliver, even though I was not contacted, or at least notified in any way about the takeover of the order by the GLS, or about the delivery of the order, I met with an accusing and unprofessional attitude of the support service, just trying to hide any guilt.
Buy in-store and online. Delivery is a little slow but great products and doesn't put me off. Only issue is products sell out fast and don't get stocked up quickly
Be professional don't be races. You get pay to help people not to ignore them. Who lose customers is the company
Mac Product are professional quality. I'm really pleased with mac products. I have used this brand for a long time. I'm very happy with these products. And I recommend to all my friends.
If they was a 0 option I would have selected that, I have spend hundreds of pounds on my order and they are still not here the are sending it to the wrong address and it won't let me track my order as it is asking me to sign in and I don't have an account so I signed up and obviously I don't have order history since I just made it so I can't see where it is, probably won't even come and I need it as I'm a makeup artist and I have lost out on 300 pound and the Live chat is $#*! it says some back between 10 am and 10 pm and it's $#*!ing half 4 and the makeup artist chat doesn't say that but the chat keeps disappearing and I'm getting email and there trying to say it's my $#*!ing connects but it's just there $#*!ty $#*! website, I will never order from them again make millions and they can't even sort out there $#*! website
I don't like that they test on animals. There's no reason for me to buy from a company that is cruel to animals. They do not deserve cruelty just so they can sell a product.
I love playing with makeup and hair, MAC has always been my go to. Stays on, looks flawless and the website has tutorials to help improve your skills. Love love love this company's products

I bought lashes from here that would NOT stay on my eyes... I wear fake lashes EVERYDAY and when I tried to return them they wouldn't let me. SO i had to go through corporate just to get a new pair and hat was 2 1/2 weeks ago and i STILL haven't gotten them nor have I heard from them no email nothing. I will never buy them from there again #MACISWAC
I recommend it to all my friends and usually give it as a birthday present. I wish i have it all. Hopefully to buy more stuff here soon.The quality, texture, is great! Love using it!
The website is nothing special, in fact its a little bit hard to navigate. This company is terrible at releases, and the things I have tried just aren't special enough to warrant the price tag.
Mac is a great brand with a wide variety of products. Some a great and some over the years have been flops but their overall quality is great. A little too pricey for me but make great gifts.
I believed it was very clear about the appearance. As for value for money, it was amazing and it made it possible for women to try your item at any level.
I tired the lip sticks tehy offer. They are awesome. The color is stable. I'm really impressed. I'll keep using this brand. I want to try some more items they offer.
I have been using cosmetics for this brand for several years. Most of all, I like the quality and texture of cosmetics, I have never had any allergic reactions.
Very very expensive brand! But sometimes it very worth it! Some of their shadows are a little chalky and have tons of fall out. But other than that's its good
