The last communication with Macrofare was April last year, I have never received an invoice since enrolling. I thought the billing had stopped, not so. A not so friendly customer service agreed to a partial refund after a not so cordial conversation.
Happy - absolutely not!
Recommendation - don't do it!
I contacted them for a refund. They do not respond. No good. I'm contacting my bank too. They do not respond at all for refunds.
I have lost 65 lb on the program. For the money they are all the same. Nutrisystem, weight watchers... It is what works for you. If you can lose weight on your own good for you but I couldn't do that. I needed a guide and for me this worked. No one forced me to buy any additional plans. I opt. To continue purchasing the meal plans for changes to my meal plan and because I noticed the change in my body. I have been doing this program since March and gotten great results.
I purchased the keto plan and had results with the recipes on the menu. I completed 1 month and thought another month of recipes would come about but they didn't. So, did I just pay $33 for one month of recipes that just repeats most of the meals? That's where I feel scammed. I'm contacted support and they don't respond to this so now I have to write this review.
I'd stay right away from this company. They are toxic to every industry that they come into contact with. Once you've invested a lot of time, they then hit you with a price tag. I'd recommend just using a free service over Macrofare.
This site is only good for your macro calculation otherwise you're just paying for an expensive meal plan to print out and struggle with on your own. No mobile app only the webpage, whatever the black "app like" image is on the home page is a lie.
