I have recently requested a FREE diagnostic, because my computer was acting up, when i received my box (I live in Texas), my computer seemed to run normally again. When they emailed me saying that they haven't received my computer (since I didn't send it in because, I didn't need to. They told me that i needed to pay a 25 dollar fee. Which i was fine with, but when i asked them if i did send it in, and get it tested and i, they still wont give me my money back, saying it was for the shipping cost. Then I told them, if it was 25 dollars why does it say "Free Diagnostic", they haven't replied its been a week now. I did get my money back from the bank, after i told them what had happened.

DO NOT CHOICE THEIR FREE STUFF
