I ordered a jumpsuit and within 24 hours called to cancel it. Was told that the VENDOR would respond within 24-48 hours that they received the cancellation request. Haven't heard a thing and my item is still being processed. Three days later. When I click on the tracking there is nothing there. Macys customer service rep told me it shipped. I can request a refund if the item is not here in 6 DAYS? The website said 2- days.

I recently ordered a long winter coat and received it a lot earlier than was expected. I have ordered quite a few things from Macy's online over the past few years and have never had a problem.

I ordered a pair of pants because it said pickup up near me the next day. Well that was a lie the next day it said they were shipped and I would have them a week later.

I ordered some dressy boots from Macy's at Christmas time. I was delightfully surprised that they arrived early and was able to have them to wear to a Christmas concert that night!

I got my package from Macy's just yesterday, and there was a stain on my blazer and my skirt was all stretched out. Maybe there was an error, but overall, the shipping was FANTASTIC and the way it fit was amazing!

Let me start this off by saying Macys used to have top notch service. But Ill be honest I have a hard time remembering when that was. The last few times I have placed an order there has been an issue and customer service has been a nightmare. Recently I ordered some pillows online. When I received them I noticed one had been a previous returm so I called customer service. They gave me a hard time because the order was placed using my husbands credit card so they called him and got authorization to speak to me regarding the account that is in MY name. Well I noticed on their website that they issued me a refund so I went to our credit card statement online to verify and was shocked to see I was actually charged twice. So I call them and they tell me they cant speak to me about the account without my husbands approval I said you already got that from him the last time I called. Then explained to them thats hes out of town in a class for work and wont be available for 4 more days. They still wouldnt help me. I'm beyond done with Macys. Not only did they send me a used/returned pillow, then gave me an incredibly hard time when trying to return it but then charged me twice. I rather pay more somewhere else than deal this garbage. It should be illegal for a company to debit your account without approval.

About a senate hearing concerning how they fined a customer $3500 a no-harm fine for giving a bad review about their crappy company... it is in the fine writing and apparently it is legal...

DO NOT BUY FROM IZIDRESSALE.COM. Despite what website says, it IS NOT located in the UK. They make and ship poorly constructed, mis-sized dresses from China. They WILL NOT accept returns or refund money.

I usually wear size 18-20 and according to their size chart I was a 20. To be safe, I ordered a 22 so it could be altered down to fit perfectly. The dress I received was way too small in the bust, measuring barely a size 16 according to their size chart.

They offered to send me 3" of fabric to add to bust, or I keep the dress and they send me $5.

Bought the Gucci Bloom perfume from Macy's. It has a lovely, long-lasting scent but it is a bit on the pricey side. Shopping was easy but delivery was a tad slow.

Macys costumer service is HORRIBLE! Just totally horrid!
I'm an Australian buyer, bought a bag online from Macys, 10 days after not even receiving a shipping confirmation email decided to email contact them. Few hours later they got back with the most appalling reply! Telling me my order got cancelled (and they didn't even let me know that it got cancelled). The thought that the item was out of stock, but then they found out they have more of the same item in stock, so told me to re order! Yes let me just spend more money $$$ whilst the money I already spent on the bag is withheld. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenienced they caused me. Pretty much they explained in a bad manner what went wrong and ‘'HOW I HAVE TO FIX IT''. Instead of fixing the problem themselves, ‘'let me see maybe send me the bag now that you have it in stock''. But no instead they informed me that I have to re order it spend more $$$ and time and then have to go contact their partners to get my money back for the bag spent which is withheld and which will take few weeks to get back. I online shop a lot, If something goes wrong with the order most other companies acknowledge what they did wrong, i. E by actually contacting me and telling me that the order is cancelled, they either fix the problem and if they cannot they would refund the money and apologize, give me a voucher or discount codes for the inconvenience caused. I will never shop at Macys again thats for sure, they receive 0 stars for their customer service. I am still very shocked!

I can not even walk after being on that mattress for a week. The mattress I ordered was not given and when i tried to get that one they doubled the price. A scam that they always liked.

I would score them zero stars if I could. This site is a joke and I am amazed anyone would shop there. I'll probably get a bill for $3,500 for writing this. I will not shop there again.

If you order something and need to return it or it doesn't show up and you complain, they will send the mafia after you, kill your puppy and destroy your credit.

Asking for a friend... Where on earth does Macys get their clothes from? Their clothing line is horrible and unacceptable. Better off buying from a corner store.

All of their products are first-rate quality. The regular prices are a bit high, but the sale prices are usually below the competition and they have frequent sales.

This is not a place to find a good deal, but the customer service is good and it is where I buy cosmetics when they run specials. The shipping is not 100% free.

Macys has come up with a new type of bait and switch and because of their business practices I will never shop in Macys again. Today I went into the Men's Department to buy two pair of Haggard pants. The pants are always $44.95. I always use my Macys credit card because the company sends me monthly coupons that are good for all products, "even products on sale." When I got to the register I was told none of the coupons could work. They are valid until August 13, but not valid today. I expected at least 30 percent off. I decided not to buy the pants. This was the second time the store refused my coupons. I told the clerk I didn't want the pants. After I left the store I received a noticed I charged $96.28 on my card. I went back to the store and found a manager. She told me Macys doesn't honor the coupons because the pants were on "Special." That's right. They are always $44.95, but they place a red sign over the displays that says Special. Bait and Switch. The bait, the coupon. The switch, special instead of sale. The had the charge removed, cancelled my credit card and will never shop in Macys again. I was a gold credit card customer and that's how I was treated. I recommend you beware of this Macys practice and boycott the stores.

I bought from this store for more than 3 years, everything was good, I was satisfied. But last time, my friend decided to give me a gift and pay for the order. The security department didn't like this and they canceled my order but at the same time froze my money. I understand that everyone has their own security criteria, this is normal, but for the past 11 days I have been asking them to send a request to my bank to cancel the operation so that the money can be returned to me. Although in the letter that Macy's sent me they wrote that they had sent such a request. My bank said that they didn't receive request and then in the correspondence Macy's accidentally let it slip that I should wait for the automatic unlocking to take place according to the bank's rules. It mean they weren't going to sent request. But I don't want to wait that long! I write to them every day for 11 days, they answer with long phrases and do not want to send this request. I am very disappointed in the store that they behave so rudely with regular customers. I have all the correspondence.

Horrible, horrible, horrible company. I had a horrible experience myself. Please stay away from Kleargear.com. They will take your money and not respond to complaints.

I spoke to Lauren and a supervisor named "Z" regarding my canceled order. Two days ago I called to have my online order canceled. Per Macy's policy "Online shipped orders: 30 minutes to change or cancel your order". I called within the first 10 minutes. The agent did not successfully cancel the order. I called back to confirm that the ENTIRE order was supposed to be canceled. Not only am I being charged the full order amount, but the supervisor told me "the only option is to dispute the charge with your bank". Great business practice to tell your customers that they are better off disputing. This is exactly why I stopped shopping with Macy's for 2 years, and the sole reason I will not shop here again. I shouldn't be inconvenienced because a Macy's agent did not perform their job and cancel the entire order, and it is ludicrous that I have to wait 3 weeks for an item that should never have been shipped out in the first place. For a million-dollar company, you have poor customer service resolutions and a lack of ownership of this issue. I would hope you provide proper training for your agents. Because if the only resolution is to dispute with our banks, Black Friday will leave you out millions of dollars in chargebacks and dissatisfied customers.

Tip for consumers:
The only resolution that Macy's provides is to dispute the order with your bank, so this is a very discouraging practice to have as a retail company.

I have been waiting for a credit from Macys of $101 and a replacement credit card since June 2022 there was fraudulent charges on my account in June and I called that month I physically went to the store and spent two hours trying to fix this! I was assured at the time that they would send my credit of $100 out and my replacement card at that time. I never received either and since then I have called 12 more times and visited the store three times each time they've told me I will receive my new card in 7 to 10 days I still have not received it! I finally got the credit in the mail on December 12 but no card when I called today they said all credit cards are delayed! IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

Terrible foreign costumer assistance we paid with American green dollar and we like to talk with another American resident and be available to take care what ever the problem we by here in USA not also were macys will never see another penny of my again should everybody due the same maybe this way they will get the message be patriot be American hire American resident in American territory is not need for this nonsense
