Dirtiest sandals

Went to Galleria mall at sunset road Henderson Nevada tried couple of sandals found two but unfortunately no available new sandals my size order from them finally got it july 5 and guess what they send me an old dirty used sandals! It's better to buy at flea market at least even if it's used they clean it and look brand new this one from macys at galleria mall is the nastiest I ever had and worst part I still need to wait 10 business days to get my refund back … frustrated and angry

Purchased two area rugs on line. One arrrived the other is still lost. Talk to five different customer service reps and requested a replacement. Was told ttime after time that they will send an email when the replacement order was shipped. Total lies, never happened. Contacted them via email to finally being told that a replacement could not be processes. So the previous five reps lied. I have been promised a refund but I am not holding my breath. Ptretty much done with Macys

I'm a new shopper to Macys. Received $20 in Star money. Went to use it today, provided receipt they gave me 2 weeks ago showing I earned $20.00. They said sorry nothing comes up when we pull your account up. So Macys, thanks, but no thanks.

The following company Macy's denied my online purchases at first.
Then they took the money out of my account and I still haven't recieved a refund over 5 days.
This company needs to be shut down.

I used to LOVE Macy's INC brand. Most of my wardrobe contained INC clothes, but the last few years, the designs are terrible. I wish they would go back to their old designers. I haven't liked one INC item in the last 2 years, whereas I used to purchase thousands of dollars worth. Several of my friends have said the same thing.

Edgar Hernandez is the manager of the makeup Dept. in Oakridge Mall, San Jose.
He did an outstanding job working on my makeup for my son's wedding. He took his time and was kind and helpful. He helped me pick my 5 items at the end and took his time explaining every product I chose.
I recommended him to all my friends.

Had the WORST experience purchasing a VERY expensive TempurPedic mattress from Macy's. When we were deciding on a mattress, we visited Macy's physical locations several times, no one helped us. Okay, fine. So we decide on a mattress and purchase it online. A few days later, we were contacted by the Sales Department to add a Value Protection Liner for $160 ($186.91 after tax) to maintain the warranty. We were advised that Macy's would replace this liner if it ever got stained or ripped. I agreed to this charge and provided a new card number for that transaction.

When the mattress was delivered about a week later, it arrived by itself with no liner. I immediately called Macy's to ask what happened to the liner. They told me it was never ordered (okay….) because the previous person had not fully submitted it when I spoke to her the week before. So I ONCE AGAIN placed the order with that salesperson, who proceeded to charge me TWICE for this mattress liner (so $186.91, twice). I was advised that the first charge would fall off, because it was in error, and the liner would arrive in a few days. I requested email confirmation, but never received one. So once again, on the following Monday (I paid the previous Friday) I followed up with Macy's to make sure things were set up correctly this time. Of course, they were not. I was advised on this call that the ordered was CANCELLED because the card was declined (how?!? When I was charged?!?) and now they can no longer honor the Value Protection offer because it's been too long since the delivery. What?!?

So now I've been waiting almost a week to get my money back for a product I'm never going to receive. The "manager" was so rude, literally said "I'm sure you can find another mattress liner". I am absolutely incensed. Our mattress was more than $4000. Macy's is still holding the charges under "pending" so my bank will not release the funds back to me. I have quite literally been stolen from. And at this point I'm considering pressing charges. Will NEVER use Macy's again.

I spoke to the supervisor about a refund after the Items that I had purchased already had been received. The supervisor decided to play games and never process my refund. I called a month after to find out why my refund wasn't processed yet and the lady on the phone told me the supervisor I had previously spoken to had put down on the notes that I wasn't the customer so he never processed my refund. Seriously? It's sad to see such a reputable company hire such pieces of $#*! as their supervisors. After 20 years of shopping at Macys, I will never ever give them another dollar again.

I opened the Macy card on Feb, 2022, but missed the first pay because I did not receive the card and can't pay online, I called the customer service, paid off the card on March then closed it.
Several months later I received a bill, asked for late fees of several months on the closed account.
I confirmed several times with the operator, I paid off everything, did not own anything, then closed the account. Why there are still balance and late fees? And why it's mailed several months later? Just to collect multiple late fees? My credit score dropped 52 because of this.

Keep away from them!

They charged for an order which they cancelled. When I called their customer service he was so rude and asked me to return the item when I receive as it was shipped for a cancelled order. I don't have any email or tracking number for this order. When I asked for the tracking number he just hung up on me.

Be warned!

Be warned! Buying anything that you might require assistance from customer service. First of all, shame on Macys for outsourcing their customer service to Asia. I bought a sofa from them, which I'm very happy with the sofa, but the legs were damaged. They said six weeks and I'll have new legs. I contacted them multiple times and was assured everything was fine. This started back in January. Finally I after multiple follow ups from my end, they said they're just going to replace the whole sofa. Fine by me. I called and talk to a human that set up delivery for June 6. A human. Then last week I received an email stating my furniture is ready for delivery on July 25. Again multiple phone calls and emails to Macy's. Then I finally got a hold of customer service in Asia, which was so very scripted and unhelpful. I did end up agreeing to have my sofa delivered June 13. Wish me luck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. About a week ago I purchased a custom couch from Macys that would take about 20 weeks to make. The next day I found out the information the sales person gave me about shipping was incorrect and I had to spend 2 days trying to get that fixed. Then a couple days later I found out the information about how and when I would be charged was incorrect. I was charged for the entire purchase right away. It was supposed to be a deposit and a "pending" charge now and the pending charge would drop off. I was charged for the entire purchase right away. I have spent 2 days now trying to fix this issue. Half the customer service people I spoke to said yes, I was charged but there is nothing they can do about it and the other half said that I wasn't charged. My bank has assured me that I have been charged and it never came in as an "authorization" and the only way to fix it now is for Macy's to give a credit. When I was standing at the register i told the sales person that the register said it was charging and I was ignored. At this point, I don't even care if the couch is nice, it was not worth the rudeness of the customer service people and the head aches I have been through. I am sure I am not done either. This is going to be a long 20 weeks! We will never shop with them again. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Update - I spoke to someone that made me conference in my bank to confirm the charge was actually a charge. Once that was confirmed they took my information to give me a credit. The credit never came and now they are telling me there are no notes from my past 10 calls and we are still going to be charged again when the couch is done. I will be calling corporate but I don't have much faith.

Not kid safe

We were just at Macy's... they literally gave two minutes till shutting the door. We had no idea they were closing until then. It took one minute to call my nephews who were getting a water ice and meeting us at a certain spot in macys and tell them that the store was closing in two minutes and to run back to the store from where they were at to be with us to go home. They closed the door and we asked if they could reopen it just to let the boys in who just made it to the door. They would not. Total kid safe issue. Then since they couldn't get through they started walking away from the door. I went out to go around the mall to find them and couldn't or get a hold of them on the phone again. We eventually did, but to not let kids reunite with their family who were right there was so not safe for a security person. We will not shop at macys again. They are not kid safe. Or do they show grace. Could he have unlocked the door to let the 2 kids in to their family and relock it still keeping the store safe and letting no new customers in. Yes. There was no concern from the security man for our kids welfare and safety.

$58.00 Skechers flip flops and the upper straps to hold your foot in place are way to tight/small. I did order a full size larger for a more roomy fit BTW... I call customer care *******229 I talk to a poor english speaking person on the other side of the world who can not find my order number or return reference number as I read them off my shipping receipt. When she finally finds my information she tries to barter asking (how about we refund 10% off the price) then says how about 15%. I let her know i have no use for flips that will not fit my feet then she starts with the (your phone is cutting out i can't hear you hello, hello, CLICK!... After a closer look at the mini-label on my new flip-flops i notice (made in china) They will never see my money again...

I received the catalogue from Macy's, & Carolina HerreraGood Girl had a red tote bag gift wi purchase.
My husband, & I are both Platinum Members, & all the sales people know us very well.
My husband purchased the large size bottle of Very Goodgirl,& the sales puts on told us they didn't receive the red bag that they would have it Monday May as refer to the add, & they would call me to come to the store to pick it up.
I called the store Tuesday May 25, & now they claim they are not going to get the bags in at all.
I called Macy's Customer Care, & they told me all the Coral Ridge Macy's has 21, the Galleria Mall Macy's had the offer, but the representative wasn't concerned when I told her the other Macy's are not close by.

I'll begin with, customer service, they have none, it doesn't exist, second,, if you are unfortunate enough to be an employee, beware of the AP (asset protection) Nazi's, truly the modern day Gestapo by any standard, heaven forbid you would honor a sale item to a customer, or go out of your way to let them know about any online coupons or discounts available to them, my god, you would think you took food out of their mouths

Bad, Macy's

I am currently in a dispute with my credit card company because Macy's lied to me and said they gave me a refund after they received the item I returned. However, I never received the refund. Now they're trying to spew more lies that they never received the item (I have proof) and that the refund policy is under question. Clearly, Macy's website states "returns are free." I have proof that I would be given a refund after returning the item and customer service said they did receive the return. This is it for me shopping at Macy's. Lying is something I'm not going to tolerate. Bad, Macy's.

I have been a customer of Macy's since the 1980's and I scheduled an online payment for my credit card which did not process. I was charged a late fee of $29 and I contacted customer service to request a refund and they denied me. Macy's has just lost me as a customer over $29. I've always paid my bill in full to avoid interest, so they figured that I'm not valuable to them. I've now put the card away never to be used again. The only reason I didn't request to close the account is because it will affect my credit score; other than that, I'd gladly close it. It's the principle about the whole thing.

If I could them zero stars I would. I am a long term sakes associate with Macys. I bring alot money I to the store. Customer service dept absolutely sycks. No understands English and they read from a script. They NEVER put you through to a supervisor and they lie thru their teeth. I made a payment over the phone last month, got a confirmation e mail and I being harassed only a daily basis about skipping a payment. I have the bill right on front of clearly showing my payment was prixessed a late fee reversed. The jackass on the phone could hardly speak English you I hung up on him and blocked their number on my phone. I am a lead sales person and thus is how you treat an employee like a deadbeat? The company is going down the tube and their human resource dept. are a bunch of idiots. They are holding up my disability check for an error they made but won't admit to it. I hired an attorney. Once I am cleared to return to work I am tedigning on the spot. The CEO of Macys thinks he's smart by outsourcing everything. Good
No one wants to for Macys and they are so desperate they offer us a bonus of we recommend someone. I would rather make a pact with devil then recommend a friend or relative. Wake up Macys because you are going the route of Sears and Roe uck
