First, very young sales executives, weak in understanding the language, with less knowledge of business, as being young sometimes they become aggressive trying to tell you that what they are saying is correct while the other party as a buyer knows what he wants to buy, the time is wasted without any result, further if a purchase is done and the buyer has some problems in quality or quantity some sellers do not even reply you unfortunately.
Floor lamp double dimmer switch failed and exhaustive search for replacement part found nothing until Made in China website not only produced a virtually identical possibility but a photograph of the lamp which proved that it would work!
Apart from the huge search the ordering was easy, the conformation and regular progress of the dispatch most efficient. The delivery was on time, the packaging would probably survived re-entry from space! The product fitted perfectly and worked, with less 'flicker' at low light levels, better than the original.
The high delivery cost was I suppose predictable but certainly worth it and much less than buying a replacement, which would have to have been different as the original is no longer available! Excellent all round.
Goods were received in perfect State at date specified.
Originally I placed an order for one item with attractive price and reasonnable shipping cost. Few hours later, I wanted toi add a second item, then the shipping cost went 3 times more extensive.
It would have been more advantageous for me to place a second order instead.
Otherwise, I was satisfied with the products.
Product as described and arrived in perfect condition, only thing that was disappointing was the delivery time due to Chinese new year and shut down which wasn't explained before I placed the order. This unfortunately led to a 25 day delivery from date of order and by then my customer had already purchased a new charger from someone else. I will use this supplier again in the future providing delivery times are more acceptable and if any expected delays are explained before I place the order
My Experience using Made-in-China app made me feel safe and greatly connect with manufacturers. The machine was delivered well pack and the one i ordered. The delivery time i think is too long. I was able to communicate well with the representative of the manufacturer. I would suggest to put a delivery tracker in the app to know where are the ship. But overall i am happy. Kudos and More Power!
I usually contact new suppliers from your page. Have a very good service, and provides information of many interesting products to our colombian market. Last year i was in China, visiting 2 of the providers that i contact in your web page.
Very cheap quality material, picture provided was totally different than what supplied, also response from supplier is very bad, I had to chase them to get update of shipping, it toke very long time till I recived the rubbish material.
