I made the mistake of contacting twice thinking it all went to the same place. The first woman sales person was great. I really liked her. I was talking to two different people. Well the terrible one sent me I bill so I paid it. Well that made the good one move on. The good one was just being attentive to my questions. But I didn't get call backs or update info. I asked questions and never heard back. Just ridiculous for a first time buyer who's worried about losing his money

They were courteous, I only wish I had known about the 30 day after the credit card payment before they ship, I assume that is for them to make sure they have their money before releasing the product. They should be up front and tell customers that before they purchase.

Order of IP26 led lights was good. But took almost 3 months, in the beginning of the year i ordered 8 leds from china thru MadeIn china website, suddenly they were celebrating new year's eve and there had no stock. Therefore they had to manufacture the leds and send it to mozambique via sea shippment, one of the reasons that made it take 3 months to reach this side.

I ordered 20 pieces of 11cm square Red Colour Luxury Medal Coin Packaging Boxes, instead I received 20 pieces of 10cm square boxes which are to small and totally useless to me. The suppliers refused to give me a full refund.
