Is a no good company buyers be aware they take payment by Visa debit then tell you. You need to send it thru a bank transfer after receiving full payment from Visa debit account. Ordered a replacement drive motor for my remote control lawnmower. It was easy to place the order and it was received within days. The only difficult part of the process was finding the motor on the internet.
I choose one of your listed shippers, the tiles arrived broken, shipper unpacked the shipment and tiles fell over and broke. Shippment cost 350 dollars, tiles cost 1000 dollars, shipper offered me 350 dollars, but refuses to even pay the 350 dollars.

Contracted on 10/3/2024, on 10/17 it was reported that there was an issue. They sent another code that didn't work, and on 11/6/2024, we followed up on the issue. Their response: *"I ask engineer, pls wait."*
This is an annual subscription, and we've already lost a month from the start.
Very poor communication and even worse service! They do not attend to the customer.
