I placed my order nearly 2 months ago and my voicemail and multiple emails have been ignored. They decided to change their website to castspells.com now. Horrible customer service. I have ordered from them in the past without any issues with the exception of an order that took a month before it shipped, but now they could care less.
I bought two orders in my one order it had a lot of items missing I spent $315.03. Then the second order did not have as many items but was still a lot to me at $54.61 ( never received 2nd at all) it been a year and half after email after email never have they resolved my orders, answered my calls or cared. Don't buy from them.
Ordered Feb. 2024 and never received my order or a response back about my order. I have moved and can not get ahold of anyone to address my issues.
I have ordered 3 packages of Green Tealight candles light candles from this company and thought I might start a wholesale acccount. Well it's a good thing I did a small order first to see how they did. I haven't gotten the 3 packs of 30'each tea lights. They will not respond and they don't answer phone or email. I'm gojng to try to report them to the BBB and my Credit card company to get my money back. They are just a scam company and all over Reddit ppl report not receiving their orders, I wished I had just checked further before I ordered and went through this hassle. This is today 6/17/2025 and nothing. I want my money back. Aparently they scam tons of people. I sure hope they receive the Karma they deserve for this.
This company will take your money and you'll never hear from them again. I placed an order on Feb 20th, tried to contact customer service 3 weeks later with Zero response now going on 3 months and nothing…
Terrible company to do business with. Bought item $ 85.77 and did not receive it in called to cancel order. Never got refund and cannot get anyone on phone or email. They need to be investigated.
I placed my order that totaled over $170 on January 8. A week went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out asking for shipping. Days later they got back to me to tell me that due to the California wild fires they were delayed but that my order would be shipped that Monday. Of course, I felt awful and was understanding of the cause of the delay. The next Monday came and went and I still heard nothing. So I reached back out again and was told agin that my order would ship the next Monday and I did receive shipping notice that the package was in the mail (not just that it was being prepared as it had since the day after I placed the order).
When I received the shipment, which was nearly a week later, it was only 3 of the 7 items I purchased. I asked them where the remaining items were and why I wasn't informed I would only receive a portion of the order. It takes days for them to respond and that's if you're lucky enough to get one at all. When they did respond they ignored my requests for a refund of the remaining items and just kept saying the order was scheduled to ship from the warehouse. So far, I have asked 5 times for a refund and they still haven't refunded me or shipped the items. Now they just stopped responding at all. I had to report them to my credit card company. At the date of this message it's February 13.
They are awful. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and buy your goods from an actual retailer you can trust that you'll get what you paid for. It's not this company. They are shameful.
Spent nearly 200 dollars last year almost a year ago and still haven't gotten my items hard to get in touch with these people phone email dont matter. They never replied to me..
I placed 2 orders, one on October 1,2024, and a second one on October 2,2024.
They claim orders will be sent out in 1-7 business days. After several business days and no contact I wrote them. You can never get anyone to answer their phone, as I had made no less than 10 calls... all going to voice mail.
They assured me via email that my product was going out on October 11,2024.
After no confirmations, I attempted to cancel 1 card payment, as the other 1 required written dispute which was too much work... I'll just suck it up.
Throughout the month there was exchanges back and forth via email, but still no mailing of product.
Out of nowhere, I got an email saying they were mailing my product. Yeah!
I checked SHOP, and nope, they only made a label.
Finally, today, I got someone to answer the phone...October 30,2024...some 26+ business days later. Unfortunately, the receptionist said they had only printed a label, but some of the product was not at their location yet...whatever that means.
She had no idea when the product would arrive, or when it would go out. Geez!
I then informed her that I had disputed one of the charges, but was willing to pay for that one right now so I didn't lose my place in the cue. She said please hold. 5 minutes into holding I got emails saying my money was returned for both orders.
When she came back on, she said that Majick could no longer do business with me because me disputing the charges makes their company look bad!?
EXCUSE ME?
IT'S NOT the lack of communication, the empty promises of speedy delivery, the availability of listed products, or even the deception of printing labels for products you have no intention of shipping...it's me trying to recoup a portion of my money, in which I was willing to pay for with a different card if they were indeed going to ship it...which they weren't!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!
I ordered 3 decks and haven't received them and I paid for priority shipping. Please save your money. They also don't answer the phone, so it's hard to get a refund. I've sent 3 emails and none have been answered. No shop is this busy.
Luckily I didnt order much (1 cheap item. Tarot cards) and I will update rating if I actually get my item that was ordered over a month ago. Magick requires you to use the Shop app to "track" your order but all the QR code does is open the app store to install it but does not give you enough info to actually use the app to track! At this point the site to me is a scam since emailing "customer service" to request an update on the shipment have not replied back to me. At this point I will ask my bank to refund the money or cancel if possible.
UPDATE - Magick finally replied (9/17, ordered on 8/13) and stated their "system" was experiencing technical issues and offered to refund or wait for me to process order. Pic of message attached.We'll see if I get refunded. I will add star if refunded!
I ordered 3 separate times a month ago. Nothing has shipped. Customer service is non existent. I managed to get 1 order cancelled but NO refund yet. They refuse to answer emails. I've sent a dozen at least.
I ordered several items since the beginning of April 2024, I am yet to receive them. I have contacted this merchant at least twice and received the same generic form email as a response each time. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. You get a voice-mail and then the call disconnects. Recently, I asked magick.com to cancel my order, they have not responded to that even with their generic form email. They have my money and my merchandise! I am left wondering what's next!
I have been patient, however no tracking no. Nor a refund. This business clearly is out to rob folks.
Ordered back in FEB, no updates for 4 weeks. "Isabell" said they were "busy" due to their 30% off sale - which is STILL UP. Another 2 weeks nothing. I contacted my CC company and showed them all the emails, screen shots from the site, then there was a magic USPS tracking# - WERE NOW IN ALMOST APRIL... That fake tracking # sat in Hawthorne CA for over 3 weeks WITH NO MOVEMENT. CC refunded me in full. STAY AWAY
I purchased two items from Magick. I received a confirmation email saying 1-5 days shipping but there may be a delay due to 30% off sale. I'm now convinced the sale is the only thing that makes customers purchase. I waited 10 days. Sent email request because they never answer the phone. Email was ignored. Waited another 5 days. Still no shipping. Sent another email asking for refund. They finally replied saying it was shipping that day. I wait a day. No shipping. I send ANOTHER request for refund. Received reply saying it's shipping and with the warehouse but they may not be able to pull it back if it Sent already. It didn't ship until 2 days after. They never gave any info on how to get a refund and blatantly lied about shipping. This place is a total scam. Still don't have my order.
It should NOT take a month and two weeks to receive a package... I was ignored over and over and over again about my order until I reported them to the BBB and my credit card company, THEN they ship out my items two days later. They're so unprofessional and a complete joke.
This company is running a constant sale, has an incredible selection, and a pretty easy to use site. Those are the pros. The cons? You may or may not get your order, you may or may not get a response when you contact customer service, and you may or may not get a refund on the out of stock products.
I ordered on 9/24, and reached out 10/3 since there was no update. They said that the author was in to sign the decks on 10/2, and that the candles were out of stock and they could issue a refund for those. On 10/10, I reached out again for an update and reiterated that they can ship the rest of the products and issue a refund for the candles. I contacted a fewmore times for updates and usually got a, "I'm following up on it with the warehouse." I finally got some of the products delivered today, with more on the way, but no update on the refund for the 6 out of stock candles.
I highly discourage people from using this site. Or at least read reviews from a variety of sources. It's too bad because this company could be very successful if they improved their shipping, communication, folow-up and follow through.
I've been purchasing from Magick for the past few years and wanted to say thank you for always giving me such good service. Received products quick and I've spoken to a few of the reps by phone who have been very helpful with my orders. Thank you and I'll be purchasing again soon.
Their products are great quality and they have a beyond excellent selection of products at good prices with exceptional sales. When reaching out to customer support they are always helpful and thorough. My only complaint, which really puts a damper on my experience with Magick.com is their shipping. Their website says 1-5 days to ship a placed order. However, my first order placed, they took 2 weeks to ship it out. My second order placed, they took over 2 weeks to ship out my order - 16 days to be exact. That is unacceptable and it makes the company seem like they are uninterested in owning a small biz and having a website.
