Ordered back in FEB, no updates for 4 weeks. "Isabell" said they were "busy" due to their 30% off sale - which is STILL UP. Another 2 weeks nothing. I contacted my CC company and showed them all the emails, screen shots from the site, then there was a magic USPS tracking# - WERE NOW IN ALMOST APRIL... That fake tracking # sat in Hawthorne CA for over 3 weeks WITH NO MOVEMENT. CC refunded me in full. STAY AWAY
It should NOT take a month and two weeks to receive a package... I was ignored over and over and over again about my order until I reported them to the BBB and my credit card company, THEN they ship out my items two days later. They're so unprofessional and a complete joke.
This company is running a constant sale, has an incredible selection, and a pretty easy to use site. Those are the pros. The cons? You may or may not get your order, you may or may not get a response when you contact customer service, and you may or may not get a refund on the out of stock products.
I ordered on 9/24, and reached out 10/3 since there was no update. They said that the author was in to sign the decks on 10/2, and that the candles were out of stock and they could issue a refund for those. On 10/10, I reached out again for an update and reiterated that they can ship the rest of the products and issue a refund for the candles. I contacted a fewmore times for updates and usually got a, "I'm following up on it with the warehouse." I finally got some of the products delivered today, with more on the way, but no update on the refund for the 6 out of stock candles.
I highly discourage people from using this site. Or at least read reviews from a variety of sources. It's too bad because this company could be very successful if they improved their shipping, communication, folow-up and follow through.
Now it's been another week and not only do I not have my order it's still listed as unfulfilled. So it's 3 days shy of a month since I placed this order and I still get the same response "I apologize our shipment is due to be delivered tomorrow..." I absolutely understand delays and manufacturing glitches but they need to list things as out of stock and they need to follow up with customers.
Let's see if I will get a refund...
It's now been another 9 days since the typical response of "I sincerely apologize, I spoke with my warehouse and there was an unexpected restock delay, but your will be shipping out soon."
This is the same response I got the first time I ordered. This is absolutely my last order with this comapny.
I placed my second order with this company 2 weeks ago.
According to their site, it takes 1-5 business days for orders to ship.
Both times I've ordered, I've waited past the 5 business days to check the status of my order and both times the order remained unfufilled.
The first time I was told some items were out of stock. Well, ok, I understand that, but have the courtesy to email me in case I wanted to cancel, but at least I'd KNOW.
Now it's happened again. My order is unfufilled and I placed the order on the 15th. No mention anywhere of delays, and this isn't a shipping delay, it's the company.
Last time I go through this crap. I'll pay a little more to actually have things shipped in a timely manner.
I have been patient, however no tracking no. Nor a refund. This business clearly is out to rob folks.
Answer: Impossible. There is a greeting and then the call disconnects.
