After second use it died, called customer service who was so condescending to a rude level. Very very difficult to get it repaired. Had to wait home three days straight to be home when it was finally coming back from repairs. U must b home to sign. Still can't get a answer to why it broke. Unprofessional and difficult customer service. Never received a loan machine which I was told is apart of the warranty, rubbish lie!
