If you are looking for a job to cater to your daily expenses and don't care about career growth and advancement, then this company might be a perfect fit. However, make sure you're ready to embrace extended work hours without getting a penny in return. The owner doesn't know how to run things around here and blame people for not achieving their sales target.
Employees are rushed through training and you have to be able to learn fast and get up to speed quickly. You need to learn to handle multiple tasks. There are just so many things going on and a ton of work to do. Sometimes it's too much, especially if you are a beginner. Overall, aggressive and demanding work environment with unrealistic immediate expectations.
