I ordered one pillow for my boyfriend, just wanted to express how much we loved our face pillow!They came out perfect! It was the funniest custom gift for christmas day! And he just loved it! So easy to order and quick delivery, too!
Never received my package even when they said it was delivered after over a month of waiting when promised it would only take 15 days maximum. They were recommended by Instagram, which is even worse, so I feel they are to blame as well for recommending a fraudulent company. My tracking number even indicates it's still in transit since 12/16 and hasn't moved sense so how could it have been delivered? The customer service is also atrocious and very vague when conversing through email about the whereabouts of my package.
Please provide any company info. Looking for address or phone #. Anything! As with everyone else, I haven't had luck on contacting them for my order. I guess they aren't being monitored? They don't have to list their business information?
Fast shipping - rubbish! False Advertising! Tried to cancel my order (customised men's boxer shorts) as the item was going to arrive weeks too late, they ignored and sent it anyway. Aside from the unacceptable delay, I wouldn't have given it as a gift even it had arrived on time because of the lack of quality and size issue. Would never shop from then again
Same story as everyone. THey come up on top of google search for Christmas pajamas and I wish I had done my research. $240 down the drain. Ordered for cyber Monday. It's a week before Christmas and all I have is a fake tracking number. Every time I email, it takes 24-48 hours to get a response and they don't answer my question but give me some other spiel. Will work with paypal to fight for my money back.
This company has the absolute worst costumer service. My order was weeks late, they shared the wrong tracking information and they said they'd refund me and never did. I suggest paying more for a better company for your custom gifts. Do not buy from them!
I wish I had read reviews on how poorly this company runs its customer service. I ordered my gift December 2 in order to have it by Xmas, I even paid extra for faster shipping. It was supposed to be delivered no later than the 18th. I am now going on 3 weeks with no delivery insight. Messaged customer service last week and they said don't worry it will be there before Xmas. Still nothing so I emailed them again and they told me I had to wait another 3 business days making me receive my order days past Xmas. Never again will I order from them and I urge anyone else not to either.
Do not use this site. It's an absolute sham. I used them because they were the only ones that guaranteed my order by Christmas I ordered three pairs of custom socks they sent one pair 2 weeks AFTER Christmas the next pair arrived a week after that. I've been waiting for the last pair for a month and a half. I've sent countless emails back and forth they gave me a shipping notice letting me know that the one pair was on the way over a week ago and has still not shipped. I should have just went with another site at least I wouldn't be giving Christmas gifts away in February!
Do not get the custom order pillow. Even after I emailed them to discuss the picture I sent since they program warped it a bit, and sent them the original file and asked they ensure it was okay, they still sent a horribly deformed pillow to me, and it came 1.5 months after they said it would. This company is a scam.

I ordered a custom pillow of my sisters dog for her as a Christmas gift.
I sent an adorable saturated in color picture of his face for a 12" pillow. I actually have one of my dog from another vendor that I love!
First one showed up scrunched in a ball in cellophane. I opened it up and there were visible creases across the face and the pic. Almost appeared "over exposed".
I contaced customer service and after some back and forth they would NOT reimburse me but instead I had to reprint. Well I got the reprinted one today and it is JUST as bad.
After the back and forth I was only granted $8 in reimbursement.
So now here I am with not one, but two shoddy pillows.

I am with everyone else-I should have read the reviews. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague! I did finally receive a package. Not with the apron with my friend's cat on it but a cheap gaudy pair of leggings with the face of a man with a Santa hat on. I included a photo of the item I received. I've emailed Lily with photos but, of course, haven't heard a word.
Paid extra for express shipping to have it in 4 to 7 business days and still have been waiting 3 weeks. I do not recommend and I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. Ive contacted them 4 times to get a run around and my order still have not shipped out.
If I could give a 0 star review, I would. I ordered two pairs and only received one with one tracking number. When I asked about the second pair, they told me that I needed to look it up with the original tracking number on the pair that I already received. Now, they won't give me my money back and the only person who ever seems to reply is a Lily Wang. This place is a total rip off.
I ordered two pillows with my dogs on them. I received two pillows oddly shaped with very small printed pictures of the same dog. I'm going back and forth with Lily the only contact and she has told me they will redo for an additional charge. For the price they charge in the first place they should gladly redo at no charge.
The pillow i received was NOTHING like what is shown on the website. And when i requested an exchange/refund, the emails went silent. DO NOT order from this company. They are out of Hong Kong and you can do nothing to get a refund.
Worst company ever! I ordered socks for a wedding and prior to ordering, I confirmed that they would arrive on time. I chose the fastest possible shipping of 2-4 days just to be sure. THEY CAME 2 MONTHS LATER. At that point they were useless. I even told them right away that if they didn't come on time i would like to cancel the order. They went through with it anyways knowing that it wasn't coming on time. The customer service was awful and at one point offered a 30% refund but never ended up giving it. They have not answered my emails ever since. DO NOT ORDER.

I took adavantage if the By Feb. 14th guarantee- nope, nothing. I asked for a refund as I obviously could not give a gift that was not here. "Lily" asked me to give her the email of the recipient to send pictures. The socks arrived on the 2/20 but the matching briefs did not. 2nd attempt to be refunded. Lily told me no, the missed the boxer briefs and would ship them out. Completely unacceptable. I don't want the items I'd like my almost sixty dollars I spent to give nothing I wanted to on Valentine's Day
Worst experience ever! I order three pairs of socks in November, I was tracking the package and on the delivery date I noticed the tracking went back to the post office. I then went up to the post office and was informed that my address was incorrectly put on the shipping label. The company failed to put my apartment number. I reviewed my order confirmation to make sure that I put my address in correctly and I did. I politely emailed them explaining the situation and they sent me an email back days later saying they would resend the package. It has been almost a month of back and forth emails of them telling me to "please be patient". It has been nothing but a hassle and embarrassing to have to explain to my co-worker that her Christmas gift that I ordered in November is lost in the mail somewhere. I am beginning to think that they never even resent my package and was just hoping I would forget.
I placed an order in the beginning of December. Website said I would receive my order within 5 to 9 business days, so I thought that was perfect because it was a xmas gift. I didnt receive my order until after December 30th. It was a partial shipment. I'm still waiting for my order and we're in February. I emailed because they dont have a # to call and I keep getting the run around. I already submitted a dispute through PayPal. Do not order from this company. They're a scam and they're tipping people off by stealing their money. The most recent email I got from them was that my order was going to be delayed once again because of the coronavirus! What?! I ordered a bedspread in August for my granddaughter for her September birthday. It did not arrive until September 15th. Late for her birthday but not too upsetting. The bedspread IS upsetting. When I opened the package I thought it was a sheet- very thin, poorly made certainly not a $60.00 twin size bedspread. Their refund policy is very sketchy- I have to pay to return, they say not to send to manufacturer but don't say where to send. Also say they will decide if I get a refund.
Ordered my custom socks as a Christmas gift stocking stuffer for my husband. Well, Christmas has gone and past and according to my tracking information, only a label has been created on Dec. 21,2019 at 2:05pm, and USPS is Awaiting the Item in Fremont, CA *******. When I questioned when they're planning on sending it out, the response from Customer Service is "Hi, It is in route, could you wait a few days? It will have further tracking information. Thanks for your patience!" Needless to say my order is still waiting to be dropped off at this USPS Fremont location. Looks like I'll be filling a dispute with my Credit Card company in the morning!
I was recommended this website by a work friend and placed an order on January 30th and paid extra for 10-15 day shipping in hopes that it would arrive around Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day has come and gone and it is now February 27th. Still no package. It has been 28 days in total, 20 business days. Where is it? I wouldn't have paid extra for quicker shipping if it was going to take a month to come in. I don't even want what I ordered anymore just my money back.
I don't know yet if it is a scam or not but when trying to reach out to find out why I have not received my item they just keep telling me to not be concerned that it has shipped it says 5 to 9 day shipping I was notified on December 21 that it was on its way it's January 4 and the website still states that it has not arrived to where it's shipping from very confusing super miss leading not impressed
Item has not arrived and they just keep thanking me for my patience when I have none left! Different person every time I'm requesting a full refund too not to no avail
