I ordered one pillow for my boyfriend, just wanted to express how much we loved our face pillow!They came out perfect! It was the funniest custom gift for christmas day! And he just loved it! So easy to order and quick delivery, too!

Never received my package even when they said it was delivered after over a month of waiting when promised it would only take 15 days maximum. They were recommended by Instagram, which is even worse, so I feel they are to blame as well for recommending a fraudulent company. My tracking number even indicates it's still in transit since 12/16 and hasn't moved sense so how could it have been delivered? The customer service is also atrocious and very vague when conversing through email about the whereabouts of my package.

Ordered socks in 2/7 and it still hasn't arrived! Today is 2/21. They said give 7 -10 business days... no email updates, no tracking # nothing! I wont be recommending this company to anyone!

ORDERED BRACELET, CAME EVENTUALLY. NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED, IT WAS CHEAP AND CRAP. THEY OFFERED TO GIVE ME 70% BACK, IF I RETURNED AT MY EXPENSE. THEIR AT FAULT, SO SHOULDNT BE ME OUT OF POCKET

basically DO NOT ORDER, AS ITS STUFF LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS ADVERTISED

I placed an order a month ago and paid for express delivery 3-7 days. It took 3 1/2 weeks for the item to be posted, after I sent several emails, which were ignored. The item still hasn't arrived. Apparently it has been sent to the wrong country. There is absolutely no customer service and they refuse to refund. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered three products on the same day in early November. They sent my order, only to have one of the three. Contacted customer service, said they would send the remaining two products. Finally, several weeks later right before Christmas, the second package showed up, with only one of the two products that were left from my original order. Now that Christmas has come, I had to buy a replacement gift, and they refuse to refund me for the third product I NEVER received and hasn't even been shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been back and forth with their customer service and they keep trying to deny my refund. Worst customer service I've EVER experienced. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Horrrrrrrrrible company. Do not use. They advertise fast shipping. Over 20 days and still no product. Tried canceling it before the product even shipped and they ignored it. Terrible with communication, they act like they have no idea about the issues.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Has it I don't have a new tracking number.
You keep saying 6-9 business days it has been over a month. Every day I email you guys and everything day I get a silly answer.

It has taken over 33 days now to arrive.
It was sent to ON AND THEN BC. I live in NS.
This is your company's mess up and because of it is going to make me have to ship the socks to England and BC where my nephew and girlfriend live!
I could have gotten them to go get the socks in bc because they live there.
Then I have to ship a pair to the states

I work in shipping I know there is delays but this is ridiculous.
The tracking says the socks will be here Jan 3. The tracking hasn't been updates since dec 18.

I was told that you are reprinting then last week and now your saying their just getting done.
If their just getting done I expect them to be shipped express not the 6-9 business days like you say or the 9-15 business days like your website states.

I'm done with being patient, even time I sent out an email a new person responds. So it's you guys are putting whatever name on it and thinking o won't notice or you really do have 16 different staffing working for you and no one can figure out 9 pairs of socks.

ZERO ZERO ZERO Stars! Made and Shipped in China-aka, takes wayyyyy too long for them to ship and adhere to their "Shipping Time". I ordered something for Valentines Day for my husband, purchased well in advance and still paid for EXPIDITED shipping. I finally filed a complaint with paypal 6 weeks later after not receiving the item (that should've been my first red flag that this isn't a credible company). Now 8 weeks later I get my item I paid for... um what? This is a cheap-a$$ company that is fraudulent and be very aware that the items and products on their website are not what you will receive-if you even receive. Oh yeah, and the item I received is a cheap, shiny, spandex gross material. Threw it away-so disgusted with them and their products.

I agree with all the other one star reviews. The shipping is misrepresented. Buy from this site if you don't care about when you get your order or the quality of the product

Ordered 3 weeks ago and payed for express. The item hasn't even been made yet. Everyone I contact them I get a different excuse.

I would not recommend this company. They advertise 5-9 days shipping on their website which is a complete joke! I placed my order on Dec 8th it said it was shipped out on Dec 10, it is now Dec 28 and I've still not received my order. 18 days in shipping and still haven't received my order! I emailed the company with my frustrations and just asked for my money back, which was also a joke. I will say, they were quick to email me back but just with excuses and discounts on my next order. As if I'm ever going to order from them again!?!? Wished I had read the reviews first! TERRIBLE COMPANY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

NEVER RECEIVED!
I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas on November 24th. I have never received it and they will NOT refund my money. Complained to BBB about them. They keep saying they can't give me my money back but I have NEVER received the purchase! I think it is a scam!

Paid $22.995 for expedited shipping, and the date the item was supposed to arrive has come and gone. No gift for my wifes birthday, and no response from the company. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I ordered $180+ worth of merchandise on November 26th in anticipation for Christmas presents. I paid express shipping and the website said it would take 5 business days till I received my order. It is now December 23rd and my package tracking number is invalid and after numerous unanswered emails I finally got a response with a new tracking number that ALSO is invalid. I have asked for a refund dozens of times and begged them to please send me accurate shipping information and they refuse. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! Doubt my package will ever arrive and they refuse to give me a refund.

REALLY Late (for Christmas), poor quality & fuzzy pictures!

When promised a Partial Refund, they never processed it & THEN PayPal Agrees with THEM?

RIDICULOUS!

IF THERE WERE A WAY TO MARK THIS COMPANY AS -15 THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD DO!
We can start with the fact that the lead time on their site means nothing to them, no matter how many times you contact them and ask for an update! Your order is always on it's way. I received multiple tracking #s, none of which were correct!
I ordered the socks as a prank gift to have to open at Christmas, UNFORTUNATELY they came WAY after Christmas, though according to their site I ordered in time for them to be here!
I will have to say 2 of the 4 socks were actually good, but one of the socks, pretty much the chin/throat/ears were cut off and the other one had blue hair! I did not even mention the one where they basically changed everything about the look, just the blue hair one and their response was... oh it's the lighting! OK?!?!
When I originally started talking to them, they offered 15% discount for "my patience" (they end every single email with that), and when the material was not here on time and showed up 3 weeks late, I did take them up on that offer.
Unless you are not worried about the time, do not care about quality (lucky for me, these were prank gifts) do yourself a favor and keep scrolling when you see this companies name listed!

Read fine print. They don't take returns or refunda. No exceptions. I ordered a throw for my 30 yr old for Christmas. It arrived in tiny baggie. Smaller thinner then any baby blanket. I thought it was a sampler mistake. Cost $50. What baby blanket cost $50!. No invoice included couldn't find contact info to get correct size. Finally ordered from another company. Same price correct size arrived. Finally went through PayPalto contact giftcustom for return and refund letting them know mistake in size no invoice in my order. I told them I'm old disabled purchased thinking women in the picture depicted size of throw being adult. I had to order correct size from another company because I couldn't find any contact info for giftcustom. Same cost for correct size sent in time. Being low income I needed to return for refund. That money was budgeted to cover Medicare deductible thanked them for understanding making it right. Email sent to me hurt. I worked for Red Cross over 20yrs I can't imagine being so cruel to disabled person. The customer service behavior was spiteful and I've lost $50 I don't have. They said no returns no refunds no exceptions in large print. No consideration for situation or disabled.

Tip for consumers:
Use another company sells items. All others have refunds and returns. Only giftcustom doesn't

None. I ordered a fleece throw blanket for a Christmas gift. Sent incorrect size. Sized for infant. My daughter is 30yrs old. No invoice. Difficult finding company. Ordered another Same price for correct price from printed.com. arrived in time

If this review helps anyone to not waist their money, then I will have succeeded. Review their REFUND policy and beware! I ordered a Christmas gift on December 2nd, plenty of time to receive it for the holiday. When I did not receive it in the 5-9 days as stated I would at the time of purchase, I reached out to inquire as to where it was and all I received were automated responses stating an apology about the holiday high demand. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! After several additional emails and a request for a refund on the item as it will not be arriving in time for a Christmas gift, they responded with sorry that they can not give a refund and hope that I can use it for another holiday like Valentine's Day. Really? So due to their inability to prepare for excessive holiday orders, they get to keep my money and decide what holiday I can gift it to my loved one. Side note, I ordered a second item a few days later, not realizing this was going to happen because a friend of mine had to put her dog down a few weeks back, that this would make a very sentimental gift for the holidays. It is currently STILL sitting in a mythical facility in California, as hit has been for the last 10 days, according to their delivery app.
