I heard of this brand, heard of their clothes and it seems to be quite fashionable. I recently decided to quickly get acquainted with new collections to understand whether these clothes really suited modern trends in fashion and yeah it was like that. I filled the cart with some trousers, t-shirts and other stuff and issued an order. It was delivered with a slight delays, but I received apologizes for the delay and that is ok. So, I can advise to shop here if one needs stylish apparel.
After finally deciding what I wanted to buy, I went to checkout and tried placing an order AT LEAST 20 TIMES, but it doesn't work… just keeps rerouting to the main page. How are they going to make money when they won't allow potential customers to place orders?
I hv placed an order of dress for my
Niece birthday, but there is no dispatch details were given, it's been more than 12 days. I have mailed them so many times, tried to contact at customer care evn number of times, but no response. I cancelled the order, in the hope that I will get the refund atleast; but they haven't refunded yet. Feels like MANGO is a complete fraud company.

I ordered like 11 clothing items from Mango's website. I live in Egypt, so I thought it'll take a while.
Website mentioned 7 working days, I ordered Friday evening. Considering that Europe and Middle East have different days off and public holidays, I'm very satisfied with the shipping. Ordered on 11th, received on 22nd. Clothes are in great condition, even though I only ordered discounted items. Fit me very well, very beautiful designs.
All packaged separately, a dress and two pairs of pants came with hangers.
I'm very very satisfied with free shipping, the package got delivered to me by DHL!

I was scrolling on Tiktok one day and I saw these super cute bags and they weren't expensive so I bought a few for myself!
Mango sells clothes too but i think they're most known for their bags. I would say their quality is great for it's price especially when they're on sale. Coming from someone who doesn't like to spend a lot of money on luxury pieces and things I'd totally recommend Mango!

I feel like I have been robbed! Purchased the brown flowy top & bottom. Whole outfit went straight into the Garbage. Couldn't fit a doll head through the top opening, unfinished frayed hems, and all of this after waiting three weeks. How is this legal to sell this junk!

I ordered from them many time. I love their clothes. The quality and style is nice. It's also fit perfectly. No tax for me (Texas). Free shipping in order of $50.
But the problem is the shipping. I ordered a dress and a blouse. A dress come in 1 week. But, It took a month to receive my blouse.
But I still love them.
I was a loyal mango customer. I made an order on 6th July. Today, the 11th July they are sending me an email saying the order is cancelled. I think it was a very irresponsible thing to do. And I thought it was a reputable company. I had been waiting for the order for like 6 days now.

Yesterday ı went to a store of theirs and purchased a black dress, the dress burned when ı took it home and tried to iron it (in low heat) THE DRESS MELTED. When ı went back the staff were horrible to me and ı ended up leaving without a refund. Overall Mango is a bad brand with really low quality people working there.

I'm messaging from India & quite frankly a highly disappointed customer who's never returning to purchase Mango anymore.
I placed an order on 12th December 2021 from Mumbai, India.
The order number is #5438 & it has not been shipped yet or I have not received any response from your customer service team/ email response.
This is $#*! & I am not going to accept my money going down the drain.
Look into this matter urgently - it's completely unacceptable & disgusting behaviour from a reputed apparel company such as Mango.

I wish I was rating them with no star! Awful service, I have received my order in the very bad condition, very dirty and damaged, they told me that they would refund me, and after a month of follow up and communications, they just ignored what they promised, no one listened, no escalate the problem and they said to my face that even their supervisor won't get back to me at all! They said they don't get in contact with the costumers! What kind of customer service is this! I did exactly what they told me and they refused to refund me! Do not purchase from them.
Placed an order and still hasn't been sent out. Complained on all their social media pages and emailed severally. Eventually I got a reply saying they shipped it. Days after Hermès hasn't received it. Messaged them again severally and they respond that they ship from outside the Uk. How in the world? Mango is the worst ever with the worst customer service. I keep forgetting my previous orders from them never got to me. My advice is never ever shop from them. Shop Zara instead, they have better pieces with better customer service.
Order number C91ZR8. They refuse to refund me my money (which is 70 euro) only because I do not have the bank account in the country of purchase. I explained them that I am an international student here and only have the bank account in my home country. They even do not suggest alternative ways of refund (such as giving me a voucher of the amount of refund etc). I am actually furious and disappointing. The worst and the most awful online store and service I have ever received. Will never return.

Mango has messed up my order 3 times. The shipped me the wrong size of pants twice and then refunded the order instead of fulfilling the exchange for the correct size after promising the pants would get here before the event the were purchased for. The pants they did send were low quality for the price. Customer support 8s unable to resolve anything.
I was scared cuz I placed my order before reading these reviews, but my order came in 3-5 business days like they said, and the clothes that I got looked good. However, I have no idea what the customer service would be like if I didn't like my clothes and were to return them, so I cannot comment on that. I live in Canada btw.
I ordered a cute jumpsuit, and it arrived in about a week. The fabric and styling was great. Unfortunately, it was too tight and I had to return it. The return label they provided made it easy, and it shipped for free. They processed the refund quickly. My advice would be to order a size up. I'm just too chubby!
Mango just did the opening of the new store in 5 avenue. I thought the downtown store was bad. Until I went to this one. So nasty peoples that they answer in back to you if you say some thing that they doing like. Bad bad place to shop and HM and Zara carry the same things. So nothing special. Bad bad store
These people are horrible to deal with. My mother received 3 gift cards from MANGO to use for Christmas, when she went to go buy the clothes online they claimed they don't have any gift cards and will not work when the gift cards came from their store... so she went to the store to buy her clothes in person and still claimed that they do not sell gift cards or use them but they have gift cards on the table when you pay for your clothes. And they never return your money. They tell you lies that you will have your money back and wait long enough until you can't.
Made a purchase online, and waited for more than 2 weeks for the shipping (still not shipped yet), they would claim to have shipped your pkg immediately to cash the money, but it is only shipping info sent to the carrier, and the carrier never gets the physical package. NEVER buy from this brand again.
The worst customer service ever with Mango! In fact they don't have a customer service number which deals with goods bought in store! When you call the customer services number apparently it only deals with online orders! So they tell you they cannot help you, and have to deal with management in store or email customer services! Managers in store have no authority to process anything beyond their policy! It's like going round and round in circles and you will never get a resolution! If you email mango customer services you get NO RESPONSE! I have proof of emails to them with no response! I would never shop in mango again!
I ordered 6 items, 3 tops and 3 dresses. They sent one dress that was damaged and a top in the wrong size. I sent the two items back and they said they would refund the postage. 3 months later they send a wire transfer and I wined up paying more for the wire transfer than the postage. I wont buy anything from them again

The most terrible customer service ever! They do not even talk with respect with the customers and whenever you have a problem with your package, delivery, etc. they will talk with an irresponsible and angry behavior and not solve your problem at all!
In my experience you are not going to receive your order and you are not going to be able to contact the company.
Emails are not answered.
Phone calls are answered by a robot. Good luck trying to understand it. (It wants your phone number). Once it has your number it tells you something randomly. In consecutive calls I was told I had no order, and my order would arrive shortly. If you try to get through to a human you will be told not to hang up, but they will hang up within a couple of minutes before you can speak to anyone.

Are plastic. Instead of using jet, bigass bold pieces of black plastic. Quality does NOT differentiate Mango earrings from many other sources less expensive. Sooo disappointed
Don't buy anything from them. They don't return your money when you return the item. I called them few times but they don't answer and don't send you an email when you email them regarding the matter.
Ordered early saturday morning, shipment of order arrived by DHL(which I would not prefer if I had choice). Was hesistent, and scared bc of DHL tracking. But order came and to my liking, products like more than I thought. I got sale items and I think I good some good deals and for the brand, it was on clearance sale so I was able to grab some goodies. Overall had a good experience. One shirt was oversized, which was surprizing, since I ordered multiple shirts in the same size. But I called customer service and was assisted by staff to my satisfaction and will be returning it to them via post.
