I ordered a cute jumpsuit, and it arrived in about a week. The fabric and styling was great. Unfortunately, it was too tight and I had to return it. The return label they provided made it easy, and it shipped for free. They processed the refund quickly. My advice would be to order a size up. I'm just too chubby!
Mango offer a returns policy for international shipping should you wish to return your purchased item. They offer free returns. This however, is not strictly true. They will collect the product free of charge, but your refund is only a percentage of what you paid for the item. So beware of their claim that you can return the item free of charge.

To return the wrong clothes for a while as I'm not in town and they won't refund me or send me the correct items. Terrible customer service. I'm so bummed because I ordered from them a lot and love their clothes. I feel like they have stolen my money.
Ordered a jacket, said it was being prepared and then a day later said it got cancelled and that refund and exchange time has expired. Lost 100€ that were never given back to me.
I ordered 4 pairs of pants and a pair of boots. Only ended up keeping one pair of pants (the rest seemed like good quality but were too big for me). It had been a few weeks since I returned the rest of the items but hadn't gotten any type of confirmation back yet or refund to my account. I had gone online to find many bad reviews of the website and was worried that I may be out $235! After emailing them, they responded back very quickly and just needed the tracking number of the package, the reference number for my purchase, and what items I had returned. Very happy with my pair of pants and excellent customer service! Maybe don't buy as many items as I did at once though just in case ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I can't even begin to describe my frustration with this joke of a company. I have never written one of these reviews before but had to come here to see if I was alone in this situation or if others have had similar awful experiences. Clearly I am not alone. I ordered $350 worth of clothing online. After about a week and no email confirmation, I began to wonder about the order and called customer service. Although they CHARGED me $350, they said my order never actually processed so I was never going to receive anything. They claimed "internet fluke." The rep sent me the item numbers via email if I wanted to try to re-order. He was friendly but very flippant--not apologetic. Unfortunately about half my order was now sold out and as this left me feeling a bit distrusting, I didn't want to spend my money here. I then receive an email that several of the items still available would be shipping and I was only receiving partial refund. This was frustrating as I was told this was done with. I was already disappointed and really didn't appreciate being told I was getting a full refund only to then be told I'd get some, because now they plan to ship a few things. I called again and asked to get a legitimate update since clearly there was miscommunication. I also emailed them and expressed the frustration. The reps are never the same--I received a response from good old "Pier," who told me that I can't go and "make changes once an order is placed" and that I should read their policy. UH WHAT? They messed up and charged me $350 for something they never were going to send, I bring light to it, am told no order and a full refund coming, THEY change the status with ZERO notification again, and then tell me it's my fault for "changing" the order which I never even had access to? He then goes ahead and BLOCKS the order from being delivered altogether. I never said STOP it in TRANSIT. I just had wanted it to cancel as I was told it would. Since it was too late, I would have appreciated at least seeing the items but this rep just cancelled it without my consent. I then get an email they "regret to inform me" that the items "cannot be delivered" and will be sent back to their warehouse. WTF! My lord I hate this company. I am still owed $250... no follow up, no apology. Just a "we are very sorry" would have gone a long way. NEVER EVER shopping here again.
I've tried several discount codes and none work. In the help section, it says to fill out a form, but there is no form. I don't trust this business.
Orders placed on January 8th and January 30th are still not SHIPPED even on February 25th. The customer support team is unhelpful at best, citing high order volumes but failing to respond to my requests asking for a refund. Even businesses like H&M and Zara have high order volumes but they don't take this long to ship out items.
EDIT: One of the items was finally shipped out and delivered but guess what? They sent the wrong size shoes. Had to return it immediately and the return was received in March. It's mid-April and I am still waiting for my refund. I have had to follow up twice with the customer service and I still have not received a response.
Going on vacation, I ordered a few dresses from Mango and Macy's. Especially for these dresses, I ordered suitable sandals in Mango. I understand that ordering shoes online is not easy, but 37.5 is the maximum size of my foot for summer shoes. Mango always delivers goods for a very long time, but this is not the biggest problem. They sent me sandals in size 38! Moreover, I could no longer change them, the site no longer had the right size left. I'll have to flaunt at the resort in oversized sandals, for which thanks to Mango. Buy the way, I like the dresses, so, the score is 3.
The most terrible customer service ever! They do not even talk with respect with the customers and whenever you have a problem with your package, delivery, etc. they will talk with an irresponsible and angry behavior and not solve your problem at all!
I had ordered stuff worth Rs 31,500 from Mango, Spain in November 2021 for my winter vacation starting January. First of all, the parcel did not arrive in time and there was no way to track the delivery time, it kept showing dispatched on the online portal till the date I left which is Dec 31,2021. Finally the stuff came on 8th January 2022 but funnily the app still showed dispatched. I struggled to locate the return request on the website but finally managed to do it as I had finished my vacation and I did not need those jackets anymore (the return validity is 60 days from delivery). The Delhivery person came based on my return request but refused to pick up the parcel as it was too big to be carried on a two wheeler (the company should have informed the Delhivery guys accordingly), he sad someone else will come and pick up in a van, this was around January 22,2022. However, that someone never turned up and after waiting for more than a week, I mailed Mango and told them that, if I do not receive a favourable response, I will put the whole incident up on my social media and bang, I got a response but wonder what, now they are telling me they did not receive my return request... seriously! If that be so, how come the Delhivery person was on my door step with an AWB pick up number **************. Thankfully, I had their confirmation mail of my return request which now I have mailed them again and awaiting their response. Guess what, the potal still shows my order as dispatched! Voila!
These people are horrible to deal with. My mother received 3 gift cards from MANGO to use for Christmas, when she went to go buy the clothes online they claimed they don't have any gift cards and will not work when the gift cards came from their store... so she went to the store to buy her clothes in person and still claimed that they do not sell gift cards or use them but they have gift cards on the table when you pay for your clothes. And they never return your money. They tell you lies that you will have your money back and wait long enough until you can't.
Placed an order and still hasn't been sent out. Complained on all their social media pages and emailed severally. Eventually I got a reply saying they shipped it. Days after Hermès hasn't received it. Messaged them again severally and they respond that they ship from outside the Uk. How in the world? Mango is the worst ever with the worst customer service. I keep forgetting my previous orders from them never got to me. My advice is never ever shop from them. Shop Zara instead, they have better pieces with better customer service.

The order number is #5438 & it has not been shipped yet or I have not received any response from your customer service team/ email response.
This is $#*! & I am not going to accept my money going down the drain.
Look into this matter urgently - it's completely unacceptable & disgusting behaviour from a reputed apparel company such as Mango.

I was scrolling on Tiktok one day and I saw these super cute bags and they weren't expensive so I bought a few for myself!
Mango sells clothes too but i think they're most known for their bags. I would say their quality is great for it's price especially when they're on sale. Coming from someone who doesn't like to spend a lot of money on luxury pieces and things I'd totally recommend Mango!

First time buyer. I ordered a coat from MANGO on November 24, last tracking update was November 30, today is December 15 there are no any updates in tracking- package probably got lost. I called MANGO and asked them about replacement or cancellation of the order. They respond: NO Refund will be issued until they receive the package back. WHAT? I'm not the USPS, why the client need to be responsible for delivery problems? If USPS lost the package it's between them and MANGO. I will file charge back with my cc. NEWER will buy from this company again.
I ordered a scarf on Nov 28, order confirmed, paid. No updates since then! Started a query with customer service 2 weeks ago to cancel this and get a refund. No reaction. Case nr *******. Order nr CV0YNY. Later, I chased them on Instagram, finally they answered but nothing helpful; they still decline to cancel the order and refund, even though they still haven't shipped it and it's unknown when that may happen. It's a nightmare to deal with.

Ordered a couple of items from this website and 2 weeks later, instead of getting a message regarding my order being shipped, I get a message saying one of the item "became unavailable". I double checked on their website and the item was available (in my size as well) but the only difference is. It is listed for the full price. A few days later, I get another notification that another item was unavailable. I reached out to the company and they didn't even bother providing a proper response/explanation but a gave me a bunch of "templated response". Complete waste of my time shopping with this company and half the things I ordered was somehow "unavailable". This is not how you run a business.
Horrible experience, shady company, incompetent CS. It just baffles me why they would list items they can't honor the price on.

Answer: Only way to find out is to wait. Because I ordered a dress and it arrived 5 days after my order but the Mango website said within 30 days. I was also nervous because after placing my order, I checked the reviews. Hopefully it arrives.

Answer: You can extort a reply out of them by complaining publicly under their Instagram posts. But their replies are not too helpful...
Answer: I think only swimwear collections since I searched on google and didn't see anything for resort wear, but I did see swim wear on Mango.
