I'm trying to reach my website only by typing it's name without www prefix but the system fail and all the help desk people say they can't do anything as this is how the system works... Really?!?
If you guys can't solve this issue without having specific IP for A record it's a shame and I will ask my money back as Google does not provide static IP for sites in Google.sites

The overall process was good and wast. Didn't get the idea why should I input my DNS before buying but I hope I can change it later.

website looks extremely outdated and i was skeptical at first. almost went with a competitor that was almost 40% more. So far the experience has been pleasant (after checking out). We'll see how easy it is to set my A records up (I will be using my own Digital Ocean droplet).

You will see that I had to raise a support email about not being able to use the domain finder. I went into my account and searched for more domains to purchase from there and everything then worked find but I wasted 10 minutes trying to get the search to work on the other page.
The actual purchasing was fine once I could get the domain to show up

Please translate into Russian your website, but it is not convenient without translating into Russian, people from the former post of Soviet space with the USSR will not understand English .... I am also very much suffering without translation ...

Marcaria is one of the few places where you can search for and buy just about any domain on the market. Also, Soon to be released TLD's and similar. It's been a great find and I have used them for years.

Our company has been using them for nearly eight years now and their support and service have both gone downhill. Recently contacted them to transfer a domain and prefaced the message with our PIN number. The response I received asked for the PIN number. They already have the PIN number. We already confirmed it. Each support request takes days to resolve, but other domain registrars are quick. I don't understand it.

I am wondering why the "time frame" box of your order verification is blank ("--"). It would be helpful for the next date of expiration to be displayed somewhere on the receipt. Thank you for the reminder.

The on line transaction was smooth, from selecting my domain to checkout. Contacted customer support a day later with and issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. All in all it was and still is a good experience.

They clearly explained the 2FA process and how to set it up on your account and device in order to make your account more secure. They also explained what to do before you upgrade or change the devices you use for your OTP application. That simple suggestion could save me days and my business. This is why I think they are a good choice.

Easy to find the domains I wanted. Simple checkout. But frustrating to have to wait for confirmation of my domain purchase, and I worried that I might not get my desired domains after all, but all worked out well in the end.

I placed an order to register two domains on october 14th. One day later I lost access to my account. Only on october 20th, after inumerous requests was I informed that the account had been suspended for approval and more docs were needed. Meanwhile the domains could have been registered by anyone... Not acceptable. Thanks

Absolutely NO customer support. Anything wrong with your domain, email, DNS or anything they blame a third party and say they cannot assist. Would NEVER recommend this.
