Seamless purchase and checkout process. Able to close on additional domains related to original purchase.
Our company has been using them for nearly eight years now and their support and service have both gone downhill. Recently contacted them to transfer a domain and prefaced the message with our PIN number. The response I received asked for the PIN number. They already have the PIN number. We already confirmed it. Each support request takes days to resolve, but other domain registrars are quick. I don't understand it.
I purchased my order on a Friday evening or early Saturday morning and it took till Monday or Tuesday for my order to be confirmed. I could see the payment was processed immediately but there was a significant delay in the confirmation on the domain name I purchased. I think that time delay was too long and should be improved.
I like being able to shop for unusual gTLDs. However Ihad a bad experience with Marcaria several years back when I attempted to transfer a domain to another registrar and Marcaria simply did not cooperate. Left a bad taste of distrust in my mouth. Even so, this is the only place I know to get good gTLDs so I continue to do business. However, the second I can go elsewhere, I'll be tempted.

Ordering the domain went just fine. I faced one limitation on the DNS settings (SRV entries not supported by the web portal), contacted support, and they quickly sorted it out. That was all good !!

I never thought I would have to register a TM in Japan but that day came recently and I'm grateful for finding marcaria. They guided me through the whole process and made it as simple as possible.
The "qualified lawyer' confirmation should appear sooner; thus far it hasn't appeared. Each applicant should be verified before being able to make the purchase.
Nice, simple registration process.
I put in DNS Servers, but it was not clear whether I neededto enter the IP addresses too.....I left them out.

VEry hard to select domains, at least need to be sticky between different prefix searches. A real nusiance to scroll thru to find the same ones again , again .. blah ..
It's not 24/7 service: in one of my previous transaction I sent a query about my registration and it took them 3 days (over the weekend) to reply.
