Site is not too difficult to negotiate. But you need to know your engine/drive intimately. Pictures were accurate and are helpful in identifying questionable or old part numbers. Don't be overly concerned about the out-of-stock indication; with their many locations, they may well have it in stock somewhere. All of mine were even when indicated as such.
Wanted to charge me a whopping $10 shipping when the part I needed was six bucks! I had ordered from them before so I figured I'd call and try to get help... all they care about is the money, NOT customer service. In all the time he spent arguing with me he could have processed my part. The part I wanted was a small 3gram (in weight) plastic screen... ever heard of envelopes and the post office?!?! Look around first.
The part shipped fast and arrived on time. The price was the best I could find on comparable products. It was really great getting the correct part on a site that was easy to shop.

Needed a copy of a 1985 manual for a Johnson 15 hp outboard for a boat I bought recently. The salespeople were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the manual within a week. NICE!
Got my parts, No problem, clearly Marineengine.com uses the USPS database for shipping which is different from UPS and FEDEX, USPS database is old and outdated, UPS and FEDEX use GPS and (national 911) database. I put my address in and USPS does not recognize it because they do not deliver off a highway so we have no mailbox. However we use a POB, Marineengine questioned it, I confirmed it AND BINGO no problem, GOT MY PARTS. Nice job " Marineengine.com"

Satisfied with the delivery and the product. After comparing prices the price was a little higher than a competitor but delivery was sooner than the the competition.
I always buy the oem outboard parts because there is little difference in price at Marine Engine compared to boat shops which are about a 30 mile drive one way for me.

Product shipped and arrived quickly with quality sparkplug wires. The threaded caps to be inserted in the distributor cap were crimped well and the rubber.
I never would have ordered a keyway had I known that one came with the impeller. Also, one item an O-ring I got five and had no idea they came 5 to a package no wonder the O-ring was nearly $5.

I have used marine engine twice now for parts for a 20 year old outboard and found it easy to find the parts on their web site catalog, and the parts were either OEM or exelent after market parts
Is what I needed to repair a customers 1960, 40 hp Evinrude Lark that has a 1972 outdriver unit. This was a helpful site to find since I repair a lot of older engines.
Had the parts I had looked for for days on the Web. Gave them a call, great service, and I have the gasket I was sure I would need to make. Plus, they had a float for my 1946 2hp Evinrude.
