“Went online to purchase some items, paid via western...”

Went online to purchase some items, paid via western union and never received the products. The website no longer exists under that name, they've changed the site name to sites like newbalancesale.tk but the contacts are all the same. At first they respond to your e-mails but once they get your money you won't hear from them.
