Marshalls

My family wanted some items I had gotten me a colorful blanket for very cheap, a beautiful cheetah skirt, a comfy soft shorts, and some notepads for writing!

I really like the fashion choices at Marshalls, but you really have to watch where you go because they don't all carry the same items. The Marshalls in Emeryville (Northern Cal) is the best store layout I have visited. Usually I go to the Marshalls in Fox Hills. They have a great selection of shoes and if you have time to search you can find so excellent bargains. I did visit the Marshalls on Sawtelle near Olympic and the parking over there sucks, but the selections are fantastic. The shoe section is much larger than the one on Fox Hills. Hmm, I wonder why? Have the powers that be not looked at the income demographics within 5 miles of Fox Hills? It makes no sense. There is also a wider selection of dresses on Sawtelle & Olympic. But for larger sized clothes stick with Fox Hills. But, if you really want higher end selections and largers sizes go to Ross in Ladera Hieghts (LA *******). Marshalls is really well stocked around November when they are getting ready for Christmas. Also, for Mother's Day, too.

Just love it, expedite delivery never had problems to return, a good quality, good verities, what else you need

Look at the prices carefully. This is advertised as clearance. I enjoy shopping at Marshalls, so I decided to give the website a chance.

Unless your in store I would skip Marshall's shopping all together... absolutely nothing except gift set of coffee cups were correct

Hit or miss in this place. I sometimes find it hard to shop because the clothing is always messy and in the wrong size area. Nothing like falling inlove with a skirt I pull out of the Large area to find it is a small. And this is a lot. Employees that work at night are a joke. They believe they only have one job, to stock the shelves and talk on a cell phone. Then you have that power play going on with the 3 female managers. I applied for a position. Was hired but suddenly one of these managers calls me and says she cant find my references. So I arrive less than 10 minutes later with refrences in hand. As I am walking in the store (around 7:30 pm) I see 2 Latino ladies with there trunk open and about 10 handbags still in plastic talking to your customers as they walked in. I decided to step back and watch, clearly heard the name Tory Burch and $45 dollars and watched them sell your potential customer 3 handbags. This shopper got back into her car and left. So I go into the store, stop at the front to let someone know to get the manager on duty and she comes waltzing up and I point to the parking lot, tell her what is going on, afraid that this may be Marshalls stock being sold and she tells me oh they are just my friends and those are fakes. She then gets on the phone and I can clearly see one of this outside ladies talking back to her, she speaks to them in Spanish and they leave. I give her my references she says nothing to me and walks away. I call 2 days later and they tell me the position that I was already hired for has been filled as they were never able to reach any reference I provided them. Blatant lie! One was a good friend of mine, a professional in the area and she showed me her phone for the last 2 weeks not one call came from Marshalls or even a strange number. I was not given an opportunity to work because I caught your store manager allowing illegal activity to happen. You missed out on a great employee you could have really benefitted from my experience.
