I have been using Perpay for a few years now. It's a great way to build good credit history and being deducted from the paycheck makes it very convenient to not miss a single payment. The prices are a little on the high end but in the end they're giving you a line of credit when no one else will and allow you to pay off in 12 payments if desired. I started out with an $250 credit and has increased to $1750, plus I was able to qualify for an actual credit card through them that I can use anywhere and haven't had a single problem with. Any issues I have come across have been addressed quickly and accurately. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I placed an order and I was told that it qualified for Active System. Well sadly the system must have made and error. I contacted support and associates Dan and Tanner were simply amazing! I have been a loyal customer and they were able to get my order shipped! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your great customer service. I will remain loyal customer.

Most of the items have inflated prices compared to other big box stores and one of my orders never shipped. I compare prices and sometimes something can cost $199 at Walmart and Amazon but here it's $299 or more PLUS shipping

I was told that it was the supplier that had an issue and that the item was out of stock

I just want to say that perpay has been great all the years I've been doing business with them. I want to specifically give a shout out to sienna, who's been helping me with my questions and issues since last week! She assured me even though FedEx was going through issues that she would help me the best way she could. I love her timeliness, she always responds so fast. Give her a raise lol!

Man … where do I start! From things you want to things you need from dad to mom all the way down to the babies. This is an amazing service they provide! I used it first to splurge a little but I was able to get a drone and a tablet for the little one and all we have to do is set up direct deposit and I am worry free! I love it so much! I only wish I had a higher credit limit to get some bigger items BUT all in all my family loves it!

When I first started Perpay, I went in thinking I probably won't use it that often. Fast forward 3 plus years and they have saved me almost every important occasion. From Birthdays to Anniversaries to Christmas. And when you have teens that want high end products, Perpay was one place I could count on.

They did an excellent job helping me get my account approved and corrected an error that I had made on my account. Very friendly, super professional and most importantly satisfied! HIGHLY recommend! A big thank you to Eric in support helping me get my new account up and running! I look forward to building my credit with Perpay!

I had a better review for you guys, but you guys messed it all up. I updated all my information and you guys still manage to mess it up now I have to wait two more weeks in order to get what I need at this point I don't even want it anymore.

When I first got this perpay+ service it was for my small business venture. I had purchased a laptop with a credit line of $1k. Meanwhile, that got paid off quickly! However, my line of alleged credit was never reported to any of the three credit agencies. Secondly, they offered me a credit card but you can't be self-employed(Small Business Owner). Thanks for the laptop though! Overall, I don't really have anything good to say about Perpay+...

My experience with perpay customer service was phenomenal. They were speedy to respond to my emails, very thorough and protected my personal information with concern and care. It is because of that I will continue shopping with perpay.

Shopping with PerPay has been a wonderful experience. It's like being a kid in a candy store😊. I've purchased several items and have been satisfied with all I have purchased and the payment plan. PerPay has allowed me to purchase items and pay over time.

I contacted customer service via the support team and didn’t have a great experience. I reached out to customer support via email and am awaiting a response.

While it's super easy to get approved for anyone who's credit isn't good the products are mediocre. The interest and shipping rates are crazy high! If you can use another avenue I'd recommend that.

I have bought an end table, coffee table, and vacuum from per pay and I am absolutely in love with them. The quality is amazing. Easy to assemble. Boxes are heavy so be warned lol. I love that I was able to transform my living room with the furniture into a room I love to be in

I tried it and loved it. I was able to get the TV I wanted and did not have to do RTO and pay 3X the price. The pricing is fair. Some items the weekly is a little steep but you do not have to pay out in 2 years like RTO and this is not a lease you Own. Support is awesome and if your Employer is not listed and you can setup multiple accounts in direct deposit get over to PerPay they are a good company

It was all good until I had about five or six payments left on my original order and tried to make another order and they declined me when they still have access to my job. Help me turn in pay stubs. Just don't understand it.

I don’t like that you can’t call and talk to anyone and it was no help. No one can explain to me why I had five or six payments left and couldn’t place another order even though they still had access to my banking. My job information had me turning paystub no one can explain to me why I couldn’t place another order with only five payments left.

So far I seen my credit improve Using this App Everything I order I received in the right time frame
I love how I don't have to worry about remembering to make a payment because it automatically comes out of my paycheck & I really love that I feel like everyone should convert over to how perpay does it Very easy To set up direct deposit Love perpay HAVENT had not one problem maybe the item not being in stock but i choose something else when that happens I've seen my limit increase Tremendously

I love the fact that you can shop
And pay over time You tend to have the same product overs and over again you should email
When new products arrive
And I waited four years for the card never received any notification

The services are great the only problen is sometimes the credit card acts a little wacky with declining transactions then you have to wait 8 hours to try to use it again

Credit card problems take entirely too long to resolve

I absolutely love the PerPay concept and how it just works! Paying via the payroll is genius and it helps consumers stay on top of their credit. I love it!

The steps are easy to take when placing the order and I normally receive my packages on time if not, I always get a notification letting me know that it's going to be late

I love using Perpay! I get top of the line quality name brand products delivered to me quickly. The prices are fair and the it is very convenient to have the payments taken directly out of my check. In no timr I am able to pay off the balance. I use this at Christmas time and I am able to buy gifts for many people that they love.

Everything that I have ordered from this site has been #1 products. Everything comes to me in a timely manner. I would recommend Per Pay to anyone that may be interested or has questions about the products.
