I was just in the Manchester CT store and Ashley and the manager, Lissette, were so unbelievably rude and condescending to me. I had a return AND a receipt for both things I was returning. Ashley, the associate, kept
Saying I used the lipstick. It was on clearance and I made sure to ask that it could be returned when i was purchasing it. They were VERY CLEARLY NOT USED but Ashley made it seem like I used it. She calls the manager, Lissette, over and she then starts telling me I used it! It was notched but clearly not used. Lissette then proceeds to THROW the package on the counter and says lots for everyone to hear " give her her money back but throw it away cuz she used it." I was in complete shock! Then I try to return a pair of pants I paid $
Pair of pants I paid $12 for. The same 2 people accused me of trying to return something not on the receipt. I paid $12 but they ended up returning it to me for the price on the tag...$16.99. So I was being honest about paying $12 but they didn't want to believe me so they returned it without a receipt for $16.99. So TWICE they both accused me, in not so many words, about either stealing or using a product and trying to return it. I'm not aware tho of a new law that says you can't return something if it's been used? So why would that have mattered anyway? I just couldn't believe the third degree I got mostly from the associate, Ashley and then from the manager Lissette! I'm still in complete and total shock about how they treated me. I've never been so embarrassed and I walked out pissed but crying. Over a $4 pack of lipstick they said I used. Don't put things on clearance and accuse people of stealing if they need to return it.

I love this store, so many dresses, tops, shoes, OH MY. JUST ABOUT ANYTHING I WANT AND MORE. A lot like TJ Maxx. Could spend hours there.

Cheap products but you get what you are paying for. Do not expect a great quality

I couldn't care less about what is in style. I get great items for a song & dance

They have good variety and some great stuff but they will run out of sizes

This is one of my favorite places to find great items with great prices.

THE STORE LOOKS TO MUCH LIKE A THRIFT STORE AND IT NOT CLEAN AND THERE IS NEVER NO ONE ON THE FLOOR AND THE DRESSING ROOMS ARE A MESS AT TIMES,,,

Compre un blazer y el primer día que lo use se desvivió de la parte de atrás tenía el ticket y la etiqueta las personas que me atendieron dijeron que no podían regresarme el dinero porque la etiqueta no pertenecía a ese artículo les dije que por un error de ellos yo no iba a agarrar mi dinero por un error de ellos, me contestó que la siguiente ves me fijara que la etiqueta perteneciera al artículo que estaba comprando le contesté ese es el trabajo de ustedes, pero no va haber siguiente ves porque no vuelvo a comprar en esta tienda
