The 5 day wait for the Samsung Tab A to arrive after the chair arrived seems odd. Now this 87 year old brain still has to download the app. Had the tablet came first by USPS then the chair delivery folk could have downloaded app to test it out.

Excellent experience all around! Melodie and Dr. Alan provided us with great advisement in the selection of our chair! We couldn't be more pleased with our new chair, the Ocho M8. My advice to anyone shopping for a chair is to try them in person if you at all can. Chairs sound very similar on paper, so it's not until you experience them yourself that you can appreciate the differences, and feel which one best meets your personal needs.
