The staff is warm and friendly, and will greet you by name when you walk in. The massages are great, especially once you find the therapist best for you. Prices are so reasonable you don't have to chase Groupon deals to save money on a massage that you may not even like.
This business owed me three massage packages valued at $240. I attempted to get a response from the cooperate office of Massage Envy in Arizona to get a response and was completely ignored. The Better Business Bureau on my behalf reached out and got no response as well. Each month for over a year I paid a monthly membership fee that was debited from my bank. This business, still on an almost weekly basis,is sending emails to purchase services from this business. Massage Envy should be put out of business.

Massageenvy is the worst company I met, all liars, try to traps you by adding money to the account, later on forget your money, they are thieves, many persons will call you to deposit the money, plus they will give you a wrong expectations to trap you and never get your money back I lost my money and they try to convince me to make another deposit. I was referred to mkayrecuperatee.com after days of research and luckily they responded and assisted me in tracing everything, took just a couple of days and all my issues got fixed, and of all my funds retrieved to me
Tip for consumers:
Please don’t believe massageenvy and dont bother going to the Police , cause they might not be able to help
I'm a member of Massage and be in Greeley. It sucks trying to get an appointment to begin with. I scheduled a 90 minute massage two months in advance. Confirmed the day before, then the assistant manager gave my appointment to somebody else. I'm furious! They don't hesitate to take your money! Would not recommend! The struggle has been going on for months and it's old.
Charged 60.00 for my 30 minutes and I cancelled appt. Didn't know it was a 24 cancellation. Had surgery on my leg. The woman was very hard to deal with. Took it out of my account I'll never go back too high anyway. Went all the time when I was in the villages fl. Great customer. Not now!
Nothing wrong with the therapist. Chelsea. She was fantastic each time i used my membership. Twice of six. It is the business dealings that are sketchy. I was not able to use all 6 of my sessions fast enough, due to the limited scheduling they have availabe and my own limitations... so i lost them. After tip, i paid darn near $500 for 2, yes count the 2, hours of massage. I will not be back I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went through the entire process online to find an open appointment when I'm available. It stated a 90 minute massage was $98 for first time customers. I'm a first time customer and at check out it tried to charge me $173. Corporate company.
They need to remain the company Massage Scam. There are no available appointments to 2 months out but you still have to pay the membership fee. This is a class action lawsuit in the making. Don't sign up for this scam go elsewhere.
I have never been more frustrated and angered by a company! I had been a customer at Massage Envy in Plymouth MN for over 15 years. Despite the constant revolving door and occasional waste of money with a less than useful massage, my challenge has been with misinformation given by the desk staff about making or cancelling appointments and when the concern was brought to the Mgr's attention, she was more than happy to simply shrug her shoulders and keep my money. Not willing at all to support the customer, but instead just said "there is noting I can do, you can talk with corporate". I assure you I tried and wish you the best of luck in getting a hold of anyone... you submit something online and NEVER hear back! I truly DESPISE this company and their lack of customer support! And the massages are certainly hit or miss as well so good luck there.
Very disappointed in ther customer service at Canton location. I had to pump out my breast milk before my massage and asked if they can store it in there fridge and the lady at the front desk told me no. It's not for costumers. Will not be going back. Massage was okay. Got cut to only 45 minutes
Let me start by saying I've been a member for YEARS. I absolutely love my masseuse, Jackie. She's simply the best. Now the bad side... this franchise is horribly ran. Terrible owners and management who speak to their members completely unprofessional. When they opened back up after covid restrictions lifted, they implemented new "rules". I can't ever get in to use my sessions (I have a few accrued due to still paying during shutdowns). I've even tried to get in for facials not just massage and nothing is ever available. The manager basically told me to drop my membership when I spoke with him about this situation again. I contacted corporate as well who were not helpful either. Ridiculous company to be affiliated with, don't get a membership here.
Went to get a massage from Zac and mentioned I was a little hung over and tired. He refused to give me a massage saying it would release alcohol from my muscles or something absurd since massaging your muscles when you have no alcohol in your system will not magically create alcohol. They would not give me a refund either. What a bunch of crooks. Go somewhere else for a massage
My husband called to purchase me a massage for Mother's Day. They told him they had a 2 for 1 offer and that I could get two massages for the price of one. They told him I would be given a voucher for the second massage once I had the first massage. At the end of my massage, they did not give me a voucher. My husband spent four days calling them. When someone finally returned his call, they told him he would have had to purchase the deal in person and would have been given two vouchers at that time. So, one sub-par massage cost $120. Massage Envy is a scam. I would recommend finding a massage therapist who works for themselves. At least you know the money is going to the therapist rather than a chain.
Read all details before signing anything!
They lure you into a one-sided contract.
Once you take the bait, you will find it extremely difficult to book a session. It will not be at your convenience. They are always over booked.
They offer zero concessions.
Website states that they have couples massages but when you call to make an appointment they are 3+ months out. Then when you ask, receptionist is rude and condescending. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.
Tip for consumers:
Don't expect to get service any time soon.

Stay away from these Crooks. I had a free gift card for a one hour massage.(they only give you 50 minutes btw). When I called the Littleton store the nasty girl said since I already had a previous massage this one would cost me $120. But I have afree gift card. What don't you get about the term free, already paid for. She repeated $120. Thanks but drop dead. I then called another location and the girl there said they needed a credit card number in case I don't show up. I don't give my number out to anybody. This place is crooked and greedy and I'll never go there again. I would give them zero stars if it would let me. I hope you go out of business. Stay far away from these Crooks
I'm very disappointed with Massage Envy, if I looked at the reviews, it would have kept me from signing up. The managers gave vouchers that I can go ahead and use, in spite of the dates, that was my understanding, I booked the appointment to receive the 60 minute massage for free, the black girl said I was trying to tell you before you left, you wouldn't listen, if that was the case, why didn't that same manager that said I can use it, if talked about it, why didn't they call me, why did they allow me to get the massage and then tell me, that wasn't good customer service, you allow me to go back and get a massage, knowing I was using the
Coupon, they didn't even given me a chance to decide, they waited after the fact, had no choice in the matter. I want to cancel my membership, don't lie and deceived me to signing up for the membership and don't honor your word. I don't want any parts of that organization. I world not recommend this place.
I love it that massage envy has a franchise in almost every city across the US. Every time i go on a business trip I end up at a massage envy. I just love their professionalism and desire to help others stress free.
Thank you guys for all you do.
I have canceled my Massage Envy membership. I've been a member for years and, for the last year, I can't find one slot for a massage - but they don't mind taking my money month after month. I can only transfer points to one person every 6 months. I lose all my points if I cancel my membership... wow. I KNOW they are having difficulty finding staff but then they should allow members to suspend payments until we can actually make appointments.
Jorge is always caring and pleasant. Jorge's pressure is great and he puts a hot towel under your Neck to add to the experience. I book my 6 visits as soon as I arrive in Florida. I am always pleased with my massages.

Sierra was AMAZING, I went to the beavercreek location off north Fairfield. She catered to all my needs. I am a night nurse, I have knots beyond belief. She worked with me and even gave me a print out of exercises to do at home to help my muscles. Best massage I have ever had. Highly highly recommend her!
Horrendous customer service. I have been trying for two weeks to cancel membership. Belonged for 4 years. Am moving to country with no franchise. They are Using every ruse in the book: our "cancellation manager is off today". Would love to have her schedule. She apparently never works. No one else in the entire store is capable of canceling a membership. Was calling corporate in front of employees when owner magically appeared and was able to cancel immediately. However, today I was charged once again- and ten dollars more than usual. Would be funny if it weren't so pitiful. Don't enroll!
The representative never got detailed information. Just very fast to take my money and get contact signed. They could not even provide the service at my appointment. Horrible experience and refused to go back. Of course, they refused to refund my money. Even when I did not get the service. You must need the money more than I do -
I made an appointment over a week ago for 1 hour and 30 minutes for hot stone massage.
When I show up to my appointment the girl that was supposed to do my massage told me she didn't know how to do the hot stone massage. Really?
I booked the appointment in advance and nobody call me to tell that the massage girl didn't know how to do the hot stone massage? Dissatisfied and disappointed. River Edge customer support is the worst. My rating is very poor. 1 star still to much.

I Had the worst experience ever. Every time I call there always mean to me. When im done with my Sessions the Receptionist makes weird faces at me racial type of faces. When I thought the therapist Was being friendly. I gave her my number the GM Adriana called me and said I was unacceptable. I felt so disrespected. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau. There's nothing wrong in offering your number. Plus the faces and treatment by the staff. Unacceptable
