Six months in row, the site to pay our Synchrony 'Premier Mastercard" will not recognize our usernames and/or passwords. The attitude of its reps is that you MUST be your fault and it is a privilege to be allowed to use a Synchrony Mastercard. But I have screenshots proving what I entered and the rejection. I just wanted to pay the balance and be done with Synchrony. I have been waiting 1:40:06 for them to answer my "very important' call so I can pay off the card. The telephone number THEY give you for help is, one is told, the 'wrong number." The reps tell me that I must NOT use the site hyperlinked at the Synchrony website to log in, but THE "CORRECT WEBSITE" to log in WORKS NO BETTER., as I can prove.
