I joined via a link on TikTok and after one day dejected my pictures. A month later I found out my picture was being used for their marketing campaigns across TikTok and was sent screenshots from men claiming I was a fake.
You can only delete your account on a pic. I only had a phone so added them to remove the account and to stop with using my picture! They ignored me for 3 months and wouldn't give me any information in regards to my data under GDPR. Awful site be warned!

This crew are money hungry grubs. They never reply to any queries. All my supposed matches were form USA or Africa.? They took 3 times the amount of money out of my account in the first 2 weeks.
A group of us have put a report in to the ACCC. They are scammers!

Scripted ice breakers to entice you to pay and then replies are always open ended and never amount to anything - just to get you using credits and spending money on the platform. Cancelled twice with follow phone calls to complete cancelling my subscription only to be billed 3 days later, after another phone call to request a refund I was told I didn't successfully cancel my subscription and breached their terms and agreement by not cancelling besides recieving bogus messages from non active profiles which I was able to confirm as well as profile picture's coing up as google images when I image searched. Such a scam in all respects. Be very wary and do not join.
Update for the apparent representative from Mature dating " Maybe you should ask if I followed the guidelines your company didn't cancel my subscription when I called twice in the timeline of your terms and conditions and you are using a friends profile that is no longer using your site and charged them too?! "

All these romantic bulls#*t letters are pre-written templates and they are sent out by bots just to entice you into becoming a paying member. That's why nobody gets a 2nd and 3rd letter. All "relationships" stop after 1st letter. Surely nothing serious is ever possible there, because you can't have relationship with bots and fakes.
Avoid MatureDating. It's a con company. It's not in their best interest to provide you with real dating service. They don't want you to meet anyone. They are interested in getting as much of your $$ as possible.
