I forgot my log-in info because I used some old email to register. All my chats with potential matches would have been lost without their support team.

I made a profile on Mature Dating.Com and put my credit card details in for a 3 day trial for $4.17 which I was told could be cancelled anytime to avoid repeat billing of $51.00 month. Nothing of interest on there so I went to cancel repeat billing and the place they said to click on didn't exist. Got my daughter to double check it was not just me missing something. Eventually I had to ring them. Sounded like a call centre in the Phillipines. Regardless of how many times I said I wanted to cancel the woman ignored me and kept telling me of all the extras they had given me. When I insisted angrily that I wanted to cancel they finally did. I got an email confirming that. Next day I got an email from Dating Chemistry which I never joined and there was my same profile and a message that $51 would be coming out of my account in 2 days time. Went through the cancellation process but once again only option was to ring them. Got the same women and the same treatment. Only after I threatened them with the police for illegal activity did she finally cancel. Worst scam ever. She did not say that I had cancelled Mature Dating so was no longer on Dating Chemistry but confirmed they had signed me up because she said I requested it. I most certainly did not! Currently I am going through consumer affairs to put a stop to these low life scammers! They use illegal tricks to con you!

I've tried several dating sites before, but this one stands out. The community is friendly and engaging, and the site's features make it simple to connect with others. I'm definitely sticking around!

I have used this platform for a couple of months and chatted to many people. The problem is when you haven't heard from someone for a while. I knew that I had spoken with another user at length but there was nothing showing in the chat. So I had to go over all introductory questioning once again and this platform is not cheap at over £1 a message.

I contacted the help desk to be told that messages are deleted after 4 weeks and that they were aware of this and in the process of updating their servers so that messages are kept longer than 4 weeks.

So having made contact with people and spending considerable amounts of money on messaging them all of this information disappears and is deleted so you have nothing to show for your money and have to repeat the process wasting money when you shouldn't have to. All messages that have been paid for by the user should be available.

I asked to be reimbursed with either money or credits but was just given a standard response saying we are sorry you are unhappy with our service and that your points have been noted.

Really is a waste of money if you are speaking to numerous people. I feel very hard done by and the least the company could have done was to credit me for anything over 4 weeks as these messages are lost forever. There is nothing on the website to say that messages within chats will be deleted after 4 weeks

I just counted them and totaled 150 email in 14 days. That is more SPAM than I get all together from grocery stores, hardware stores, and McAfee and Norton scams in a span of 14 days time. LOL :p How is that possible and not be a fake site? I am just not that popular of a guy with photos that look like Brad Pit or George Clooney!

Just in case. I live in a small town and I may not find girls to my liking here. The site is very good, especially for big cities. Unless you are a big city resident, then increase the search radius.

This site opened a new page in my book of life. I never imagined that I would be building a relationship with an elder woman. We have a 10 year age difference! But I am completely satisfied with it!

One week in and the user experience has been fantastic! The layout's clean, navigation's smooth, and the features are all easy to grasp. I wish it were more affordable only.

This is a site that is set up to take money by using fake profiles. Two women who were allegedly dying to meet me after weeks of chatting, refused to contact me in any other way than the site, which is expensive pay per text - hence they want you to stay on the site to spend as much money as possible and not actually meet you. Stay away. The site should be investigated.

Why would anyone want to stay on an expensive website when you could email using anonymous addresses like I suggested she do. The other girl was pretty much the same.

After starting to use this dating site, I didn't understand why I hadn't used it before. After all, it is here that there are a lot of users who want the same thing as me.

It s a very good place to meet women. I want to say that Maturedating.com works pretty well. I think it is one of the best dating apps where singles can have fun.

After trying a 2$ trial and not being too impressed, I forgot about the site. Several months later they locked into an subscription and proceeded to take $50 wods out of my bank account. Im not too smart with my money I know, but this was just plain $#*!ty.
Rightfully I was mad about this so I go to unsubscribe, However they will lull you into a false sence of security by making you think you've cancelled, but actually you have to call them with an ID code, and THEN, once they say your account has been deleted, they then proceed to sign you up to ANOTHER website to continue to take your money. It was like pulling teeth to try to get them not to do it again after the 100th "I do not want to continue using your services".
Honestly felt bordline illegal, and considering they use this site on an older less tech savy generation, you know they know exactly what they are doing

While the quality of service justifies the cost to some extent, it would be great to have more affordable options. Nonetheless, the overall experience has exceeded my expectations.
