Just wish their jeans would Hold up an not Rip or Tear within a few Months. I bought my Jeans in October of 2023, an the Belt Loops already tore off, now the Thighs are Tearing already and I've only had them for 4 months. They need to do better on their Quality of Jeans. Instead of making them so Cheap. I have a pair of Torrid jeans that are a Starting to tear after 4yrs of having them.

I love the clothes at Maurice's. Unfortunately, the service at the store in windsor, on is terrible! They don't tell you about specials, check on you in the dressing room, I feel like I'm interrupting conversations to get some help! With the new points system, I've given my email address 3 times and have yet to receive my points, after spending quite a bit of money there. I as well work in retail and know that if WE treated our customers this way, no one would come back. A little more coaching is needed I believe.

When shopping in your stores in Canada the store clerks are always saying if you don't see it in the store just order your size on line. Never once did they mention that you pay for shipping as well as duty on Canadian orders. There is only one web site. Also it would be nice to know that when placing an order wether or not the item is no longer available. Instead of being told two days later and order has been shipped. Not impressed with my first experience in dealing with this company.

For mothers day my boy friend went to Maurices (because he knows how much I love that store). Jenna Hayes from the Greenfield Ma store was working and helped him pick out some amazing clothes and shoes for me. She is awesome, thank you so much Jenna <3

Today, 2/18/22 I received a e-mail from Maurices Upper Management they apologized and refunded me all the shipping fees from several items my daughter ordered (3) plus a $35.00 gift card. I appreciate the gesture but it's water under the bridge at this point. I chatted with representatives pertaining to this problem which took a great deal of my time over (20 min.) nothing was done until I e-mailed Upper Management. Remember, if you don't receive respect or understanding from the employee(s) contact Upper Management, they are concerned with the bottom line which is a happy customer which means money being spent. Due to the response from Management I increased the review to three (3) stars but, my daughter cannot order from them going forward.

They're quick to process orders, so if you want to add additional items to first order you're out of luck and will end up paying additional s/h fees unless order is over $50.00. If not satisfied with an item will have to pay to return. If you order another item will have to pay again to receive. No free returns or exchanges. Daughter had a order for over $200. But since they refused to refund return fee, I refused to allow her to order. No longer is she allowed to order from them. I had quality issues with a sweater she ordered, it was poor quality to me would never hold up, maybe one season at most. But, you get what you pay for. Line of clothing is more for the younger women not for women who desire quality clothing.

I hope this gets to corporate:)! There are 2 younger girls who work there and I have been in this store several times in the past 10 days! These 2 young women are so knowledgeable and friendly! More so then corporate was when I had a return issue! They were so patient, professional and deserve so much credit, I wish I would have asked their names so I could include it here. I ordered online and tried on at home, they made returns a very easy experience and they are highly recommended! Maurices has cute clothes and good sales.

So I have a Maurice' s card. I was in the local store today and was told that if I purchased $100 in items, I would get $40 off. Sounds good, although I only went in for leggings. Got some work shirts, etc. Total cost, $110. Used my card and got 10% off automatically. New total, $99. So now, they won't give me the $40 off. Buy something small she said, it's basically free. No, it's not. Walked out of the store. They lost $110 over $1.

My daughter worked there for a short time, she witnessed the store manager take returned clothing home to wash and put them back on the rack and sell them as new, last I knew this was not a second hand store. The store is in Joplin Missouri. I could go on and on but will be contacting the corporate office on the other issues. Just beware of what you purchase, check out what you intend to buy!

So I don't know why they have such low ratings. I'm pretty picky and order a a lot of stuff online. I'm not gonna say everything size wise was perfect but pretty true to size. I've had a pair of Jean shorts from maurices for over 2 years and I wear them a ton! I ordered about 20 things and happy to say I'm only going to return a few. If you want good clothing for a great price I'd say try them!

Tip for consumers:
Don't think you're getting Prada for the price of maurices. But good bang for your buck. Look at sizing chart! Shop sales! Huge sales!

I wont ever purchase anything from this retailer again.
Order placed online - the items were sent on the wrong truck therefore were never successfully delivered.
They have refused to issue a refund for the entire purchase.
When called to inquire we were flat out lied to and told another refund would be issued for remaining balance - this refund was never actually processed.
I am out over 50$ and haven't received a single item.

My jeans were OK but the tops were very resistant to the dryer. My sweater got white spots and huge wrinkles. It also got over stretched. My short sleeve top got saggy and wrinkled. Ugh. I will never shop at Maurices again

Went into Maurice's to try and find some shorts. I picked two different pairs of shorts in the exact same size. One was too big and the other was about three inches too short in buttoning. How the hell does this happen? They are all Maurice's brand. One other thing is it would be nice to have a selection of shorts in a size 14 that are 7 inches long vs 5. I'm to the point now where I'm done shopping here.

I've always loved Maurices clothing and my in store experiences have always been great! The girls at my local store always give me the best customer service! I don't shop online very much, but when I do I've never had an issue! It sucks that so many others have had bad online orders go missing or what not, but I'm sure the company is working on it! Will always shop Maurices!

I got a pair of snow boots. This store was my only option. At first glance they were great, they fit well. Then I got outside, the plastic sole instantly slid on the ice, it also slides on flooring. The boot has no insulation at all! I am extremely disappointed!

Ordered jacket on-line. Paid with a gift card. All appeared that it went through fine and received a confirmation number and told I would receive an email confirmation. Days later there was no email confirmation so I logged in to check with my confirmation number. It said it did not exist! Then spent over a hour on hold until a real person got on the phone. "Tasha" informed me the order was cancelled. After explaining what went on and giving confirmation number I was then told they did not have the item. Sold out - yet website still said available! She then said a refund in the form of a gift card would be mailed out to me an I would receive in 5-7 days. It's been 18 days and I have received nothing! Where is my reimbursement gift card? Same place the customer service department is? Lost in space! Horrible company.

I was in Kansas City and decided to try the Maurices in the ward parkway mall. The customer service was AWFUL. They didn't greet me when I came in but as soon as a caucasian women came inside they walked up to her, greeted her, and told her about the sells. The store manager was a total $#*! and didn't speak to me or show me any attention until she saw me with some items in my hand, however the associate working was the only one to get me a fitting room. The manager added things I didn't ask for in my room and continued to harass me in my fitting room. I don't know if she was racist or not but I ended up not buying anything. I didn't remember her name exactly it started with a T though. Just a warning for any Kansas City women visiting the store... Don't the management team is $#*!ty and the clothes are WAY over priced. I would have complained on their website but you have to buy something to even give them feedback on their service. That should tell you what kind of store they are.

Terrible customer service, lost in transit shipments that appear to be sitting in their warehouse. Additionally the quality of their apparel has gone down. One shipment shows that it has been delivered to the store but no one can find it. Don't expect to contact customer service either unless you're up for an hours long wait. They will be out of business in early 2021.

You would think with the ratings on here would make Maurices evaluate their customer care team.

This review honestly is not worth my time writing Bc they are not going to change.

Just be warned if you place an order online you will not receive any help if their is an error.

I use to Love vigoss jeans and didn't mind paying 100 dollars for a good Jean but I agree with some of the other patrons.The last three pair of vigoss jeans start shredding after the first wash and I sent pictures to Maurice and never heard anything from them and that says a lot to me about the company.The material feels like hard plastic in the waist and in the back.

Whoever designs the clothes for plus size must be 69 yrs old and blind! No plus size person want huge flowers, horizontal stripes, short and wide shirts, or shirts and hang to your knees. Bring back the designer from five years ago!

Made a purchase from Maurices back in December 2016, never received a statement. Moved in April 2017 and updated my address by phone, information did not update in their computer. Maurices Customer Service never tried to contact me by phone, & my account went to collections with interest accruing at a rate of 27.99%/mo. I was charged $268.81 in interest fees. I contacted Maurices, got no where, contacted collections agency and have pleaded with them that I am willing to pay part but not all because I didn't know about this but I have been told that I am responsible for all. Never will I buy anything ever again from Maurices and will urge all my friends to not shop there. Worse customer service ever! They do not even deserve a 1 star but I have to give them a rating!

Ordered 3 pairs of jeans online Dec 11.
One pair immediately said ready for pickup, the other two pairs had to be shipped. By the time the other two pairs said ready for pick up the first pair had been "picked up" already. Ive emailed and called and when I picked up my other two pairs the store associates tell me there is nothing they can do at store level.

I was treated like dirt after they shipped to the wrong place. Double checked my address, it was correct. Angela at customer service was disrespectful and indifferent to my concerns. Even bragged on herself. I used to rely on this store. I'll never go back.

Bought a pair of $100 jeans online. Didn't fit, sent back using UPS 2 day air. It has been 13 days, and according to the tracking number it was delivered 2 days from when I shipped it. I have inquired about the returned order 3 times now. Each rep says something different about the turn around time. So, pretty much you have the damn package sitting in a bin some where, waiting till the absolute last minute to even begin processing the return. WTF?!?!? MAURICES hire more competent people! I will never shop at this store online.

I contacted customer service after waiting 2 weeks for my package/order to be shipped. It was marked as shipped, finally, but 5 days later had no updates in tracking, stating it hadn't been picked up. They were very unhelpful, to a point of being rude. The agent took no responsibility, didn't offer to help, and assured me it should be "picked up" by shipper in the next week. That's 3 weeks just to get something shipped. My order had 2 items, not rocket science as far as I'm concerned!
