Just wish their jeans would Hold up an not Rip or Tear within a few Months. I bought my Jeans in October of 2023, an the Belt Loops already tore off, now the Thighs are Tearing already and I've only had them for 4 months. They need to do better on their Quality of Jeans. Instead of making them so Cheap. I have a pair of Torrid jeans that are a Starting to tear after 4yrs of having them.

I do like most of Maurices clothes it was the service and rude attitude of the people working there each time that made me decide never to come back. On two different occasions this month I tried shopping there for my daughter's back to school clothes both times the same girl (that seemed to be the manager) was standing behind the counter $#*!ing about her job and talking bad about others with coworkers loudly. BOTH TIMES I was there for at least 25 -30 mins and no one working there seemed to notice! I got my own fitting room, no one helped me with picking out anything and the one time I asked about a sale sign no one seemed to know what was part of the sale or not and wasn't interested in helping me find any of the items that were part of the sale. I'm just very disappointed in Maurices and with so many other stores to shop with comparable if not better clothes I won't be a returning customer.

I bought about $400 worth of items from maurices in my local town. I supposedly was to get an email for $40. Woth of store credits to use. Never happened. I kept goi g to the store and assistant mgr kept telling me to wait, i takes time to get this email. Well they certainly sent me tons of junk mail... Never got this so called credit. I called there customer service number many times. No one could or would help. After 11 months i callthe customer service dept they promptly took care of everything and gave me an additional 25% off and free overnight shipping. I got all of it and am now so much happier. They did admitt to having this problem it seems like they are caring.

I placed an online order to be shipped to my store. Two of the items came in. I waited for the 3rd item to ship. I called and was promised it was going to ship in 24-48 hours and I'll receive an email. I was also given a $5 credit. Nothing. I called again and was promised once again that it will be shipped in 24-48 hours. Crickets. I called again after 2 weeks and asked for a refund. They said they processed a refund and it will show up on my credit card in 7-10 business days. Haven't seen the $5 credit or the refund and it's been almost 5 weeks. Long story short, I am no longer a customer. Beware!

I was recently in the store with my mom bc I absolutely love the clothes here. We walked in and there were two associates behind the cash wrap. They never once greeted us, asked if we needed any help in finding anything or offer us a fitting room. My mom had to find a room on her own, every room had someones name on it, so she just went into one. I had three shirts that I really liked in my hand and my mom asked if I was going to get them. I said no. If I cant even be said hello to when we walked in, why would I buy clothes from them. We ended up leaving the clothes in the fitting room and leaving without a have a nice day or thanks for coming from the associates. We were in there for a good 20 minutes or more and the two girls stood behind the cash wrap the whole time on a tablet and talking and laughing with each other and my mom and I werent the only two in the store. There was another 3-5 people in there as well not being helped. I wont be going back anytime soon thats for sure

I ordered four pairs of jeans from Maurices during a B1G1 50% off. I have a horrible time finding jeans as I am big and tall but the length of these jeans were great and I could actually get them on over my calves. I have ordered these jeans in a larger size before and the ones I received this time were made of a different material but I actually liked these better than the first ones. I have washed them many times and they still look and fit great.

Waiting for an agent to talk about my credit card, I was on hold for more than 25 minutes. No answer!
I told to close my account! They did not even did it! So sad for such worst customer service!

So I canceled my order moments after placing my order. It was already charged to my account. I got told i have to wait 3-5 business days for the money to be put back onto my debit card. WHAT? They removed the money from my account in a second but now i have to wait almost a week for it to be put back in? The reason i canceled was because of the extra charges: duties and USD currency then changed to CAD. Won't be shopping at any location of this store in Canada. :(

Tip for consumers:
I was shocked a bit at the fact that customer service don't try to keep you as a customer. They're willing to cancel order way too quickly..you'd think during a pandemic that everyone would also want to stay open and be grateful for our business.. I guess i was wrong

I was really excited about getting such a big discount this last weekend. I got two pretty shirts. However, I wore one for Saturday and it ripped by the armpit. Im really disappointed. I really liked the shirt! Hopefully my other shirt I got doesn't rip. I wore overall's with it and didby even touch the shirt. I don't understand how it ripped. :(

My purchase of $177 gave me 58 points, How? Its $1 for every $1 spent. Waiting to talk to rep. Lied to by sales rep when I told her deal she explained was not ringing up and she ignored me as well.

I'm not sure if fashion hub dresses and skirts are as gorgeous as I see them on pics. Can anyone advise if all their designs are as beautiful as on pics? Why I ask this is because I saw some of their dresses on Rose gal and I wasn't too sure wether to order or not.

I went in to buy a new pair of jeans because my old pair are worn out. I picked up the same size went to the fitting room and couldn't even get them on went to size bigger and they seem to fit okay but when I brought them home and compare them to my old smaller size my old jeans were actually bigger than my new jeans at a larger size what the heck is going on Maurices!

I've had a credit card with Maurices for almost 7 years now and aways kept my credit in good standing with them. Today I went to use my credit card (which I have not used since November last year because I wanted to pay off my debt) and my card had been deactivated because they had tried to contact me via mail to update information and I did not reply. I don't know about the rest of you but I pay my bill from my bank app and every once in a while over the phone to check my balance so I had no idea. I just found it odd they can contact you when they want your money but never did I receive a voicemail stating I needed to update information. You'd think a customer like me who they could see clearly spends a decent amount of money there wouldn't just get their card deactivated. Not to mention it was slightly embarrassing at the counter to be told my card was no longer active l.

I have never received the order that I paid for and the customer service won't help me with that telling me to claim to FEDEX. They won't help me neither so I have continue to call several times Maurices and they don't seem to care, telling me they will call me back wich they have never done. I am not satisfied at all with the bad customer service. I won't shop there anymore.

I ordered from their website on October 10th and received a comfirmation that my order shipped and would arrive on October 13th. Then the tracking disappeared. I emailed them 3 times and received no response. I called, and they told me there was an issue with my order(paid with paypal). Finally they refunded $8 less than I originally paid. I lost $ for nothing.

Went online and purchased sandals that were on clearance. After 2 weeks I didn't receive the sandals so I called customer service and was informed that the sandals were sold out and that they were going to cancel my order. My order was canceled, but I was charged on my Maurices credit card for the sandals. I have been going back and forth for over a month trying to get my money back but I keep getting your money will be credited. I wish I had never dealt with them.

I bought 8 items I wanted to return 3. I never got the preprinted label. I live in Vancouver Canada. First I try to do the return online wouldn't let me do it. I contacted costumer service by chat and phone after more than an hr. They wouldn't help me they told me the can't send me a label, keep telling to go to a US store and return it. They keep saying sorry but at the end they didn't do anything. Why is so hard to do return in this store, and why they can't send another label. Not only paid in USD now I cant get my money back. By the way quality is very poor. First and last time im shopping at this terrible store.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t shop online , at least not in Canada. There is no stores and costumer service wont do anything to help. Jut telling you to drive to a us store and do the return there.

I shopped at the Ashland location yesterday. I tried on multiple different items. I wear a size 1 in jeans. I tried on multiple different pairs and I was swimming in all of them. Even the 0's. When I spoke to a stylist I was told they don't carry anything smaller.
Their sizes are complete bs. Everything runs so big. They mainly cater to the plus size community. Which is wonderful! But they shouldn't advertise as XS-3X when their XS fits like a medium.
Everything is extremely poor quality. Over priced garbage.
Just go across the street to Walmart.

Placed order Nov. 22nd, still no package Dec 6th. Called to ask about it, and the agent who I originally spoke with was so rude, talked over the top of me, told me no I couldn't speak to a manager, provided no response to my packages status or location. Called back several hours later, got a different agent who was kind and informative. December 16th, still no package, partial refund and still no product. Won't be back since this is how Maurices treats their online customers. There are literally hundreds of complaints about this exact same problem, and no response or relief from Maurices. Company started out great, not really sure what happened, but they've gone so downhill and I won't be shopping here any longer. (Only gave 1 star as 0 stars wasn't an option).

Have been on hold for DAYS... Never get to speak to a " customer care" rep. ( secretly think there aren't any) un answered emails... RIDICULOUS! Plus if you are keeping us on hold, PLEASE change that God awful elevator music.

Placed an order online November 20. I still haven't received it. It was in Preshipment forever and has been in LA since the 15th. I've chatted with several customer service agents and last week "Marge" reassured me that my package would arrive before the 20th. She offered me 200 points for the hassle. I haven't received my package or the points. I contacted customer service again today, and was told that no action could be taken until the 29th. After Christmas. All the Christmas items I ordered would be worthless. I've been refused a refund. The customer service agent repeatedly said they were sorry, but still no resolution. I feel ripped off. I love my local Maurices, but the customer service agents are not helpful at all. It makes me feel completely helpless and leary of ordering online in the future. They have my money and all I get are excuses for why my order is late.

Beware of ordering from Maurice's online. I was notified on Aug. 4th that one item in my order was canceled due to it not being available. The other item was shipping and the third item would be shipping soon. I received the one item that was shipped and noticed online that the item not shipped dropped by $10. I contacted Maurice's and was told that the rest of my items were canceled. I was never notified, but the customer service representative stated that I was notified on Aug. 11th. I had no email she resent me the email but there was no date stamped from the initial email. Then here we are two days later from my supposedly email that my items were canceled and I went online and can order those two canceled item. So in two days Maurice's restocked. Beware they are not renting the truth to their customers online.

I've been a Maurice's customer for over five years. After today I'm done! I had to send an email on the morning I placed this order as the promo code wasn't working as usual. Then due to slow processing i Find out is not in stock. So I miss out on the bogo. I ONLY placed this order for the item they canceled. To ad to the frustration they billed me for the FULL order! I am so sick of this companies hiccups & dwindling product quality I'm going back to my upcoming designer favs on amazon. Their prices compared to Maurice's. Done.

Wow! Ive been reading the Maurices reviews and a good majority of them give them a bad rating. Hmm I wonder why? ITS BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE & extremely unprofessional to say the least I was accused of buying their clothes taking them home wearing them and then returning them! How the hell are you going to wear 7 pieces of clothing in a 24 hour period! I was like wow really... don't shop at Menomonee Falls Wisconsin store those girls that work there are like something out of a horror movie... they actually banned me from shopping in their store because I spoke my mind and this one girl who works there didn't like it so they banned me from shopping there. Unbelievable I just laugh about it now

The first time I went to Maurices was when the store first opened and it was great. I went back several times after and even signed up for a credit card. I was so happy to have a different plus size store in town with awesome clothing. Half the store was plus size and the other half regular sizes. But now it's changed. More than half the store cater to regular size clothing and in the back corner is the small selection of plus size clothing. Now I'm so disappointed on how the store is set up. I wasted my time signing up for a credit card that I hardly ever use any more. The plus size clothing doesn't have a good selection anymore. I go back every so often to check it out. But every time I go it's a waste of time. WTF Maurices! BOOOOOOO!

I would like to start by saying how I have enjoyed the products that I have received from Maurices in the last online purchases that I have received. What I did not appreciate was the surprisingly large amount of money charged to my credit card. I was given no indication at the time of purchase that the items and my total were in USD, I was notified on my credit card statement of the conversion to CAD, 40 dollars more than what I thought I was going to be paying. There is no way I would have purchased the items had I been informed.

I was also extremely disappointed that after my order was submitted and processed, I was notified through an email that Maurices had cancelled one of my items for a list of reasons that seemed vague and unprofessional. I would like to re state how much I have enjoyed the clothing and shoes that I have ordered but unfortunately will not be ordering again.
