I just ordered a tempered glass for my Meizu mobile and after one day, the order says it is cancelled. I had payed the money online but they are not even refunding the money. The money is just put back in the Maxbhi Wallet.

They are cheating customers. Please dont buy from this website and get cheated.

One of the new fraud hub open by Maxbhi.com as their are hiding the product discription in their general terms and conditions.

Most of people found post sales behaviour of Maxbhi is very bad.
They have deleted all reviews wich was against their products.
Even before shipping queries are also deleted by them so that any one cannot claim that they have raised any query before shipping.

One you order from this fraudulent site you will loss everything i. E. you will not able to claim refund even received wrong of damaged product, they are not cooperating even for replacement also.

I ordered a spare parts for my mobile. I paid the amount but they were not ship my order after 15 days they sent msg that your order was cancelled and we will refund the money. Then they refund the money in their website wallet what is the use of that? I requested to transfer the money to my bank account and they said it will take 15 working days. But till now they never refunded the amount and i am not able to contact them. Really cheaters..

They show every product which may be available with them or not. They put some probability of availability on the product to blame the customer if he orders a low availability product.
The money you pay will be refunded to maxbhi e wallet saying that your product is not available due to seller's fault.
They take a lot of time between placing order to cancelling it saying that they are checking for quality.
Getting the money out from maxbhi wallet is easy with one click but they say that it takes 15 days to get refund. When other e shopping sites guarantee you a refund within 7 days or within 2 to 3 days, why does it take 15 days for this site?
A complete scam.

They only guarantee to return the device without unsealing or using it. Why do we return if we don't know the product is bad!
I have received a Realme 5 Pro display and touch pack. I checked it before installing and it worked, So installed it.
But after 4 days, it flickered for 15 min nd later completely blackened.
MaxBhi says the product should we how they sent us, i.e. With screen pack and cover. It's not possible.
Another caveat we have to courier them and god know whether we get money return or they tell some excuses... I haven't done it but I felt they do not return money or replce with a another good product.

I had a really great experience with them.
I ordered a touch screen digitiser for my phone. Firstly the guide to select the perfect fit and the exact device was really helpful. Then the delivery and customer support was phenomenal. Like I literally got my order, and no I don't live in the same city too.
The quality of the product was very good and was quite perfect on the device too. The packaging was good to keeping in mind that how fragile that component is.
Overall my experience with them was great and they will be my go-to choice for mobile parts and stuff from now on.

Trying to reach there customer care from the last 20 days but there is no response from their side nobody picks up calls and nobody replies to the mails. There has been no delivery till date on 9/6/2020 and the order was placed on 20/5/2020

Maxbhi is one of the fraud E-commerce site, don't buy any product from this site. They are cheated fellows. After order places they will cancel our order them self and move our amount in wallet, if we request for refund they will not respond and not refund. I lost some money from this loafers

I had ordered a display for my phone and i received it faulty but when i sent it for replacement they refused to give me refund and said that You have damaged the seal.

I have purchased a touch screen digitizer for htc desire 728 dual sim, the quality of the product os very good and working good.

Its a cheating company to our indian economy They ate not issuing any tax invoice and supplying worst quality parts showing hi quality parts picture in their website i have raised the concern to commercial sale tax department utter pradesh & taking legal steps against this company.
Even the company was not mentioned any where in the website that they are not issuing tax invoice for the products sold.

I booked a keyboard for my Ipad. Customer service executive also made a call to me. I made the transaction. I got the initiation mail from maxbhi at 4:30 PM and got a mail at 5:00 PM saying the payment is still pending. If the product is not delivered to me by 4th, I will make sure that I post all this in all the social media and make it viral. I will definitely generate some bad publicity about Maxbhi if you don't ship the product or pay the money back without taking ordering charges. You don't even deserve a single star out of 5.

I love Maxbhi's service. They provide genuine parts and they all worked great without any issues. Also their customer care representatives are very nice and supportive.
Delivery was fast. I received all the items on exact date. There is need to worry about anything if one buys from Maxbhi.com.
Also the packaging of the items was very good with good amount of bubble wrap or thermocol (or Styrofoam) on both sides.
Bottom line - I liked Maxbhi's service and delivers reliable items.

The kit worked so for that 5 stars. If you are intimidated by fixing stuff, I would suggest getting someone to do it for you. That said, the instructions were sufficient and the hardest part was dexterity. I do not think you can blame the MFG for this, it would be the same for every install. From my kit there was a magnetized screw head and a neutral one. It was still a bit difficult putting things back together. Free and unsolicited advice - go slow, separate the screws for each step as there are different sizes. In the end we had a screen that worked and no longer cracked.

I tries to find spare part of my Asus device on multiple websites but I didn't find any or available one are too expensive. But on maxbhi.com I found my desires spare part for my device on a very comfortable price. I received my product on time and well packed. Their delivery and handling service are really great. I am ordering product from last 3 months, each time I order anything after paid I got mail from them telling. The product is not available, this happen to me on my 4 order and all my money around 5000 rs stuck in the ewallet of maxbhi, if they don't have the product then why they are showing them, I guess it's big scam
