I bought 3 displays, a glue and battery. First display stopped working after a few days. Second display came and went back without notice. Third one was also defective. The battery i got stopped working in few days. The glue can't even stick plastic properly. Their products are very low in quality and they won't give you refund. They will make silly excuse to refuse refund

I purchased some products from this esteemed company but sorry to say it has been my worst experience yet. I was informed one product was not available with you and asked them to cancel the order for the product that was not in stock on 27.06.2020 on a telephonic basis but got no reply then i contacted customer care on 29.06.2020 regarding cancellation and from that day i am being continuously informed it will be done today, tomorrow etc etc.
Rather no executive even bothered to pick up the call. I daily report 10-15 call back requests but never gets call back From your side.
It has been my daily routine to get up and register call back requests daily but member gets response from your side. Rather now I was told on Saturday that would be refunded by Saturday evening but yet it is Monday evening and yet not received it. Today i just register various call back requests but got no response.
Also i was not able to reply to the customer support chat.

Ordered mobile charger. It is worst in manufacturing quality, not compatible with my phone where any other charger from local shops is properly suitable. They now refusing to return or replacement. Over all Fraud experience, wastage of money.

Really value for money... they also maintain a good relation with customers. On time delivery... no delay... product is nice... you might go through some negative review when you googled but... trust me... i never cheated by this site!

Never ever buy any product from maxbhi.com.my display combo folder just get stop working after 1 hour. Prefer to local shop atleast they take guaranty for few days. They have their own term and conditions that you can not return or get refund of your order

Cheaters & Fraudsters
Beware of this shopping site.
They display high end products but deliver substandard products. It's like promising a Mercedes and delivering a Maruti 800. And cleverly they give the reason as compatible product.
They have no return policy only replacement policy. But don't worry they will decline your refund request.
Delivery is the worst part. Unless you follow up several times they would not bother to deliver.
Lastly do not ever ever buy anything from this site and repent later. Luckily I had escaped with a few hundred bucks only.
Moreover they will themselves post a highly positive review with a 4 or 5 rating. Frauds.

Placed the order, paid money online and after quite a long waiting for the product (20 days) I haven't received the product.
Upon enquiry, they simply said the item is not available with them.
Dont know how much it will take to have my money refunded.
Very poor service.
Just stay away if u value your money.

I haven't been more disappointed of any online shopping site so far. I ordered a flip cover for Nokia 5.3, they're taking 5 days for some processing and then sending me order cancelled message. This has happened twice by now. If you don't have the product, remove it from display. If your shipping company is $#*!, change it. At least save us some time if you don't want to deliver the product to us. Seriously fed up with this.

I had made an order for my moms iPhone 6s battery and the order was placed on 28 may 2021 and as we all know the second wave of corona hit us really bad and my mom she is a teacher, so has to do a lot of online classes, so it's almost a month and still the product is not yet delivered. I tried to reach out the customer service number but no one is responding, has anyone tried to write a review in their website, just go there and try they have disabled that feature. I really don't know what to do please help to get my money back from this scammers.

I placed an order for HTC 510 digitizer on 19/09/2019. Till date I didn't receive my product not having any clear information. So don't place any order in maxbhi because your valuable time you will be wasting and your money too.

I do not know why others are saying that the site is fraud my phone's touch digitizer came in good condition and free delivery in 4 days and is working just fine. Definitely Recommended. Just check that fulfillment ratio of your product is high like at least higher than 40%

These guys are cheats! Stay away from them. Their products do not work as mentioned on the product page and when I raise the issue, they conveniently say that even through the product page says "Compatible" it does not mean all features of the product will work and cant accept returns I have been fooled. Please stay away!

Maxbhi.com is one of the most reliable website for purchasing electronics and gadgets parts online, the product I purchased from this was Nokia 6.1 plus Charging Port which was genuine and compatible with my device.

There is no one to contact once you place the order. No after sales service whatsoever. Borderline scam website. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When you call on the customer care number it shows busy all the time. When you try filling their query/complaint form on their website, it says we are busy due to pandemic and don't have time to listen to customers. Pathetic garbage website. I hope the owner goes bankrupt for looting people. As a result, I'm stuck with something i don't want and have no means to return it. Waste of time, money and energy. Use their service only if you are interested in making your life more stressful than what it already is.

maxbhi.com though accepted the payments and approved the orders #******* & #******* but failed to deliver the same on auto cancellation. The more unfortunate part is that they held the refund amount in the name of e-Wallet instead to refunding the same to the source bank accounts. To utilize the money in said e-Wallet I have ordered another product and tried to pay the balance through net banking but maxbhi.com deducted the full amount for the new order and did not adjust said e-wallet balance.

This way maxbhi.com injures innocent online customers. They deserve legal action against them.

With this attitude, maxbhi.com does stand a chance to compete in the online market now and definitely not in the long run.
