My order give timely. I ordered samsung j2 body and back cover 12.03.2019. So that is delivered on 16.03.2019. My experience says to you that your work very good and punctual.

Fraud company don't buy any products. They send damaged product very safely in a well packed box. They also declined the replacement request. They won't reply to my query. Fraud group.

Please anybody dont buy any thing in maxbhi, maxbhi service is very bad, and any purchase thing is very useless, every thing is send defected item, and u have request to replace that, then he will be no any responce, anybody not beleave me, so plz purchase one thing, then u crying...

I have received defective LCD. I called them, there are not ready to refund it. Then I have to sent the product as a replacement from DTDC(WHICH I HAVE PAID). Again they have sent defective product. Then again I have sent back via India post. I am the one who have paid for LCD, DTDC and India Post. My Order ID is #*******. Ordered on 26/08/2019, 12:28 PM. Still I have nothing.

I had a very bad experience with this company I ordered lcd touch scree and its been more than 25 days and its not been delivered yet

The customer care is of no help they are trained to just ask the customer to wait for some more time and nothing else

There is no simple return or refund policy and the complicated policy they have is all in favour of the company and the customer is given more pain and 0 setisfaction

I regret my discussion of trusting this company and making payment

Not after 25 day also I am still waiting for a phone call for the update on order cancellation process and another good 10 days for order delivery if I do not want to cancel the order...

Worst experience Pls dont order anything from this site they always take ordered after 2-3 days they cancelled showing out of ordered and they tranfer the amount in maxbhi wallet and also if we search the same product the price of the same product is higher they done thrice with so i stop ordering from there

I purchased LCD screen paying Rs 942.29 but the screen was not working, The replacement request was approved but and I sent back the item I got again some incompatible item, Again the replacement was approved and I sent back the item but now they say the warrenty is over and swolled the whole money.
When I call customer care they drop the call.

It appears it not reputable online store.

I ordered a display which had a manufacturing defect. Noticing the same, I conveyed them the message and put a replacement request on the same day of receiving the product. The product was Nokia Lumia 730 display panel which cost me Rs. 3179 before 10% discount they mailed me to buy the product.

Attached are the images of the product next to my display which doesn't work. They simply declined the request saying it is what it is. We won't replace or do anything. I sincerely request everyone to not buy from them the products costing above 1000 rupees. Once you have paid, you are done for them whether the product works or not. Complete harassment. No phone for a week, had to buy a second hand for 4000. In 7000, I could have bought a new one. Better go with official service dealers or local ones.

I needed the handsree jack for Lumia 920 for which i searched in the local markets but couldn't find. My Search finally ended when i searched for the same in Maxbhi. I got the product delivered within a week of ordering and i found the quality of the product upto the mark.

I never thought I would ever get scammed by a $#*!ing delhi scammer, I received a non functional display and decided to get it replaced but when I checked the website they completely blocked me I was unable to use maxbhi support and they never returned any of my calls

I had orderd a touch screen pannel for my samsung 6102. After 4 days it was dilivered. Packing was good and delevery is very fast. And touch screen is working smoothly and perfect feet. Thanks to maxbhi

Placed order of led touch screen for mobile scheduled to deliver in 2 days, and even after 1 week they were not able to confirm the shipment date, mail to customer service even after 3 days no reply.
