I have ordered a mobile case from maxbhi and after 4 days they cancelled the order and transfer the amount into their wallet. Now i am reading the reviews. This is happened for many customers. So pls don't order anything from it

I was particularly impressed by ease of placing order through Maxbhi.com (from shopclues). Product was delivered early without any hassle and without any additional delivery charges. Product quality is very good and I have had great experience with their customer care agents.

The product was genuine and the delivery was on time as well. This was the only site where I I could find a front glass for my phone that too at such an affordable price. Will definitely buy from this website again.

I have placed multiple orders from maxbhi, initially all the orders used to be a bit of medium quality product, which works. But from last two year, they are importing very low quality product from china or wherever, they just broke when you are placing in phone itself and since the replacement policy is send by yourself. They wont replace or receive package and this goes for a month following with super duper floppy customer care.

The only way to get refund of your products is to complain in consumer complaints and they understand and helps, but takes more time to resove.

I have booked an LCD touch Screen for my honor 8 pro in the evening. Same day my phone broke into pieces so i requested to cancel my order around 5-6 hrs of ordering the product. Next morning i got a call from maxbhi that now You cannot cancel the order as the product is in process. I told her that my phone broke and for me, the LCD screen is of no use now. And then she told that ok we can cancel your order but you will not get your full refund. We'll deduct 500/- from your payment as we have to give this to the courier company.

Not good for you... they should write in their website like "buy at your own risk"... i bought earphones at price of 250 and as a result i get very cheap earphones of rivera... well i asked for replacement they told me to ship them by my cost... who would ship for 250 rupees and wait for new earphones for 3-4 days... such a bad experience.

I ordered my phone display but what I recieved was old model display, they have not mention model number below their product not even size of display. Lack of information. Directly buy now option is there. When I ask them to replace it they are rude mentioning terms and condition and not ready to listen to customer. I will not suggest anyone to shop from maxbhi.com..

I have ordered my mobile touch screen from this portal 02 times order was cancelled for non availability of product & refund process very slow, my thinking is if product is not avail so why are selling & what they are selling, after long time they not even call just sent mail as order cancelled, very non professional style.

I ordered screen digitiser for my phone, within 2 days it was delivered to me by blue dart, as promised.
The packaging was also undamaged and proper.
The digitiser is in my phone now working fine:)

I purchased google pixel 2 front glass. The quality and fitting of glass is also good. Delivered on time and the packing was great. Thankyou Maxbhi for providing good quality mobile parts just like fixit in western countries.

Their spares are useless and very poor quality. Dont waste your money.The display that came was a very low quality LCD, very low brightness, and huge wide bezels around the screen. On top of that the fingerprint sensors dont work, which I was unaware, since they have already mentioned it in their Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Now I cant replace it.

I had ordered a LCD touch screen for my LG mobile phone.The product which was delivered as promised is of a high quality and is functioning even better than before. I strongly recommend this dealer. Thank you Maxbhi. After thought after reading negative reviews. Please make 100% sure of the part you order. I had spoken on line to them before final order.so many phones so many parts?

I bought huawei mate 9 display whose touchpad/screen was not working, but Only i can say that after experience maxbi company is fraud.they cheat with customer. Sell defective products & if we ask for replacement, will give reasons of warranty, terms conditions, they blame customers only.

It's a local shop run in Delhi with an online presence. Maybe run by A Father's engineer son. They have subquality products totally fake product listings and worst customer support. They can send you anything and then ask you to pay for return and then also send another cheap piece.

We have such weak consumer laws in India. With hundreds of reviews from cheated customers on platforms like YouTube, quota, Google, Facebook, etc. A company can just pump into marketing and continue to fraud others. There is much market to cover and befraud that it does not matter.

Ordered a battery for A1428 (Iphone 5) and a tool kit to install the same. Very reasonable price, much cheaper than all other web sites. Extremely fast delivery, ordered on a Monday late evening, product delivered on Wednesday. Professional packaging and seamless transaction. Also received multiple text messages when shipped plus Blue Dart tracking info etc. Received a follow up call to check status and satisfaction. Was pleasantly surprised by the service. Will buy from these folks again.

It was my third purchase from maxbhi. First flex cable for nokia 2760, then touchscreen digitizer twice for samsung t211. All fitted perfectly. Packed excellently well. Reached on time. I believe they are more reliable than the third party online shopping apps who take no responsibility. You order from the seller and you get it. Price at a little higher side but it is bound to when people order less and look for rare accessories. Happy to buy.

I ordered a LCD panel+with glass. After a long time they send a panel which is smaller panel (I wanted HTC one M8) what I received was different one. 100 mm less diagonally and not matching for the frame. Tried to contact support but its always busy. Requested for call back but not received any call.

Keep off this company - ordered product will go out of stock and your money will not be refunded, they act as clearing house for defective products from china and find cheap reasons to deny warranty claims - all in all a third rate chor-bazaar.
I suspect that most of the positive reviews in this site are fake

Superfast delivery. The place I live (Pune), Usually 3 to 4 days is taken by amazon or flipkart to deliver here, but maxbhi could do it in 2 days only. Also their customer tackle art is quite appreciable.

Its a karol bagh based startup which will supply you very cheap products which wont last longer than 2 months till now i have replaced 4 charging port of my phone one of which stopped working on first day itself when i asked for return they gave me the address and told me to courier it there. Products price was 299 and i had to pay 200 for delivery charges.
