Suggest you to donate something to the poors rather than purchasing anything from Maxbhi. I do not want you people suffer like me in future. There is 50% chance of getting a defective product and you will never get replacement or refund, I can assure you. My practical experience with Maxbhi is simply very bitter.
I placed an order and the amount got deducted later I received a mail order cancelled and the amount would be refunded after 10-15 days.

Very very bad. They are Cheater... scam chala rha hai ye log, logo ko lutne ke liye... Government should be taken action against this type fraud company.
1. Paid first all the amount, after 25 days received material but found faulty... send to him with my courier charges and my items not received after 1 month yet.
2. Again order another item. Which is not delivered permanently... only customer service called and say sorry sir, i apologies.

I ordered back panel of xolo mobile on 3rd october, after paying them it cancelled authomatically.
And Till date I did recd my Rs. 710. Which is not acceptable comparing to Amazon + Flipkart eCommerce portal.
I ordered a battery for iball on october 2017 and 836 paid. But later information came stock out of service. Since last 8 month maxbhi didt repayed my money. This is really cheating. Customer care will always say that we will contact you within 24 hour. Pls return me amount
I orderd one battery. That was fully in dead condition. Delivery by blue dart is wrost service. If your product will not work. You have to spent your own money for courier. This is very big risk to buy from max bhi..

These guys irresponsible idiots. I ordered 2 items. After a week doing frequent follow up with they said one item is out of stock and we will ship partial order. I accepted and they sent one item. But even after a month the so called eWallet is not credited to my credit account, just it is lying on eWallet only. No reply to email. There is an idiot called "Deepak", he never replied back with proper answers. The very bad thing that still the status of other item is shown as available. Dont ever buy from this cheaters.

I had ordered an ipad battery which showed available in stock in the site when I placed order, after 8 days, i checked in to see the status of my order it simply says step 2 processing, the item was not yet shipped, I contacted customer care, their customer care number just dont connect, when it got connected a representative told me that the product was not available with their main supplier, and they are sourcing it from other vendors, I waited for another 8 days, now they say that after 20 days that the item was not available and they cancelled and provided refund. What is worst they put the money into the ewallet and not to the bank account... I realized this after 5 days and when enquired they said that they will now transfer it back to my card however, it will take 12 to 15 days it seems, No shame for them to keep my money for almost a month and days counting, i still have not recieved the money back to my card :(( ( Never ever get into this site and order anything guys please.
I ordered purchased board for nokia 6.1plus from maxbhi. On website product is mentioned as full board but they sent me a fake product without components and when raised the issue they refused. Most dissappointing thing is that their responce language and behaviour was bad and bullying. These idiots bully customers..

Had order nokia n73 battery. After changing the battery the phone worked exceptionally well. The new battery worked for 6 days on 1 charge where earlier battery used to drain in half day. Thank you Maxbhi.
Very bad. I had placed the order on 29th October 2021 for Samsung m20 LCD with touch screen combo. Got it on 3rd November 2021. Fixed it on 6th November 2021 only (Diwali busy). Worked for three days. Then half the display turned black. Contacted them for replacement on 10th November 2021. Got a very strange reply. They are claiming that we should not remove the protective sticker of the LCD display for testing as that is the warranty sticker. When i asked how to check the touch without removing the sticker, their only reply was warranty sticker is removed ( the protective sticker). Even after i have sent the picture with the protective sticker, they are sticking to the same story. I don't understand and simply stopped asking for replacement. Seems to me that their policy is sell and when asked for replacement because of non-working give some lame excuse and keep repeating that.

I had a wonderful experience with Maxbhi.
My huawei y9 prime display glass was broken and I did not find it in whole pune. Then I ordered it from Maxbhi and it got successfully delivered on the next day itself. The service and customer response is appreciated.
Maximum time provided duplicate product and they don't have pickup faculty for Return. If you want to return product, Then you have to return at your own(courier cost)
Also they don't have refund policy, they just replace it and it's limit within 30 days.
So better to buy from Flipcart or other site..

I did purchase one temepred glass. Cost was more than usual. Later it informed that supplier has cancelled the order. They should have confirmation beforehand from seller than only company should place it on website for sale to customers.
More funnier thing. Company informed that they have put my refund in ewallet of the company. Money should be returned to customers bank account/ credit card/ paytm etc. without requesting customer to transfer from e-wallet to bank accounts etc. What an jugglery?
Moreover while paying through Maxbhi website it had lot of hassles. Literally disappointing experience from Maxbhi. No one should purchase from this site.

I have received the wrong product that is too damaged. They are asking for an unboxing video as proof. Generally, no one makes unboxing videos. They are totally cheating on the customer. Maybe someone in their team is supplying good products outside and replacing them with used products. No wonder company is located in Ghaziabad one of the worst mannerless and ethicless public in that place. This is a big loophole which they need to address, or else this company cannot run far. Pathetic and the worst service.
