I have placed order for two products and As one of product was wrongly selected. Even after providing correct information product is not shipped timely with other product. After a week product still not shipped. As I couldn't wait that longer requested for cancellation but customer support is pathetic. Never ever order anything from Maxbhi once you place order your money is gone. Even if product is of bad quality or before shipment you want to cancel Maxbhi will not support.

They will call and ask to do pay for the product which is actually unavailable, then after two days they will cancel order automatically and refund in e-wallet. Basically it's a fraud company. They cancelled my same order for 3 times and hold my money.

Product quality is good but the delivery was bit late as per mentioned date. But overall it good. They should focus on delivery issue. Apart from that product which I had ordered was unavailable in our area. But this site made available within while

Here is my experience. When I bought, i was told its in stock and confirmed delivery in 2 days if i buy the product in next one hour. So I did and then even after one day order still shows in process. When I contacted support, they are saying their process is to first procure from their vendor and then supply. This is a very tricky answer cause they are pulling customers by giving false hopes. I wonder if I will ever get my product now.

This is third class quality website. I have placed an order for touch screen of my mobile. But they had not supplied me that product and my money has not refunded. So please don't use this website for online shopping.

One more thing great is the delivery service you can choose Delivery according to your Area. But yeah most of the smartphone part is not Original so be careful.

Maxbhi is not ready to take their shipment back. I initiated a call back request mentioning I want to cancel my order still they shipped my order and told me they can't cancel after shipping. Even international websites have a refund/return policies but maxbhi for some reason doesn't. Not Recommend at all.

I ordered many mobile accessories from maxbhi and never got any product defect. Price is less compared to other sites. Quality of the product is good. Product delivery is also very fast.

I am from Northeast India. Their service is great but their courier system is awful as they ship with a courier that is so slow. Takes more than 2 months to reach me. If you're from Delhi or neighborhood state. Go for it but if you're the peripheral states. I am afraid you go for other e-Market websites.

Don't buy anything from maxbhi they send defective Chinese product with any brand name and then deny to replace it. I purchased redmi note 7s battery and I got to know about this scam. Better buy from offline store because you will get brand products with warranty

I have ordered a display piece online and when it was delivered, it was found to be Quality issue ( display touch not working). Tried to connect with the customer care and they recklessly denied to replace with some stupid and illogical reasons..

I realized within 2 hours of ordering that you have done a mistake. When I immediately called your customer care executive, he lied to me that the product has been dispatched.

I got SMS the next day after 27 hrs that product is dispatched. On receiving the product today, I have been chasing customer care executives. They are not equipped to handle mistakes and keep putting you on hold. Problem is still not resolved.

Why should I not get a return for a product for which you have written incorrect specifications. #Maxbhi is not equipped to handle online business. It was a big mistake of ordering a product on this website,

I almost had lost my hope that my LG G3 will come back to life when I broke my screen. Maxbhi came to rescue just in right time and best price. Moreover, it guided me that I only needed touch screen and not whole kit. In fact the mobile repairing guy was not sure if this will solve. But I took my chances and it paid. The touch screen is as good aas original and I'm loving it. Thank you Maxbhi.

It was a new name for me in parallel to Amazon and Flipkart. But fulfilled all m expectation. I purchased a mobile charger where the company keep updating me about every update regarding delivery and product identification. Even for single minute won't allowed me to feel alone and kept communicating the status. The 100 % original and genuine product was delivered in time in nicely packed packet.

Dont purchase any item. All products are fake. They shows the branded products but they deliver fake products and they won't return if any product damage or not working

I ordered a LCD display and it is received without any physical damage it is not working i returned the same product to the company but they are rejected to replace instead of that they are saying to me you are removed the warranty seal they are saying only one plastic screen paper as warranty seal. I send the entire pack as it is only for that reason they are rejecting for replacement. ''when I received the display combo I recorded the video and installation video also''

Fake contact number in this site, please provide another number, I want Samsung s9 plus display folder but no any proper customer care number, cash on delivery service js not available, so this kind of reason is fake site.

Its been several days I am writing to Maxbhi on there support but they are not cared about there customer. Flipkart amazon seems to be best online store when it comes to cancel/return. Kindly cancel the order its almost a month, I would like to purchase display from local market as you people are still not processing the order and since we are working from home I need a mobile phone. Kindly refund my money. You cant expect a person to stay without a mobile for a month. Do understand and cancel the order and refund my money.
