I had ordered for touch pad for iball phone which was in stock, but later I got a mail that it is out of stock. And the money was added in the ewallet. But wen I opted to get the money back in my back account. It's not been credited..

I was bit afraid to order from Maxbhi website for two reasons. 1. I never heard of this webside and I was thinking that it may be a fraud 2. Even if I order then does it fit my tab or not. Btw, I wanted to order touch screen. To ensure, I called their customer care and they responded well and confirm me that they have touch screen. Finally, I place order and when it reach to me then I observed good packing and it perfectly fit to my tab.

So, surely, I will recommend this website for mobile accessories. ALso, I discover it late that this webside has provision to upload damage mobile photo so that they can examine and send correct part. I did not do this but I observed it later which is good.

The product i recived was fully compatible with my device and the spare part i got from maxbhi i got from no where else, maxbhi delivered my product in 2-3 days and i was able to fit that lens in my phone myself, at end samsung service center dont have the spares which i got from maxbhi, Thanks maxbhi for saving my money time & my lovely device

They have been cancelling my order multiple times and primary order splitted into 2. They shipped 1 part and other part getting cancelled. They ask to get return the first part as that is of no use, they throw policy on the face. They are frustrating and do not understand this logically.
This like you buy a car and give a steering and cancelled the car. What will you do with the steering?

The replaced screens are usually LED; with no fingerprint detection features.

The replacement process, refund policies & the customer care, all included, are part of an ONGOING SCAM.

Please refrain from using Maxbhi.

Worst site & management!

Worst site ever to order anything online. First, they get you mostly the wrong product or dysfunctional item, then give you wring instryctions regarding replacement. After days of waiting for replacement, they ask you to pay for replacement too.

Nothing good to say. Neither about quality of products or service.

Better go for amazon or Flipkart, atleast they get you refund on time.

I get the best quality back penal for my moto G5s Plus on very cheap rate. This site is having very good response. As well as they this site deals very well. Honestly before ordering I was not sure about this site but when I got my order then j believed and the product was really so good and compatible for my device.

I am prabhat, i had ordered charger and Earphones for my mobile Blackview BV 8000 PRO, and they have delivered my mico usb universal charger which is of no use to me and the earphone are also very cheap quality, and even they are not compatible.

When these company dont know which product is compatible with accessories, then why taking order, only just to fool people.

When i placed replacement request they directly declined stating that they dont sell original product and they only sell compatible product as per there policy.

My Samsung gt-s5610k is become old now and back cover is broken so i think to change my cover. But there is no cover or body is available in the market. I try to find body of this phone but i could not find it. Then i search it on shopping website like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Snapdeal, shopclues etc. but i could not find there.So i search it on Google then i will see maxbhi website and the model of this phone body is available then i order it. After 6 days it shipped to my house.

Recently purchased front glass panel without the touch digitizer for my pixel 3a. It was rare to see parts for my phone available but maxbhi helped me get the front panel. Received the product before the promised date. The packaging was excellent. The glass was sandwiched between thermocol and then covered with bubble-wrap. Will recommend 10/10!

This Mofo's steal your money. They don't send the product and then they don't refund you the money. I don't understand why these companies are not banned. Please don't use them. Never ever buy or order anything from maxbhi. This is a fraud company. They will show everything they have in stock. They have nothing. They will not return your money to bank. They will addd in in wallet and even after weeks. They will not receive phone calls. They are the biggest fraudsters.

They show you the product and once you buy, they message that the product is not available. Your money is then held back into the ewallet on the website. Thousands of people must have faced a similar challenge of getting their amount back into their bank accounts. Legal action should be taken against the promoters.

I ordered LCD with Touch Screen for Redmi 4A (gold) and got the product delivered promptly. I received the product in white color though I ordered Gold. However, the product was not fitting in properly because my phone was Redmi 4. So I requested a replacement and offered return courier charges as there was mistake from my end too. The customer care response is pathetic and they don't consider the plight of the customer. What to do with an incompatible product? Can I eat it? No. If they are genuine, they could have easily offered a replacement. I was in fact was waiting to purchase LCD with Touch Screen for my redmi 4 note too. So my first experience with maxbhi is not a pleasant one. People can prefer other genuine shopping portals like Amazon or Flippkart though they may cost you a little more. Maxbhi is not supportive of customers. Disappointed.

I bought twice in maxbhi both the times i got dead and defective product. From that view i came to know maxbhi doesnt have good product. So dont choose maxbhi to buy products even the address is also fake be careful so don't buy anything from maxbhi.
