Recently placed order for a battery of my phone Poco F1. The compatibility of the battery with the phone is perfect. From placing order to receiving the package I was well assured for the product as the support team kept me in contact with the package tracking.

I bought a nokia e72 flex cable. And they send me of nokia e73 which is noncompatible. The items on site are expensive. When i asked for replacement they said i will have to courier it back on my own expense. I recomend to customers to buy from trusted sites.

The charger quality is so so, USB wire length is small and the connectors are not really sturdy. It is ok as a replacement charger. Comes with 2 charging options of 1.5 A and 2 A. You need to be sure as to which one to be used for your phone to protect it from damage. Charger brand is not Coolpad it is some other brand only but compatible with coolpad.

I ordered this item. But they deliver wrong and not compatible product. Do not trust online website for spare parts. Because, if you buy any item from market, Atleat retailer can return the product. They are not processing my return request. My first experience was bad with thie site. If it was good, then i again came here and also suggest this site to other frnds. But they dont deliver right product.

Me original speaker's image on site, but when i buy that thing at my home then, i seen to that product was not of my mobile phone it was of ipad speaker, when i complaint to them they told me to sent us image of produnt on site web[maxbhi], i have sent but no one replied to me they were avoiding to me. I called to customer case they were telling me that things only to do sent images etc, i spoke to them you will not give me replacement then i wont my money back they were telling me we can not give you back your money we can give replacement then i told then give me replacement they told me again sent us images of you produnt and details then that product was no use only waste of money

Dears, dont but anything from them. Initially when I read the reviews I thought fake people are trying to demarket the Maxhi by saying they cancel the order and automatically add your money to the e-wallet. That is why I tested this website as I found cheap price for Samsung J5 LCD, but unfortunately I received an email after two days saying that "Your Maxbhi.com order ****** has been cancelled". This totally scamming and stealing money says that "In Stock" when you order and later they justify "was cancelled as the seller failed to confirm the shipment". This company has to be shut down and the owners have to be sent to jail.

I ordered a battery for Iphone 5S and received good quality battery. This was my first purchase from this website and I'd like to buy phone spare parts in future from this website and highly recommend this website.

Froud company, cheating consumer, Maxbhi get the order that product, those not exist but product visible on the website. When I made the payment 3times to Maxbhi for 3 product, after two days, Order cancelled still not refund the money 15 days gone. Ref no- *******

Maxbhi is a great online store for buying mobile accessories. They ship the goods very quickly and the packaging is great. The website is very user friendly. After the order was completed they called me and asked me very politely for my feedback. The product I ordered was a Samsun SM-T110 tempered glass screen guard. Very reasonably priced and I' satisfied with the product. They also provide discounts on the list price in the form of cash backs.

Ordered Vivo V3 combo folder. Received defective item. Requested a replacement.
Received a defective replacement again.
Same issue. Non responsive touchscreen.
And worst is I cannot request a replacement again.

Ordered battery on 30 june 2022, got on 2 july but a faulty battery, on replacement i had to pay for return courier and it cost me 200 dt 8 july, later I received replaced product dt 22 july and again got a faulty battery
Now tell me what should I do?
As this company can't provide guarantee and everytime I need to pay for return as per their policy
What a wrong choice I made to choose this company
